According to my records, I've received this same notices times (all the same address) and have asked times to be removed from the mailing listThe inefficiency and reluctancy of your operators to follow simple instructions is baffling

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I was barely able to accept resolution as this company and many others DO NOT remove people from their 'Do Not Contact' database until others get involved (such as the Revdex.com.) I still have the current mailers and will keep them with all other junk mail for quite a long timeThis is how I know I contacted them on Feb 23rd, @ 10:AM PST Sincerely, [redacted]

Assured Auto Repairs LLC April 25, Dispute Resolution Department Revdex.com NBroadway Ste StLouis, MO Dear Sir or Madam: Thank you for your correspondence regarding Mr [redacted] and his concernsAfter a review of the complaint, it is apparent that Mr [redacted] is referring to Guardian LLC, which is the company he set up his policy with, and with whom he has had the majority of his correspondenceGuardian LLC is a completely separate business entity, and therefore should not be associated with Assured Auto Repairs, LLC’s Revdex.com profileWe have been assisting Guardian LLC with their customer service needs since April 1, 2017, which is presumably why Mr [redacted] was under the impression that we were the same companyAs he stated, Guardian LLC did move, and requested a change of address with the USPS to have all mail forwarded, but for reasons unbeknown to us, his letter was returned instead of forwardedMr [redacted] was only eligible for a pro-rated refund at the time of cancellation, but as a courtesy, he has been sent a full refund of all monies paidMr [redacted] originally sent us incomplete cancellation paperwork that arrived on 3/30/17, and with the standard refund time being 30-business days, we not only overcompensated him, but we also expedited the refund by sending out the refund check on 4/24/The lines of communication have been open since the start of this process with Mr [redacted] , and we have assisted him at every turn, both before and after his cancellation requestWe always strive to provide great customer service to all customers, whether they choose to remain with the company or notWe understand that it can be frustrating for a customer to not receive their money back immediately, and to understand the refund process on the business end, but we work diligently to make it as expeditious and seamless as we possibly canAfter providing adequate support, we expect this complaint to be removed from Assured Auto Repairs LLC Revdex.com profile, since it was in fact filed on our company in errorPlease do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions or concerns Sincerely, [redacted] Assured Auto Repairs, LLC

Threatening advertising, telling me a response is REQUIRED or else my vehicle warranty will expire and I will not have coverage Letter is addressed to me personally, listing my vehicle year, make, model, and an ID (042CAXXXXX) Letter tells me in two places that I MUST respond by 03/03/2016, and in another place that a response is REQUIRED, or else I will not have warrenty coverage and will be responsible for ALL repairs However, when I bought the Jetta (model date 2011), I purchased a year warranty through Volkswagen directly I have been receiving these letters regularly for a year, but they now have a more threatening tone; not saying a response is requested, but that it is REQUIRED

I have already filed a complaint against this company once beforeI've also read some of the previous complaints and understand that this company is trying to persuade individuals that they have been contacted by a different companyI have called, I have filed complaints, and still, I receive these fraudulent advertisementsThis is harassment and I'm sick of it

I have a "contract" with "ASSURED AUTO PROTECTION." I have paid $so far towards my policy/planI have NOT recieved any paperwork yet from the company in regards to what my plan coversMy breaks a9all of a sudden) have started to make an awful noise when stopping or slowing my carI called the company to inquire about the coverage I haveBasically, "are my breaks part of the coverage I have" with them? I was on hold for at least minutesAt the time I called I was at work & couldn't hold that longI waited at least minutes to call backMy question was not specific to me (my name), policy # (that I do NOT have), etcIt was a general questionWhen I called back I informed the agent on the phone of my question & that I was calling back after holding that longI told her I was at work & called back instead due to not being able to hold for an extended period of timeThe agent apologized & said, "let me check." I asked her if she wanted my name? She di

I recently bought a used certified pre owned BMW 328I
Did a pre purchase inspection with BMW of Austin, was told my car is in perfect condition,
I do have insurance and I am fully covered I am only and work hard to pay for my vehicleI have recently been receiving a yellow post card shaped notification (in the mail) claiming my vehicle protectio was not activated and l am at risk if I don't get coverage
The letter is deceiving and is designed to look like a warning from the government

