When the inquiry about the account first came to us in June of 2017, we were able to cancel out the agreement, as it had completed it's full term and had rolled into a month-to-month membership as indicated would occur on the original agreement. As of June 2017, all accounts with us have been cancelled and are no longer billing. If they can provide us with proper documentation and proof of cancellation, in accordance with the agreement, prior to the date that the account was cancelled, we would be happy to assist in providing a refund.
