After reviewing the information, it seems the client did not understand how negative equity worksThe amount owed on her current car is almost double than what her current car is worth, and the added amount of negative equity to the loan allows us to payoff her bankThis does not mean we were
giving her what she owes, which was her perception, it means we are paying the car off based on the amount rolled into the loan.I have placed a call to the consumer to clearly explain to her the situation, waiting for the consumer to call us back.Thanks.Selim E***GM Audi Arlington

The client came in to our Dealership due to a recallWe performed the corresponding repair,and suggested other items for the client to repairIt is totally up to the clients discretion, if he/she would like to perform the repairs suggested with us or somewhere elseWe did not push the client to do anything with us.

I am rejecting this response because of the reasons stated in my original complaint. Audi of Arlington's refusal to accept responsibility for substandard repair and blatant negligence regarding issues with my vehicle is a concern and disappointment. This was my first and only visit to Audi of Arlington and I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional conduct (including unresponsiveness to customer calls) from a supervisor and manager at any other Audi Dealership. I can only say that this experience with Audi of Arlington is further testament to the negative online reviews the business has received from other unsatisfied customers. [redacted]
Mr, [redacted] ,I'm sorry about how we made you feel, our duty is to sell you a vehicle which passes VA state inspection, if there were additional requirements from you at the time of purchase, I'm sure those requirements could have been worked out with an adjustment in the price of the car, meaning...

In regards to your plates, we do not process personalized tags as a company rule, the reason why we have to do the registration for you is because we are required to do so, whenever there is a lien going to be recorded on the Title. In regards to the interest rate, yes there are many occasions when our banks could possibly not be as competitive as your credit union, and that is the route some customers take, this does not happen as often, so I'm very happy it worked in your favor this time. Leasing VS buying is a matter of opinion based on your driving habits, sometimes it is better to lease than to purchase. In regards to you wanting to speak with me, it is the first time I hear of it, the receptionists have my email information as well as my direct extension, not sure who you spoke to as I never hide from any issues, whether good or bad. It seems to me the warranty was already canceled and the client is disputing the amount of the refund for which we have zero control over. The warranty cancellation gets submitted by us once the client requests it, we submit it and the warranty company issues the refund.In this case we did...

I am rejecting this response because:Since October 2015 AUDI Arlington has had my car in their possession. I may have had my car and month spread out total. The nature they've had my car is due to check engine light issues. Repairs where done and authorized, however was informed later they repaired items that should not have been. The last length of time they had me car in the possession was from December 16, 2016-February 15, 2016. Once the vehicle was obtained and inspected issues where found. Service Manager Steve M[redacted] had been made aware of. One issue was hydraulic arm to keep hood stable. Other issues that arouse was headlight. After, speaking with General Manager [redacted] his response was they would repair damages that came while in their possession, their not responsible. Professionalism, courtesy, etc.. was not acceptable. CUSTOMER SERVICE was terrible, especially Mr. M[redacted], screaming and very disrespectful. Also, while car was in their possession last term I asked if a window could be repaired after my car was broken into (insurance claim). After 3 months, repair was not done. And, M[redacted]'s response to General Manager, was that he sent estimate to my insurance company and they denied. He never contacted myself to inform me of issue. At, informed of situation and contacted insurance company, it was found to be false. He never submitted anything. Now after months with broken wibdow, without my car. I now have to transport my car to another establishment to have window replaced. And spend additional funds to have damages repaired. And on top of that the issue of the check light is still illuminated. RIDICULOUS!!!!! Completely disappointed in my overall experience.They can offer replacement parts of damaged parts for free. Or minimum acceptance discounted.Regards,

I sat in the office and made a purchase with the dealership, NOT/NOT a warranty company. I gave my credit card to a finance officer working for Audi Arlington.
I want to see in writing, all documentation sent to this warranty company from Audi Arlington with dates and points of contact. Proof of a canceled policy. This is a one time offer and will not be extended for future concerns.This offer expires April 30th, 2016 and does not include any installation cost or commitment to install such parts. Audi of Arlington by no means acknowledges that any or all of the fore mentioned parts were damaged by the Dealer when the vehicle was in our possession.
