I made a purchase from Asos.com about two years ago for a dress and I had no issuesI recently purchased three pairs of shoes totaling $Two of the shoes unfortunately did not fit and the third shoe they sent the wrong size from what I orderedI placed ALL THREE shoes back in the box with the return label and sent them backI later got an email saying they received my package and was refunding me for TWO shoes totaling $I contacted them on the 11th of May stating that I returned three pairs of shoes and they sent a generic email reply stating that there is no need to email them any further as they are looking into it and they would back to me in hrsAfter no response three days later, I emailed them again explaining the same situation and I got no response whatsoeverIt is now days since I contacted them and I have gotten no response and no refund for the third shoe worth $My order # is ***There live chat is busy when I try it, they don't respond

I sent them an item over weeks ago Since September *** they've been telling me that a return has been issued I still haven't seen it They have no phone number and the name of the customer service rep is always different
Everybody seems to have this problem with them (***) I don't have my item I sent it back I am returning the rest of the items from that order today and attempting to dispute the whole credit card charge

I've had an incredibly negative experience I placed an order, it arrived one day late and was severely damaged The package had been retaped closed and had two, large holes in it I refused delivery and explained to the carrier that the condition of the package was a good indicator of the condition of the contents and that it is not acceptable I reached out to ASOS to ask for new package to be sent out, as the original one was on it way back to them, and they refused I explained that I then would been needing my money back and was told I would need to wait for them to receive the package and process a refund It can take up to two weeks for the package to get back them I feel very cheated They have my money and my product and all I have is wasted time I don't feel that I was asking for anything absurd, all I want are the items I've ordered I was offered a 15% off the order if I placed it again today

I placed on order on June *, 2016, and never received it I contacted ***, who is responsible for shipping, and they advised that the package was lost and referred me to the company that I order from (ASOS.com) I have contacted ASOS several times, and have only been advised that they are looking into the incident with *** The order that I placed was for $577.80, and they refuse to refund my money In addition, I pay $per year for two day shipping, which was also not honored The customer service is very poor, and they rarely email you back There is no number to contact them

I placed an order totaling $CAD on June *** of this yearI was told that I would be given a tracking number and that my item would arrive on or before July ***It did not arrive on time, so I contacted ASOS customer support via Facebook, which seems to be their only way of communication with customers as they have no phone number...odd for such a large companyThey told me that somebody is working on resolving the issue and to wait until July *** for my package to arriveIt is now the *** and there is still no sign of my orderI have checked with neighbours and the local post office and no one has seemed to receive anythingCutomer service has been no help whatsoever and has been running me around in circles for almost weeks

I ordered dollars worth of merchandise from ASOS three weeks agoThe package never arrived and they won't reprocess or refundEverytime I reach out, I'm given a time period of days that's not respectedMy money has gone to waste

I ordered some items from them never received, I also never received a tracking numberWhen I asked them for my tracking number they said I didn't pay extra for shipping & wasn't able to receive a tracking numberI was also told to check with my local post office about the package or ask a neighborCan't check with post office cause I have no tracking number and now ASOS is refusing to answer questions about my package

For my orders on this e-mail ***, for some reason they cancelled them all and blocked my account after I had a successful orderWithout any explanation they won't process any other orders under my nameI even tried to order again, and they cancelled itI sent proof it was me and everythingI am unsure of what is going on but I would like to make purchases, I love this website

Exact same problem as a previous reviewer here, happening at the exact same time Bought three items, returned two using their prepaid shipping label that came in the package weeks later, no refund I knew the date I had mailed the package because I mailed another package to another retailer at the exact same time that arrived and I was refunded weeks agoSo after aborted chats with what I was convinced were not real people but bots, I was told that it had not been the full business days since I mailed the package They explained the "proof of postage" thing, which is insane since I used their label, paid for nothing, and dropped it off at a post office At a post office, I really think I would have been totally out of luck since they give you no warning of this before LUCKILY I have a good relationship with my nice local post office, so I went in, he tracked the package back using the date and time I came in (again, thank god for my record with that other competent retailer), and gave me a copy of the page in their system that shows the package was scanned in and when it happenedI waited the extra days and contacted ASOS again, this time with my proof of purchase They put in the tracking number that appeared on the proof of postage, and told me it was STILL outside of the ten day period, because *** did not scan the package in until ten days after I mailed it I get that this isn't necessarily ASOS' fault, but it CERTAINLY isn't mine and I provided them with the proof of postage they asked for that showed the date it was mailed The representative told me that he could only "go off of what the tracking number says" which is insane because then what was the point of the stupid proof of postage that they asked for? I'm now waiting hours for a call from a representative because I asked to speak to a supervisor times and was blown off I still don't have my refund, and I can bet my life that as soon as they finally do receive the package they will tell me it's past the window for refunds I've never used ASOS before and never ever will again There is no option for US customers to return in person, and to fellow US customers IT'S NOT WORTH IT Do not take the risk of buying this from the scam of a retailer with the worst customer service and clearly an insanely bad relationship with their couriers

Their response to my claim about not having a tracking number after following the companies return instructions were that I should have anticipated needing a tracking number and I should have disregarded the company's instructions in order to get oneAbsolutly rediculouse

I order a bunch of items and qualified for a promotion code for the itemUpon arrival of my items did not fit properly so naturally I went to return itThey promote boldly on their website that they provide free return shippingAfter a few weeks I realized I never received a refundTo which I reached out through their chat platform and their rep states that their terms and condition on promocode is that if you return any of the items and it no longer meets the promocode they keep your item and not issue you a refundTo me this is customer abuse and scamming And their customer service representative aren't empathic and very nastyAll simply state the T&C and log off on you They don't care for customer satisfactionit all very abusive and customers should be aware of this
I've tried multiple platforms to reach out to them including social media and got dismissed- I don't want to be left or felt unheard

Revdex.com:ASOS continued to give me the runaround regarding my complaint ID ***, so I resorted to opening a case against ASOS with ***ASOS offered me $off my next order, but still did not refund me the money for my return due to some type of
"error." *** investigated my claim and ruled in my favorThe matter has been resolved due to ***'s buyer protection.

ASOS.COM is using unfair business practices and stealing from its customers by intentionally refunding a smaller dollar amount than the original purchaseTheir returns are not "free" as advertisedDO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Wish I could give starsASOS recently shut down my account with zero explanationI did have fraud on one of my cards and disputed the charge because my laptop was stolen as well as credit card and was used to purchase items on ASOSIt was resolved, just went to purchase new items and I received an error stating that my account was blockedEmailed asos with a response saying they shut down my account and other accounts I may use for good

I ordered from ASOS on September ***The items I ordered did not arrive on the given date, September ***, nor was I provided with a tracking number with the order confirmation
I reached out to them on September *** to inquire about a tracking number and inform them the items hadn't arrived to which I was told to wait until October *** because there was a delayAlthough the items were sent via *** they were transferred to *** According to tracking details, the items were returned to the sender on October *** becuase of an "incorrect address", much to my dismay, as the address linked to the order invoice reflected the accurate address of my homeI contacted ASOS.com again and they gave me the run around and would not acknowledge the fact that I did not eever receive the items and treated the issue as such I had returned them personallyI asked for the issue to be escalated, to which their representatives refusedI then was told to wait until October *** to give them 5-
