Aspens jewelry charged my credit card 7 times in 2023. I never ordered from them or received any goods from them. Closed my credit card account.

I am in Canada and bought jewellery from Aspens after spotting the ad on Instagram. It said something like boo hoo, I'm closing up my business so there is a closing sale. (This does not seem to be true now that I see the email/ newsletters that I'm getting after buying from them). I bought over USD130 worth of jewellery for christmas for my friends. After getting my orders wrong and NOT delivering half my order, and me chasing up to get my full order delivered, they kept charging me USD 32 EVERY MONTH and when I asked what these charges were, they said I ticked "I agree to terms and conditions and want to join the Aspens family". JOINING THE ASPENS family means a monthly extortionist fee to their business. They have stopped responding to my emails so I have my bank open a fraud investigation and have reported to all authorities on this sneaky business practice. (See their ridiculous explanation below about the MONTHLY CHARGE on my credit card. They have not replied since I told them to STOP IT and refund my money.)

I placed my order on 11/24/22 they took my money, still haven't received my jewelry!
They will not answer my call number is fake! I email all the time no response believe they are a fraud.

I placed order in July for 3 items they finally sent shipping notification which shows tracking information for 1 package. I received 2 items in that package that was NOT big enough to have had the 3rd item. I have received NO response after 4 emails. The Phone # is a joke!

I placed an order for several jewelry items through this online retailer on April 3, 2020. I received all items in my order except for one item that was missing (a pine tree necklace). I emailed the company re: the missing item on 5/25/20 and again 6/3/20 without any response or resolution from the company. I still have not received this item. The cost for the item was only $5.95, however it does not matter the cost -- they did not deliver my item nor refund my money.

Ordered in April from a *** ad. Delayed shipping supposedly due to covid. Received a tracking number in June with no updates to date. They have never resolved to queries for an update or refund and pushed the delay past the the for resolution through *** pay out my credit union. I am out $172 and some change with no recourse for getting my money back.

I placed an order in April 2020. Order #23846. The money came out of my account readily. I still have not received my order. In June they said it had shipped & sent tracking info but it was invalid. I have emailed numerous times requesting a refund. I have yet to receive a refund.

In May of 2020 I saw an ad on *** that they were having a going out of business sale. I ordered several pieces of jewelry, with the total being $59.60. This was charged to my visa card on May 3rd. I have not, to this date, received any merchandise! I have tried numerous times to check on the status of this order - I have followed the tracking links - which go nowhere - and I have emailed the company - with no response. The order # is

I ordered 7 items from Aspen's Jewelry on April 28. I emailed in May to ask when I would receive the order and I was told it was being prepared to ship. I emailed again several times with no response and no refund.

We placed an order in March 2020, they took out the payment but to this day, August 21 2020 we still have not received the product. We have reached out to the company numerous times but no complete answer on shipping was given, just always that it would be soon. They have now stopped responding to all emails.

Took a really long time to receive. My set of chimes were not included in my package. Can’t seem to contact them. Packaging was cheapest I have ever seen. Very frustrating and do not advise anyone to buy anything. Waste your money elsewhere!!

I ordered several products through their website in early May 2020. I really only wanted one item, a wind chime, however if you purchased $35.00 worth of products you receive free shipping so I ordered some other items. I understood with Covid it may take some time so I was patient. I emailed the company that I had never received a tracking number. No response. I eventually got a package of basically junk I could buy at the dollar store but the item I wanted, the most expensive item had not been received. I emailed the company again to let them know I had not received my item. Again no response. I emailed them 2 more times and still nothing. There is no way to contact these people other than email. The phone number I found does not reach a person or a way to speak to anyone nor is there any identifying message of who owns the number. I have no idea if that is even their phone number but when I google the number it appears to be correct and it's also the number the Revdex.com has, .

Placed an order in April that I never received. Emailed numerous times with no response. Facebook page loaded with comments about others having the same problem. This business is a scam.

This company is a scam. I ordered and paid for two necklaces and a ring and I only received a cheap version of the ring, not what was advertised. I sent them numerous inquiries and they never respond. I ordered from them in April 2020 and still have no jewelry and no refund. They do not get back to me and do not offer refund.

I ordered thus jewelry in early June and have received neither the product or a response to my emails

Ridiculous. While we did finally get our order, it took just shy of 3 months. The company website says, due to COVID delays, they will provide 100% refunds if the delay is too long. I requested a refund and never even received a response confirming they'd received the communication. 1-2 weeks after my refund request, they sent me a tracking number. It still took 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please save yourself the time and frustration and shop elsewhere.

I ordered on April 7, 2020 and have not heard back from the company since early June. They no longer respond to email and that seems to be the only way to contact them.

Order took so long I thought it was a scam. Very poor communication to customers. However, after 5 months the order finally arrived and it's solid quality. I bought the pine cone wind chimes and they are really nice and heavy and durable. They'll look nice in my tree. So for me, not a scam, but I don't think I'll order again because the service was really frustrating.

I ordered 2 wind chimes in May of 2020. I have never received the order. I have tried many many times to co tact this company and get no response. In reading the reviews this is what this company does. They take your money and never deliver the orders
