ASAP Semiconductor is not a company I would recommendI asked for a quote from Steven Pratt for a check valve part # 9036-Steven informed me he could not reveal the OEM for this valve until I provided a purchase order.....I've never experienced a supplier not willing to provide the OEM of a part and asking for a purchase order before he can provide this information...I called the (714) 705-number and selected the Sales deptA Sales person answered and was down right rude when I asked for the name of the OEM for this same part number.....I am totally disappointed in the lack of response and disregard for a simple requestI would NOT recommend this company for any parts requirements

We issued a Purchase order to ASAP semiconductors P.O-SO [redacted] , for $and ***e amount we transferred on 11/23/2016, to ASAP Semiconductor Account, Mr[redacted] confirmed though email dated(11/29/2016) amount has been received, Since then they were requesting different documents ,such as company formation paper, licence copy etc***e has been provided from our sideOn 12/02/Mr [redacted] informed his management decided not to proceed this order, and he promised full refund, we agreed for that, almost emails and phone calls we made for a refund and they were refused to give the money back, everyday they will give new excuse, last week we spoke to Mr ***(claiming he is the owner) he will not give any money back, and told us to move legally

We, will provide the proof of the wire back in the amount of $We will also provide proof that the wire came from Bishop's Corner Office not [redacted] and a [redacted] was alleged to have been Mr [redacted] 's "brother in law"The end use document that [redacted] provided listed the country of end use as IraqIt is against the policy of ASAP Semiconductor to provide any end users in IraqWe asked for the articles of incorporation which showed a company incorporated in 09/29/(very recent incorporation) and still to this date the website shows "coming soon (a screen shot has been saved on 1/13/17) We are willing to provide the entire email chain to the Revdex.com, the end user document, the proof of wire back to [redacted] , and proof that the wire came in from Bishops Corner OfficeWe deal with each customer in a respectful manner but we are rigid in our export protocolAs such we have cancelled the orderAs our terms and conditions clearly state we reserve the right to cancel an order based on export compliance control

We have refunded Mr ***, the total amount that he paid us $This order was cancelled because our export compliance department did not approve of itThe order came from [redacted] a company incorporated in September and the payment came from a separate person/ entityThis was a red flag in our export compliance protocolTherefore, the order was cancelled and a refund issued for the exact amount that was wired to usOur terms and conditions clearly listed on our website allow us to cancel an order if our red flags are not cleared in accordance with our export protocol.?

Revdex.com: Firstly Amount we send it from [redacted] Inc account only, we can provide you the proof, secondly what all the document they requested we provided, and material is using for a USA military project, and we gave end user declaration form as well, they are claiming they refund the amount which is not correct, we have not received any amount to our account till today, and because of their action we lost the reputation of our company, two months they were keeping our amount , we had a financial loss because of this, we have to get our compensation, which is mentioned on the complaint, More over Mr [redacted] claiming from this company called one hour before and abusing me and using very bad language and telling wrong statement about the destination of the product, we have his number with us.Regards, [redacted] have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
