In response to this message: This client has not expressed any concerns about the quality of our services by phone or email, so we are surprised to receive this message via the Revdex.com The client has even send referral clients to us so he must be satisfied with our services Also, this client has not fulfilled his obligations related to payment for our services, so basically he is now in breach of contract We have contacted the client again today on 02/20/and left a voicemail If he has questions about his case, he can contact us so we can get this resolved

In response to this case; it is against the law for the lender to only grant a loan modification if the home owner is behind on their mortgage. Based on this, the lender is not following the protocol and we will further investigate why the home owner was not granted the modification... yet. The recommendations for the Qualified Written Request are important ,because it puts additional pressure on the bank to offer the modification with the home owner. During the communication with the home owner, it was agreed that this was the plan of approach, so to receive this message now from the home owner, contradicts what was communicated before. We will further investigate this matter and contact the home owner to work on a resolution so the home owner can obtain the savings on their mortgage that they are entitled to.

Based on this, we are completely unaware about the concerns she has, and therefore, we did not have a chance to correct this

I am not satisfied because I want my money back I feel that Assured Equity misled me to believe that I have a case against the lender to qualify for loan modification When in fact - it was fairly obvious from the beginning that I would never qualify Assured Equity wants me to continue and sign my name to a letter that I don't agree with They are annoyed because they said they dont work for free and did the job of document prep I dont disagree that they did what they said, I just feel like the misled me in the first place/

In response to this matter, this case originated from summer last year and our internal processing & underwriting department spend a lot of time on this case, at a discounted fee of $1,250. 
We will reach out to the client and see how we can further assist them
