I reject the businesses response and still require a fullrefund.The business was totally unprofessional and would not leave my property untilthey were paid.I asked the representative to bill me and he said we do not billAlso his"technician" and "foreman" left my property in worseconditions then prior to their arrivalThe technician or foreman threw a soda cup at myproperty at the time of departure (Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional)Also after I threatened to take the company to litigation the representative'sanswer was "Wouldn't be the first time" showing that this company hasdone this to other customers.Also in connection to my wife being present at the time of the foreman'sarrival, it was stated that the foreman would be at the property within 10minutesIt took him minutes to arrive and my wife had to go back to work,my nanny was home and no one cared to show her the service being done.Also once the foreman arrived I was suppose to receive photos via text messageand I never received them.Also in connection to the businesses comment in connection to the size of thedriveway and the amount of hours it will take, If the job was done correctlyand in a professional manner I would have no problem paying any amount.In conclusion please review mystatement of how this "Business" left my property andplease make the decision that I am due a refund.I have tried to attach pictures but everytime there is a secure sever error I will try attaching in a separate message.Thank you,***

Customer issue has been resolvedIndividual called in regarding the matter on 6/30/Matter was resolved within a day

do not use this servicethey showed up at appointed time, thought they were coming to clean a couch instead of steam cleaning the carpetsthe man left without saying anything and never came back this is a very sleazy operation

We have applied the second coat of finish for the consumer on October **, 2015.Because of the delay the consumer was credited $50.In addittion, the consumer is aware that as a courtesy to help expedite the job, we agreed to move the furniture out on day 1.The consumer is aware that
returning would incur a charge.However, as a courtesy, the consume can feel free to contact us at her convenience and I will arrange for furniture to be returned to its correct location

Matter has been resolved. Please see the attached email and letters that were to provided from Sports & Orthopaedic Specialists and [redacted] back on 7/7/15. Not sure why party continues to dispute claim. We are more than welcome to assist with anything else but party would need to provide documentation supporting their claim. We are not showing anything involving [redacted] or [redacted].

A refund was issued on 7/28/14 and we called customer to tell him about same; there was no answer so we left a message informing him of refund. We tried again to contact customer on 7/30/14 in order to discuss his order and to make sure he got our other message regarding refund.  We have called...

We contracted with "At Your Service" to complete a laminated floor in our bedroom. The contractor sent a rogue employee to our house who took 12 hours to install the floor. Then he was supposed to come back and complete the molding and trim. Meanwhile he was looking for work to do for his own income and was telling us weird stories how Sandy Hook and 9-11 never happened.
We told "At Your Service" all of what happened. They responded they were not coming to finish the work.

The reason [redacted] you were not allowed in between 8:00-10:00 was because I could not take more time off from my job. I agreed to meet you at my home at 12:30, to which you replied you could not set a time. It would have to be between 12:00-3:00

but back to the floors, AGAIN you said you would NOT resand them, you would just "fix" certain areas!
The floors are gouged along with the stairs, you can see the sander marks they are uneven.. And again my WOOD doors are trashed along with my molding. I can see a spot here or there, but it is all over everything.
your foreman [redacted] agreed they the floors needed to be resanded! And refinished! It is all on voice recording.  
I will not do this he said she said thing with you.
I want a refund. The fan replaced and the paint on the molding fixed and my doors. You should have put it in writing that damage was going to be done, and there was going to be more of an expense.

SEARS Department Stores - SHAME on you for your stringent 30 day return policy!!!!
I was 4 days past the 30 days and was told by two store supervisors as well as by Chris from Customer Solutions that is corporate policy no matter what. All tickets were attached to the item and I had my receipt. Sears is already hurting for business and is in jeopardy of closing all stores; continue to treat customers with such barbaric polices and that is exactly what will occur!
They have definitely lost me as a customer. There are too many other stores to meet my needs.

The consumer contacted us the the day after the work was done.
1) we apologized about the fan and asked her to submit an estimate to repair it and we would pay for it.
2) Consumer was not satisfied and in a timely manner we sent the technician back the next day.
In terms of...

scheduling we were doing our best to work around the consumers schedule. However, the consumer, while I appreciate her frustration, was making it excessively difficult to schedule an appointment at a time that would have allowed us to address her concerns on the spot.
The consumer would not allow us in until mid afternoon to see the floors. As expressed to the consumer we would be happy to address all her concerns regarding the hardwood floors, again in a timely manner.
However touching up of paint and or molding, is not included in the price and would be the consumers responsibility.
We are not offering the consumer a refund. Again, we are happy to take care of her issues, as soon as this week.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience the consumer has encountered with our company.

They are very friendly and very helpful. We won't go to anyone else.

We contacted the customer and explained to the customer that this probably was a result of a storm we had at that time and had phone issues and we did not get the message that she had called.  However, we feel that is not really an excuse as she said she had called and talked to...
