I approached ASAP when others turned me down for an obsolete electronic partOverall experience was great from making an inquiry to receiving the product within hours

We issued a Purchase order to ASAP semiconductors P.O-SO ***, for $and ***e amount we transferred on 11/23/2016, to ASAP Semiconductor Account, Mr.*** *** confirmed though email dated(11/29/2016) amount has been received, Since then they were requesting different documents ,such as company formation paper, licence copy etc***e has been provided from our sideOn 12/02/Mr*** informed his management decided not to proceed this order, and he promised full refund, we agreed for that, almost emails and phone calls we made for a refund and they were refused to give the money back, everyday they will give new excuse, last week we spoke to Mr ***(claiming he is the owner) he will not give any money back, and told us to move legally

Tried to order a part for an AOG from this companyI was told they had in stock, overhauled and serviceableI ordered them early on Thursday morningI called several times Thursday to pay and get them shipped overnight with no responseOn Friday, I again tried and failed on numerous occasions so pay for the items and have them shipped overnightI finally received a call back on Friday around noon saying that they did not have these parts they were the wrong part #A couple hours later they called back once again and said they did actually have the parts and they could ship them overnightThis was late Friday afternoonMonday morning I wired them the money so they could ship these overnight and arrive at my facility first thing TuesdayTuesday morning I call to get the tracking information and I am told that they actually don't have the parts ready that they have to go to the repair shop first and it would be more daysAt this point I am frustrated and at my limit and I have to get prior approval at this point because my higher ups are getting frustrated as well but they are my only option and I have an AOG so what do you doWhen I get approval to wait on the repaired parts he now tells me it will actually be to daysAt this point I have been lied to and jerked around so much that I had been researching high and low for alternatives and luckily I finally found another facility that can actually repair the I have in days so I cancel my order and go with the other company

Great serviceI was in a line down situation and needed the parts the same dayI called ASAP, got a very reasonable price and free next day shipping

I was looking for a hard to find part in an AOG situation which ASAP Semiconductor was able to furnish from one of their warehousesI worked with James B*** and he was very knowledgeable as well as responsive to answering questions and helping in expediting our requestI would not hesitate to do future business with ASAP Semiconductor when the need arises

I ordered an Aircraft part from ASAP SemiconductorAircraft parts are very specific to the make and model of aircraft and are required to have very specific documentationThe part they advertised and quoted me for was the correct part number and was said to have the required documentationThey shipped me a completely different part number part, and that part did not have any documentation with itThe part that they shipped to me was promptly returned to them and they refused to issue a refundAfter several attempts to resolve this issue with this vendor through both email and phone communications they still refused to make things rightThis was a $transaction

Kayvon did a phenomenal job, I was looking for a unit and I couldn't find it anywhereI reached out to ASAP and received a very fast response and got my unit on order and processed within a couple hoursHighly recommended!!

My dealings with ASAP have been exceptionalThe service provided by the staff is professional and thoroughResponse times are fast and products delivered on time

ASAP is aviation parts distributor, were there interest of their company is first than the customerThey ship late, wrong parts, sales parts with documentation in bad conditions, etcThis matter caused us an AOG and the lost of few flightsI don't recomen them in any circumstances

unfortunately, in this industry the price changes per the manufacturerWe stated that to the customer several times and she doesn't seem to understand thatHer CEO told us to cancel the order so we didUnfortunately, we will not work with this customer in the futureThey are using the Revdex.com to
coerce us to take a $loss on each unit for units for a total loss of $40,500. This order was cancelled on 06/13/by the customer and yet today on 06/25/they filed a complaintMy best guess is that they couldn't find a better price and now want us to reinstate the order that they cancelled and use the Revdex.com to coerce us in doing soThis request has been denied.

We just started to do business with ASAP Semiconductors and James ***Our experience was great service and received the correct part

Firstly Amount we send it from *** *** Inc account only, we can provide you the proof, secondly what all the document they requested we provided, and material is using for a USA military project, and we gave end user declaration form as well, they are claiming they refund the amount which is not correct, we have not received any amount to our account till today, and because of their action we lost the reputation of our company, two months they were keeping our amount , we had a financial loss because of this, we have to get our compensation, which is mentioned on the complaint, More over Mr ** claiming from this company called one hour before and abusing me and using very bad language and telling wrong statement about the destination of the product, we have his number with us.Regards,*** *** have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
