We deal with all escalated queries and complaints - I’ll be able to help you further with your query. I'm getting in touch to let you know that the relevant ream have received your Revdex.com complaint about not being able to apply a discount code to an order already placed, and not being able to cancel your order, and they have investigated this matter further for you. As stated on the ASOS terms and conditions for discount codes, sadly discount codes cannot be redeemed on an order that has already been placed – “A promotion code can't be used after an order has been placed”. Please click here to view our Terms and conditions. However, as we can see that you received a discount code from ASOS within the hour after your placed your order, in which time you may have still been able to cancel your order yourself and place a new order using the 20% off code, we would like to offer you, as a gesture of goodwill, a new 20% off discount code, for use on your next order.

their desired timeframe. We note the customer has not provided an address registered with an ASOS account. In order to fully resolve this matter, we kindly ask the customer to get in touch with the ASOS Customer Care team via [redacted], using the correct email address. I ordered some items from asos online, they allow you to return items and provided me with a label to return. I returned the items over a month ago and they have still not provided me with my refund. They don't have a us customer service phone number, only a customer service email which they only send you an automatic messages that says they will contact you soon which they never do. I even tried using the chat customer service, spent 30 minutes on chat and they still did not provide me with refund, Do not shop there they have awful customer service and basically stop $100 of my money. Beware of Asos.om

The customer returned goods to ASOS.com for a refund. ASOS processed the refund back to the original card that was used to place the order, however the customer claimed to have not received the refund, due to their bank account being closed.  The customer was asked to submit...

their card statement to verify the refund was not successfully received. With the help of the ASOS Customer Care team, the customer has now been fully refunded for the returned goods and small goodwill gesture has been provided.  The matter is resolved.

I ordered a package Nov ** with delivery date Dec *. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service since Dec ** to find my package. I finally got a reply Dec [redacted] that my package will not arrive until at least Dec [redacted]. ASOS has also informed me that I am not able to get a refund until my package arrives and I ship it back to the warehouse.
