The customer purchased the items out of a catalog, both pictures of both colors were in the catalog, they were right next to each other, the only colors this series comes in are a cream and chocolate colorThe customer saw both colors and chose to go with the lighter colorOnce the product got into the customers home, they did not like the color, had second thoughts and wanted to exchangeThe customer purchased the closest color to white, and he now wants to steer from white and go to a darker color? At the time of sale the customer was made aware that all sales are final, there are no cancellations, no exchanges and no refundsWe can not exchange a piece just because the customer has second thoughts and does not like the light color in his home The customer received what the customer purchased, we can not take the items back because the customer does not like the color now that it is in his home

We have contacted our customer, and started discussing resolutions

Plus, I spent gas going back and forth to the store, too much energy arguing with these rude peopleI believe that we should be compensated? They need to stop these bad practices to the consumers.? Any pieces we purchase would not match the ones we would be replacing, and who is to say the same problem will not happen to the remaining pieces soon? Dear Revdex.com,Please convey our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the merchandise and replacement parts delay .We have gone to great lengths developing the best “just in time” ordering systems possibleThese systems provide our customers with the most accurate merchandise availability predictions for delivery or pickup that can be provided It is unfortunate that the manufacture supplies and availability do sometimes change beyond our own control Our customer purchased merchandise which was delivered on 1/13/sold at a discount The parts necessary to complete the assembly were ordered, and per the current manufacture ETA, they will not ship until March 2nd Our customer plans on waiting for the parts to arrive We have agreed to provide furniture restoration services at no cost If our customer is still dissatisfied within days after the services are completed we will make an exception to return and refund the purchase.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello Revdex.com, Hope all is well, guest was called yesterday and spoken to by Joe one of our leads, we have apologized for her inconveniences Resolution, guest was scheduled for service by our third party service department to address her concern, guest was also told will get a call within to hours to schedule date and time frameThanks as always to bring to our attention

The customer fully inspected the item two different times and noticed damage and refused the item, as he should, if an item is damaged it needs to be refused to it can either be fixed or replacedOn the third pick up, the customer fully examined a brand new filing cabinet, if the item was damaged, the customer would have noticed the damage seeing this is his third time picking up the item.The customer signed that the item was fully inspected and being received in good and complete condition and then took the item home.Once we have the signed paperwork stating no issues or damages are on the product when it is leaving, we are not aware of what happens during transit, a lot of customers damage product during transit that is why we recommend delivery, but this customer did pick up his cabinet and he did sign off stating the item was in good condition when he was receiving it.After the third pick up, the customer is going to fully examine the product he is taking, and the customer is going to make sure that this being the third trip, there are absolutely no damages on the product, and the customer did make sure there was no damage and that is why he signed the pick up receipt and took full possession and full responsibility for that item when he left the warehouse
