Review: I was solicited by this company to lower the interest rate of my current mortgage and also decrease the principle due to a new [redacted]l. I was told that they could guarantee that they could provide this service. This company also stressed that it needed me to make my decision soon so they could get my new mortgage within 2 months from the time they receive my payment. Because I had questioned how they were sure my bank would agree to the loan modification, this company provided me with copies of approval notification from some of they clients which showed the bank names and amounts of the old mortgage and new mortgage whiting out the personal information of their clients. I made the payment to this company which was $1250.00. This money was the bulk of my mortgage payment. So I forfeited paying my monthly mortgage to pay them because they assured me that when the loan was approved I would have a 30 day grace period before having to start my new mortgage payment. My bank denied the loan modification twice. After the first denial, this company had me resubmit new paperwork to my bank for approval. After the second denial I contacted the company several times to get resolution. I finally requested a refunded and was told that a meeting would take place to discuss the possibility of a refund. I never heard back from anyone regarding a refund. This company solicited me and then badgered me to allow them to help me reduce my mortgage payment and principle. This company did provide the service it claimed it could and because of it I am currently behind one month on my mortgage. I want a full refund. Please helpDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund

Review: Seller took $1800.00 and promised to have our mortgage lowered by $900.00 per month and a lower interest rate.
The mortgage company wants to only give us a $200.00 a month decease and now they want to make our interest rate higher and extend the term of the loan to 40 years instead of 30 years.
Seller lied when they promised their services would produce at least the $900.00 per month decrease and even said we were pre-approved.
WE have documentation!Desired Settlement: At least some of the monies that we extended refunded to us.
