We have been receiving mail solicitations for extended vehicle protection and had written to the company to stop sending them and contacting usThe first attempt to tell them to stop was on February 23rd, (at AM PST) and again todayThey failed to remove our info from their database and did not respond to our inquiry into the matterAnother mailer was received today (May 27th, 2016)The vehicle listed on the form is not available to be "protected"
First, we would like to apologize if the claims process has met Mr*** with frustrationIt is important to know that Assured Auto Repairs LLC is simply a selling agent of vehicle service contracts, and has no involvement with the claims processBecause Assured Auto Repairs takes these
matters seriously, we reached out to the claims department to get more information regarding the repairIt appears that Mr***’ had his vehicle in on 9/29/for an exhaust leakThe shop stated that it was an exhaust gasket which is not listed for coverage by the terms of the contractThe shop was informed that the vehicle may also have an issue with the exhaust manifold itselfThe shop was supposed to access the exhaust manifold so an inspector could verify the failureThe customer called the claims department on 10/7/requesting information regarding his claimWhen they informed him that they were waiting on the shop to access the manifold for inspection, the customer indicated that he already had the repair done without prior authorizationThe claim was subsequently denied for no prior authorization as there is no way for the claims department to verify the actual failure to the exhaust manifoldMr*** contacted Assured Auto Repairs on 10/24/and cancelled his contract due to the claim and we have issued him a pro-rated refundIn conclusion, the customer was held to the terms of the contract, which was an agreement between him and the administratorWe would again like to apologize to Mr*** and with this resolution we would ask that you would consider this complaint, closed as resolved
I did not enroll in their service and have requested that they stop provide me a full refundI have called requested a refund and this service to be cancelledTo date I have not received my refund of $and want my money back

We had a policy on a nissen sentra which was covered by this companyThe car was totaled November 10th Called *** capital management to let them knowThey took the November,December and January paymentsThis cause our checking account to be overdrawnafter reviewing my statements from the bank, I contected *** and was given the number for assured auto protectionTalked to them about my refundWas told to send proff that the car was totaled Did that and they received it and was told it would be a couple weeks before I would receive my refundToday I was told no refund was dueWhat car was they insuring when they took my money?

I received a notice in the mail on Saturday Sept stating my vehicle is without a warranty and to contact them ASAPI am years old, I do not own a vehicle and I want my information removed as I am not interested and do not want them having my information, nor do I want future mailings

Just received a notice that I have failed to activate my vehicle protection plan The notice is misleading as I have not ever heard of Assured Auto Protection and would not do business with them after such a misleading ploy to get me to call them
I have sent in my cancellation notice to these crooks I want my money back they have given me the run around they go by the name of guardian also they moved and never told anyone im still waitingf for my money their customer service sucks and I see that they have a very bad Revdex.com rating I want my money back asap