I've had my car for a month and Assured Auto sends threatening looking pieces of mail to me daily They don't even display the company name on the advertisements When I call the phone number, it says I have to wait for over minutes to speak to someone

Threatening advertising, telling me a response is REQUIRED or else my vehicle warranty will expire and I will not have coverage
Letter is addressed to me personally, listing my vehicle year, make, model, and an ID (042CAXXXXX) Letter tells me in two places that I MUST respond by 03/03/2016, and in another place that a response is REQUIRED, or else I will not have warrenty coverage and will be responsible for ALL repairs

*** called my phone and pitched the warranty plan for $3,I said there was no way I could afford that , he then said they could drop the price to $700.00,if I paid a down payment of $395.00, again I said no way could I afford that price, they then agreed to $Once I gave them my payment information they agreed to send out the policy and paperwork by mail Now months later I still have not received any paperwork, when I called to inquire why they said my complete balance is $3,for this plan I did not agree to that price

Be aware that this company sends out postcards that are misleading and make it seem like they are from the car dealership or a government entity The name of the company (Assured Auto Protection) is nowhere to be found on the postcard The postcard is a Vehicle Alert Notice asking you to respond within days The postcard has a vehicle ID # and the make of your car
They are trying to sell you car insurance, extended warranty service, etc., but the postcard leads you to believe that you MUST do this or you will have a serious breach in your auto coverage Don't believe this semi-scam!

Dennis

Revdex.comStLouis OfficeNBroadwayStLouis, MO 63102RE: Complaint # ***I first off want to apologize for any headaches or confusion Assured Auto Protection has caused *** ***That is never our intentionsI personally listened to the calls and reviewed this in
detailsI honestly think that Mr *** has AAP’s conversa-tions mixed up with the other companiesI’ll explain what I have gathered and let you decide, either way, the policy is cancelled com-pletely and we will respect the customers wishes and give him a full refund of their money to make things right.*** *** called in to cancel his policy because another company offered him a policy that was in his words "way cheaper"After a little research it turns out that the Plan was actually through the same administrator (Marathon Group)They had offered him LESS mileage but the same termHe had set up with us and then called around to other companies to compare pricesThey gave him a better price but less coverageWe explained to the customer that if we lowered the level to match theirs our policy would be even lessHe realized the confusion and thought that for the same price it only made sense to stick with our policy because it was through the EXACT same administrator, cost less, and had 40,more milesThe customer was very thankful for the explanation and ABSO-LUTELY on board with usHe said he was going to cancel the other plan immediately. The customer called back in about minutes later saying that they would NOT let him cancel and that he felt badgered by them and asked for my assistanceTo be compliant we unfortunately had to tell him we could not call the other company for himHe said he was going to try again and stick to his guns this time. The customer called back in again about minutes later asking for advice because they just would NOT let him cancelWe sug-gested that he call his bank and stop the paymentHe said that is what he was going to do and again thanked me for the help and ad-viceThis all took place on August 29th 2016.It was not until November 4th that the customer called in to cancel and sounded upset and confusedWe believe that he has us mixed up with the other companyThis is based on the things he was saying to me and the complaint to the Revdex.comThe customer’s wife was in the background yelling at him and me to get this cancelled or she would take us to courtAt that point I did not want it to esca-lade any more so we cancelled the policy out.For the record, there has never been a moment when there was any screaming or calling of any names on our phone callsThere was never any correspondence on October 29th eitherI honestly believe this was a simple mix up and that the customer confused the two companiesWe again apologize that Mr *** had to experience thisThis policy has been cancelled since Nov 4, Today, 11/8/2016, we have fully refunded Mr*** $on his credit card that we have on fileThat card has been removed from our system permanently and he should see his refund on his card in to daysPlease let us know if there is anything else we can do to help or any information we could provide to assist you or the customerThank you for your timeTake Care.I appreciate your time, Thank You.*** ***OwnerAssured Auto Protection*** * ** *** ***St Peters, MO 63304(p) ***(f) ***@assuredautoprotection.com
