I finally got a response from the store manager regarding below caseCustomer received all product on 4/1/ The store will be sending out $in gift cards due to the overall experience

I apologize for the confusion, adjustable bases on storage bed is still a new concept for most of the team The manufacturer's representatives have even had to correct themselves on which models are compatible and which are not.As I understand it the issue is being handled by HomeStore customer service

Thank you for the update on Mr [redacted] ’s situation As of 2/3/15, the refund had been processed and sent back to the [redacted] from our Corporate Finance Department Unfortunately we cannot control the process and procedures of a third party company and the time it may take to post to the customer’s account With regards to the damages caused during the piof the furniture, as previously stated, Ashley Furniture had no documentation indicating we were made aware of any damages Nothing was reported during the pior even after it was complete The first we heard of the damages was through this claim We do contract out our delivery services as the customer mentioned We have since forwarded this information to the company that completed the delivery They will be in contact with the customer At this time, there is nothing further that Ashley Furniture can do for this customer We truly feel that we have made a “good faith” effort to resolve his issues Sincerely, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc Corporate Office **

Hope all is well, I have spoken with guest [redacted] yesterday 8-25-regarding , she was requesting full refund.Guest was advise initially that we were not taking back the box-spring and also will not be receiving a refund for her deliver,After we pick up what was agreed upon and refund guest, guest call in requesting for us to pick up and refund her for the delivery and box-spring.Guest was advise that we will pick up the box-spring and once receive back then the refund will be issue for the remaining amount guest inquiring aboutWe have call guest and left a message to call us back to schedule the pick up of her box-springi do believe that we are working with this guest and this complaint should not be count against usThanks as always to bring to our attention

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any resolution of this problem There was no solution to this problem set forth by the company other than to say "Sorry, you will you have your furniture in another week." I don't think they understand my issue I was about to go to another store to purchase furniture when the sale person tells me they will have everything but the nightstands by the 12th and that I would have a matress by 2/5/ The remainder would be delivered 2/6/so I agreed to those terms I did NOT receive a matress until two weeks later and I left that issue alone becuase I understand things happen despite the fact I slept on the floor for a week and a half I was also not told that I would be charged for a loaner frame (I did not agree to that) In addition, I was NOT told that my bed wouldn't even be able to be put together because the bedrails werent ordered I feel as if I was told "what I want to hear" just so the sale could be made I would definitely have gone somewhere else to purchase furniture had I known that what I was being told was not accurate [redacted]
