I appreciate the Revdex.com for attempting to help me I am truly disappointed by Ashley Furniture on Stony Plain roadThey did not resolve my issue before my mattress arrived (even though I gave them a full week) After my Revdex.com complaint a tech was sent to my home He built bed slats and crossbars out of old wood The wood stunk up my roomof the crossbars was too long, but he forced it into the frame by screwing it down-which split the woodHe left the hard ware that attaches one slat to a crossbar sticking outSo there is metal sticking up that could rip my new box springI put the wood on the deck to air it outWhich helped and I covered the exposed metal with duct tapeI tried to listen the screw where the tech split the wood [redacted]

Will will do everything in our power to expedite the delivery Just as soon as we receive the merchandise, we will get it to the consumer

Hello Revdex.com, Good afternoon, Hope all is well, spoke with mr and he advised that he was not happy with the service provided on his chestAs this e-m stated his dresser, guest did not report any concern on his dresser, so I have confirmed it is his chestResolution, we will exchange the chest , on 12-20-17, due to availability ,this means that we will pick up the one guest has in his home and deliver a new oneThanks as always to bring to our attention

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Today I had received a message saying my complaint had been closedAs per Ashly Furniture, they did not send out a technician until 03/11/late afternoonThe technician took off the feet, took pictures of the floor and put feet into the posts as they should have been from the beginningWhen the technician took the mattresses off the bed, we were able to see that there were actually middle support posts; the two that did not have feet that I initially complained about that had metal rods gouging into the floor, and the third which I had not been able to see before had a foot, and left no damageSo, to me it is obvious now that two of the three feet were installed incorrectly by their "professional installers"The technician that came said they have been having a lot of difficulty with a third party company they hire so they can keep up with installations from their sales, and that it was this third party that installed it wrongI don't see how this is my problemPlease find attached pictures of damage to my hardwood floorsPlease do not close this complaintI thought I had days from when they actually did something to correct their mistake to respond.Please advise what I can/ need to doDo I need to start a new complaint?Thanks, and best regards, [redacted]

We do apologize for the delay of the repair of the customers table, we have sent paperwork over to our service technician and the customer will be receiving a call to set up a date for service on the table in his home

Thank you for contacting Ashley Furniture Industries, IncWe appreciate that you have notified us regarding [redacted] E [redacted] ’s situationWe take these matters seriously and want to ensure the proper steps are followed so a resolution can be reached in a timely mannerAfter further review of Ms [redacted] complaint, we have found that she has in fact contacted our customer service center but only one time did we send a tech out for the swivel base part We were not ever advised of the power components not working Ms [redacted] did contact her Protection Plan Company and filed a claim with them Her Protection Plan Company sent a technician out for repair which he did The service man found a plug that was loose so he did fix that and adjusted it so that it wouldn’t come loose againAt this time if Ms [redacted] is having issues with the Power Components for the unit she will need to contact her Protection Plan Company due to her being out of her One Year Manufacturing warranty She can contact the Protection Plan Company at ###-###-####If Ms [redacted] has other concerns or questions we invite her to contact her local retail locationRegards, Ashley Furniture Industries, IncCorporate Office KC

We apologize for the confusion That sofa style wouldn't have fit four pillows and the loveseat would have been worse so not sure why the pillows from the sectional were moved to that vignette Customer service can order you more pillows if that is what was shown in the showroom.The additional pillows are processed as a courtesy part order and should come from the Arcadia, Wisconsin corporate locationPlease allow 4-weeks for part orders.If you have not received the pillows in weeks please contact [redacted] and customer services can reach out and get an update on the part orderThank you

Hello Revdex.com, Hope all is well, reached out to guest as per guest inquiry, spoke with mr and apologized for his inconveniencesResolution, we will pick up guest sleeper sofa # [redacted] and we will correct at our DC , once completed we will call guest to schedule a delivery back to his home.The date of the pick up scheduled for at guest conveniences is on 1-13-17, and also we did advised this takes seven business days to complete.Guest agree with resolution.Thanks as always to bring to our attention
