Order placed and paid for April 30, 2020. As of July 8th, no merchandise received and no response from Aspens by either phone or email.
Don’t order from them!

Ordered on April 3rd. I have emailed on 5/28, 6/5, 6/24, and 7/2/2020 with no answer from support at aspensjewelry.com Their website is still up and selling items.The DHL tracking number given in the shipment notification is invalid.
Scam!

On May 2 I purchased a wind chime, bracelets and necklaces from this company. My credit card was charged at time of order. It has been 9 weeks and I never received my items. On May 11, I emailed requesting an update and was informed that, due to COVID-19, orders were delayed beyond the original estimated time (which I was never given). I emailed again on June 26 requesting an update and refund and have not heard back from the company. After some online searching, it appears others are also being impacted.

I purchased 2 items from their online store on May 1st. I have never received those items. I have tried contacting them via their email listed on the site, and this is the only contact info I could find. I have never received a response.

I placed an order with this company on April 30, 2020.. I was charged for the order and still have not received it almost 2 months later. I have emailed the company multiple times, asking for confirmation about my order and have received no response.

Scam company! Some have received replies. I have not heard anything back from two emails and one voicemail re: my order placed on April 30, 2020. I’ve asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund to be issued ASAP.

On April 26, 2020 I ordered $40.65 worth of jewelry. Only did I receive a long lengthy email stating due to COVID-19 they were behind on delivery after I sent two emails requesting status. I have since sent other emails without any response. I believe this business is going out of business and there is no intention on being reimbursed. The website states they are having a "Collection Sale" What does that mean? They are in collections?

Placed my orderi n April, Finally got my package over two months later even though their website said 2-4 weeks and I am missing one of the items. Now they won't return my emails

Ordered products on May 7th, the company charged my credit card, I have not received my product and the company will not respond to my emails or social media messages.

I ordered AApril 26th, 2020. The covid-19 slowed everything down. But, they did not respond to my emails. 2 weeks ago they emailed me and said they just shipped it. DHL had it in Denver location. 2 weeks to get it, after I started Emailing DHL a few times. Finally got it today. I live 60 miles from Denver. The jewelry is cute. Much shinier than photos. And cheaper looking than photos. Glad this order is done. Was getting angry at them and myself.

I purchased some jewelry from Aspens on 4/24/20. It was a closing sale on Instagram. I bought $34 worth of jewelry and have yet to received an email or phone call from this company. I have called and emailed multiple times to no avail. I feel like this is a scam and I want my money refunded.

Ordered some jewlery for mom for mothers day. Got an email confirming my order and they took my money. Well its 3 months later. Never got the product never was refunded. And ive emailed and reached out on social media. Cant locate a phone number. I have to date got 0 replies. I want my money back. This company is fraudulent. Do not buy. Buys majorly beware

Scam company! I placed an order on April 25th. I contacted the company on May 10th to check on the status of my order because I was hoping to get the jewelry by Mother's day. The company responded on May 12th that my order was on the way. I contacted Aspens Jewelry through Facebook a week ago hoping for a response and got nothing. It's now June 13th and my order has still not arrived. Do not order from this company no matter how much you love their jewelry. They are taking advantage of people for sure.

I purchased 2 necklaces from this company on April 17, 2020, which I never recieved. On May 3, I emailed requesting an update. I was informed that, due to COVID-19, orders were delayed beyond the original estimated time (which I was never given). I emailed again on May 31 and have not heard back from the company. Phone calls are not answered. After some online searching, it appears both the website and Facebook page were created a few months ago, making their "closing our doors," claim doubtful. I belive this is actually a scam. I have also reported it to the Revdex.com as such.

After 2 months and no communication I finally received my order.
It is exactly as pictured and beautiful low cost jewelry.

I purchased jewelry from this online vendor in the amount of $24.80. I made the purchase on April 30 and it went through PayPal to a ***. I still have not received my items or any responses to my emails. This company is false advertising and stealing money.

Well I don't think Aspens jewelry deserves any star. I emailed twice and got a response
to be patient. I asked for a refund then never heard from them again. Lesson learned to
not trust any sites on Facebook. Next time I will go to the internet and look up the business.
At the time I "ordered" there were not any negative reviews. When I started to be suspicious,
then I started seeing negative reviews. So shame on Aspens jewelry to scam on peoples
empathy to thinking we were helping them out and using the Covid situation as a fundraiser.

Ordered on May 4th and now unable to reach them regarding my order but they took my money!!!

I placed a order on April 4, 2020 for jewelry closeout, this site was found on Facebook, and never received anything so I emailed a request for status update May 4th received a response the same day and was told to expect it within two weeks. I sent another email May 21st and still no response. I paid thru Paypal and I am hoping to receive a refund thru them. I looked them up today and found multiple complaints from other customers all with the same problems that I an having.

On April 6, 2020, I made a purchase through Aspen Jewelry’s online store, which advertised that their store was closing. I received the following confirmation of my purchase via text (https://aspensjewelry.com/***) but nearly Three months later, I have yet to receive my order. I emailed their customer service twice, first receiving a canned response expressing delayed shipping due to COVID and no response when I requested a refund. My fear is that this business is illegitimate and is stealing money from users. I continue to see ads claiming that they are going out of business, yet here we are three months later. Thank you for your time and concern. It is much appreciated.
