We have scheduled appointments on several occasions with Ms. [redacted] to diagnose the problems that she is experiencing. She has either been unwilling or unable to keep those appointments.Ms. [redacted] has had work done to her vehicle on at least one occasion by a private party. If the problems that she is currently experiencing are in any way associated with work performed by others then there would be a charge to correct those problems.If the problem that she is experiencing is directly related to a repair that we have performed in the past then we would fix our mistake at no cost to her. We are willing to provide an estimate at no charge if she is willing to keep an appointment and bring the vehicle in for diagnosis.
