complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.LIARS!  They did NOT deliver the furniture.  In fact, they REFUSED to deliver the furniture and I had to pick it up myself.  After I got it home, I discovered damage to the sofa.  I filed a complaint at the store who promised me they would have someone come out to repair it or arrange for a replacement.  I gave a copy of a picture of the damage to the gal at the store.  THAT CONTACT TO ARRANGE FOR REPAIR HAS NEVER HAPPENED!.  I STILL get the run-around from these people.  They are refusing to do ANYTHING!  NOW, I want my furniture repaired or replaced!!!Regards,[redacted]

Thank you for your prompt response.   Ashley Furniture HomeStore is only responsible for manufacture defects, we believe that the service specialist will not be able to assist you with a peeling or lifting veneer do to moisture.  Most table top damage must be repaired in a repair facility.  We would be happy to offer you a discount towards a new purchase.

concerns. At this time we are currently diligently working to provide a satisfactory resolution to the consumer so that they may enjoy their sofa to the fullest extent. The consumer has been in contact with a customer care supervisor to discuss and coordinate a pick up for factory repairs of the unit to be completed in shop. Repairs have been completed and the consumer is currently on schedule for re-delivery of the unit tomorrow, 9/29/2016. We are confident the consumer will be pleased with the repairs made and resolution will rendered in full at that time. Please advise if we may be of any additional assistance to the consumer as it is our mission to ensure we not only meet, but exceed our guests expectations.

Good Afternoon, Upon further review manufacture defects were not found with the mattress per our service technician and the manufacture's advisement. However, we do understand the consumers displeasure with the mattress  and want to do everything within our power to ensure she is pleased with her service and her purchase. As of 9/22/16 the consumer has been offered to reselect on a mattress better suited to her needs. offer I reviewed appear below.In regards to the response of Ashley furniture to the Revdex.com-"I have left a message ..." I don't know who left a message for me and when. The only person I have spoken to is Sharon H[redacted] at corporate office for Ashley furniture. The reason Sharon called me yesterday is because she received an email from Liz in consumer affairs at another corporate office that sent her my concern due to no manager returning or accepting my calls at the store. Nothing has been resolved yet, however finally at least Sharon H[redacted] is starting to try to help resolve this issue. If it had not not spoken to another corporate office who tried to intervene for me, I still would have no response.I received a message from "Marla" at 866-787-7930 yesterday afternoon asking I call her back. I attempted to call her back yesterday. I asked for her and the person who answered would not send me to her and tried to look up my information. After waiting for 5 minutes while they looking up my information, our call was disconnected.
