SEARS Department Stores - SHAME on you for your stringent day return policy!!!! I was days past the days and was told by two store supervisors as well as by Chris from Customer Solutions that is corporate policy no matter what All tickets were attached to the item and I had my receipt Sears is already hurting for business and is in jeopardy of closing all stores; continue to treat customers with such barbaric polices and that is exactly what will occur! They have definitely lost me as a customer There are too many other stores to meet my needs

The consumer contacted us the the day after the work was done 1) we apologized about the fan and asked her to submit an estimate to repair it and we would pay for it 2) Consumer was not satisfied and in a timely manner we sent the technician back the next day In terms of scheduling we were doing our best to work around the consumers scheduleHowever, the consumer, while I appreciate her frustration, was making it excessively difficult to schedule an appointment at a time that would have allowed us to address her concerns on the spot The consumer would not allow us in until mid afternoon to see the floorsAs expressed to the consumer we would be happy to address all her concerns regarding the hardwood floors, again in a timely manner However touching up of paint and or molding, is not included in the price and would be the consumers responsibility We are not offering the consumer a refundAgain, we are happy to take care of her issues, as soon as this week We apologize in advance for any inconvenience the consumer has encountered with our company

We contacted the customer and explained to the customer that this probably was a result of a storm we had at that time and had phone issues and we did not get the message that she had called However, we feel that is not really an excuse as she said she had called and talked to someone We issued a refund on 3/19/and issued a verbal apology to the customer Let me know if you need further information Thank you

A refund was issued on 7/28/and we called customer to tell him about same; there was no answer so we left a message informing him of refundWe tried again to contact customer on 7/30/in order to discuss his order and to make sure he got our other message regarding refund We have called customer at both numbers he left on his order There has been no response from customerHowever, no problem, just wanted to make sure customer was satisfied Let me know if you need further information Thanks

The consumer and I had a lengthy conversation prior to sending anyone to there home.I reviewed the prices for the hourly service.The consumer told me that based upon the very large driveway, the work would most certainly take well over the three hour minimum.Upon the consumers concerns about the
work being done, I immediately sent over a foreman to inspect the work done, credit the consumer as necessary, and complete the serviceWhen the foreman showed up, at approximately three and half hours or so into the service,He said the technician was not far from being finished, and that at this stage of the service there were no issuesTo assure the consumers satisfaction I asked my foreman to stay at the job with the other gentlemen to make sure that everything finished well.In addition, as the consumer is aware of, his wife was suppose to be there when my foreman showed up to address her concerns.The consumer was not thereI assured her husband, who was not there, there were no issues at this time and that everything was CLOSE to being finishedThe consumer insisted that I immediately have the technicians pack up and collect $from the housekeeper.I said are you sure? Its ALMOST done he said pack up and have them leaveWe did as instructed.We have a signed agreement for the hourly service.The consumer has paid for three hours of service and although they were there for quite a bit longer, we are not holding the consumer responsible for any additional monies

[Repeated calls were made to Dr*** office between May and June Since filing this dispute, SOS/Dr*** office has been cooperative via email However, there are still outstanding/unresolved issues at this time which need to be corrected Unresolved issues are as follows: I have requested a letter explaining the clerical errors be sent to my home mailing address; this has not been received Due to Dr*** office clerical errors, there is an outstanding bill due --- in my name, address, and date of birth --- from *** *** which has still not been completely resolved It is still on "***" online billing system and needs to be deleted Due to Dr*** office clerical errors, *** *** cases are open in my name and address This needs to be cleared and deleted with confirmation by ***Due to Dr*** office clerical errors, *** *** *** has been trying to schedule appointments with me erroneously I would like to have written confirmation mailed to my home address (on file) that this gets corrected I have already provided aforementioned information to *** *** Note - *** has stopped calling me to pick up a prescription called in by SOS. *** has also stopped calling me regarding erroneous bloodwork affiliated with SOS." ]
