Total fraud-Got a reading this evening and was offered a low rate of $1.00-once the reading was done there was a recording which stated the reading would go on at a "Low" rate, which seemed to indicate I would get the same low rate The reader was going around in circles talking fast and repeating herself so I hung up and learned after the fact that I was charged $per minute and not the same low rate as stated on the recording Had I understood that I would be charged that much more I would have hung up immediately instead of letting the reader ramble on repeating herself In addition, I was offered another minutes for $but was told I would have to pay the extra $ I called customer service and was treated badly Then to add insult to injury I had another $charge added to my credit card, which I did not authorize or purchase I had to call customer service a second time to have that unauthorized charge removed IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE TO USE THIS RIP OFF SERVICE I'VE USED OTHER SERVICES OF THIS TYPE BUT NONE OF THEM HAVE EVER SAID "YOUR CALL WILL CONTINUE AT A LOW RATE: AND THEN YOU GET CHARGED THE FULL RATE ALL THE OTHER SERVICES ANOUCE THE ACTUAL RATE OR STOP THE CALL AND HAVE DO A CALL BACK OR A PREPAYMENT FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES THIS COMPANY FELT LIKE A TOTAL SCAM
Spoke to some decent psychics at first but when I got a membership, I was forced to chose another psychic. The psychic was nice but asked too many questions. The vulnerable state I was in led me to stay on the line hoping that the psychic would feel my energy and the energy surrounding me so I could get some answers. After hoping for specifics, I'm already 20 minutes into the call, time is up and now she wants to focus on names. I even called back after getting 3 free minutes hoping for specifics but no. Nothing but more questions and short talk. Stayed on the phone for 14 minutes with vague answers and Asknow had the nerve to charge me for 14 minutes when I was given 3 free minutes. I left the psychic a bad review but its not posted on her profile which says a lot about Asknow.......false advertisement.
