I placed order on 4-6-20. On 4-26, I emailed to inquire and was told 2-3 weeks. As of 5-24, I have not received order. It seems to be false advertising that they are closing collection. I have seen other ads from other companies such as *** similar wording and think they are all being run by a scam company.

I saw an ad on Instagram from Aspens Jewelry stating a going out of business sale. I ordered a necklace, 5 bracelets and a wind chime. They have never contacted me to provide any sort of order status. The only way to reach them is through a support email. I have emailed them multiple times asking for an order status with no response for a month. I went to dispute the charge on my credit card and found two additional fraudulent charges on my card. This company is a scam and they have no intention of sending you anything.

This company is a scam. They are not located in Colorado. They appear to be located overseas. I was duped into buying also, but after 6 weeks, have received nothing. I did get a generic email from them, but it seems no one who has ordered from their fake company has received anything, AND they steal their jewelry ideas and pictures from ETSY.
I will be advising everyone on their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/AspensJewelry) to come here and leave a negative review.

ordered and was charged for an item may 1. Sent 2 emails asking for shipping details, neither were responded to. Have not received item, or shipping confirmation.

I placed an order a month ago and still have not received my products. Their site claims they are closing their business but new products have been posted recently. I emailed them inquiring about the status of my order and never received a reply but my payment went through. There is no contact phone number on their website. Only an email address.

I submitted my 9rder with payment April 18th. I received an email stating my 9rder was received. I rece8ved no email since then and it has been a month. I checked my order online and it is still in the processing status. I have contacted the company twice. On their website it says to give up to 3 weeks. I have waited a month. I have received no further communication or my order. I fear I have been taken advantage of and my money stolen.
