This company quoted me some parts and I sent the order for them, it was a very large orderThey come back a week after the order is placed and tell me the price went up from $to $per part and there were pcsThe guy I spoke with told me it had been a year since they had this item quoted from the OEMA year!! I asked for a manager to call me back and he said they couldn't honor this priceI asked why they would have not confirmed the price on these parts before quoting meThey quote from there system which is obviously very outdatedWhy you wouldn't verify a quote before sending it to a customer is beyond me

Services are very good

ASAP Semiconductor has not responded to requests for a refund on substandard parts they sold to our companyI have returned the partsThey have received the parts and signed for themThese parts were accompanied by a written request for a refund along with the explanationNo responseA week later, I sent an email request for a refund to their "Customer Service" departmentNo responseAlong with several other related issues that would require more space than is available here, I'm completely flabbergasted as to how in the world ASAP Semiconductor could have earned the A+ rating displayed on the Revdex.com website

flag in our export compliance protocolTherefore, the order was cancelled and a refund issued for the exact amount that was wired to usOur terms and conditions clearly listed on our website allow us to cancel an order if our red flags are not cleared in accordance with our export protocol.
