We here at Ashley Furniture Homestore would like to thank you for bringing this consumers concerns to our attention. I have spoken to the consumer and advised we would honor his request for the refund of delivery fees, as well as his extended warranty....
I did, however, advise the consumer of the benefits of the extended warranty and the consumer has advised he will take that into consideration and advise by 2/26/16 as to how he wishes to proceed.In regards to the merchandise concern of items in home, upon further speaking with the consumer it did come to light that he has not been afforded the opportunity to speak with our customer care department to address his concerns in home. I advised the consumer we are pleased to address any concerns of his merchandise in home as we want to ensure he his satisfied with the quality of his new purchase. The consumer has advised he will forward pictures of his concerns so that I may ensure we address with the proper personnel should he wish for us to do so.
Please feel free to contact me if any additional information is needed while we continue to address his concerns and provide resolution.

considered rendered in full at this time. I have spoken to the consumer in regards to the request to refund delivery fees as well. I have advised the consumer that at this time we would be unable to honor the request to refund the delivery fee as all services for delivery have been rendered in full. The consumer was offered a gift card in lou of for any inconveniences she may have experienced during the process of delivery. I am pleased to have this sent to the consumer at any time she wishes us to do so.
Please advise if I can be of any further assistance in resolution.

merchandise. However, we do take all appropriate measures to ensure we clearly advise the consumer all arrival dates are estimated and the arrival of the merchandise is soley based on the supply and demand at a manufacture level. We did diligently remained in contact with the consumer to advise of any further delays of the merchandise as were awaiting it's arrival to the distribution center. The customer was contacted on 3/20, 3/27, 3/31, 4/1 to update the consumer. All merchandise was delivered in full and it good condition on 4/11/15. [A Supervisor named Marsha with Ashley Furniture contacted me on Monday asking if I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. I advised her yes I did file the complaint and she assured me that she would get the matter resolved. Marsha is not aware that it is she that I contacted on multiple occasions to address this issue but never got a return telephone call. I advised Marsha that the Ashley account had been paid in full and I wanted to know how she planned to refund the [redacted]. She informed me that she would have to verify with [redacted] Bank that the bill is paid in full. According to [redacted] bank website of November 23, 2016 a payment of $2,000.00 paid this account in full. I am not able to retrieve any billing information from the website but I might be able to find the zero balance bill. This information can be verified as Marsha indicated on the call however I have not heard back from Ashley. I have not been given specific detail of how they plan to handle this refund since the account is paid in full. heard back from Marsha or anyone from Ashley regarding how they plan to refund the credit. This company has a very bad track record for keeping their words so I want to know exactly how they plan to refund my money and I do not want a check mailed. I want full disclosure of how they plan to do my refund.

You did not make contact with us. We have yet to speak to the manager from the actual store though we have made numerous attempts. We have however been in contact with a corporate office and we were told our hardware for our bed would be here (and put together) along with one replacement piece of couch last Wednesday with no show. They have now told us it will be this Wednesday (4/22) for the two replacement pieces of the couch and the hardware for our bed that is still on the floor, nearly a month after initial delivery. We are also still waiting on our refund we were assured we were getting. Regards,[redacted]

19th and didn't report any concerns until September 3rd. As per our attached terms and conditions that were signed at time of sale, this item has a one year manufacturer warranty.
