Trying mine for the first time right now. This is the first time I have heard the “click” of the keyboard as I type. Very happy

Just got the EV3 for my husband. So far he’s ecstatic. He can hear himself walking down our hallway. That’s super for him. Wind blowing outside today and he said it’s been a long time since he heard it. So far so good. Thanks Audien now I don’t have to yell.

I’ve been nagging my husband for years to get hearing aids, but they were always too expensive. I saw these and bought them on the spot, and I couldn’t be happier that my husband loves them.

I really had a great experience overall with this company. Easy and quick to order online. Shipped quickly to me. Had great videos and resources for me to make it easy to learn how to use, and when I had a unit stop working they sent me a replacement with no questions! Thanks for making this experience simple, and for making me feel like I’m not alone with my hearing loss.

I was afraid that for such a low price, the hearing aid would be garbage, but honestly this thing works great. Fits just right in my ears and gets the job done.

I upgraded from the EV1 to the EV3 and all I can say is WOW! The units are super tiny and fit comfortably and discreetly in my ear. And the charging dock is magnetic so the hearing aids just snap right into place, it’s really cool, and easy to use! Great product considering how low the price was.

I ordered the EV1 hearing aids and didn’t like them at first. They were hard to get used to, having something in your ear, and the sound difference was hard to adjust to. I contacted their customer support team looking to return it, but it had already been over 30 days, which was their listed return policy. Luckily, their support rep made an exception for me and said he’d extend it to 45 days. I decided to give the hearing aids another try and after another week of wearing them, I ended up keeping them! Thanks for giving me the courtesy of extending your policy - glad I ended up trying them a bit longer!!

Phenomenal value I think, I’ve never seen a hearing aid priced this low and it works WELL! Easy to use, rechargeable, and good sound quality/amplification. Thank you!! I use mine every day now.

Too big for ears. They work more like an amplifier than hearing aid. Also being charged $4 monthly and don’t know why. Trying to contact them for answers. Would like to return however they will charge a $25 restocking fee and I’m responsible for all shipping costs.

We ordered hearing aids back in March, returned because they did not work as thought. They said they did not give full refunds even though we never understood that. However they have told us a refund would come to our credit card within 3 to 6 business days (contacts all by email). It is now Sept and they now say they will send a check but still nothing. We feel we are due a full refund. $149.00, two charges, one for 89.00 and the other was $60.00. They said they would refund half $74.50 but still nothing. Thank you, Van Foster

I returned product unopened to Audien Hearing and it took several months of calling them before I finally gave up and disputed charge with my credit company. Now they keep charging my credit card for insurance on product I returned! I have called them and been on hold for about 40minutes and then get disconnected. I would give them a 0 rating. Customer service terrible and they say free trial but if you try them (which I didn't) how can you tell if they work or not!

In an effort to improve the customer experience, Audien Hearing has removed the restocking fee. We take this feedback seriously and are working as hard as we can to better serve our 100,000 customers.

I can see in our system you have been fully refunded for all purchases and your $4 monthly warranty was cancelled on October 5th. I refunded you for the $4 charge on September 18th as well, so you have been refunded every dollar you were charged.

I ordered these hearing aids for my mother, August 24, 2020.I was under the impression that it was a good, reliable company and product, with a warranty. That was the information provided at any rate. I attempted to email them numerous times but never received any response. The hearing aids did not fit well, kept falling out of her ears. Also, one charging port fell completely out. When I finally received a response, it was AFTER the 30 day warranty expired. Not only is it an inferior product, but apparently the warranty is a scam. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone under any circumstances. Anyone that sells inferior products to a mostly senior population is very evil. Disgusting company.

That being said, you are one of the very few cases where this did happen and that is simply unacceptable.

Complaint against AUDIEN HEARING. Saw this Co advertising on FACEBOOK for inexpensive hearing aid. Placed an order on June 9, 2020. Co. Immediately charged my card for $149.00. After charging my card they advised me of long shipping delay. I therefore cancelled my order (6/16/2020) and requested a full refund. Co. Acknowledged cancellation (6/19/2020) and advised refund posted their end, wait 3-5 days to hit my bank. Several weeks have passed and still no refund. I have had several e-mail conversations with AUDIEN HEARING and get the same "scripted" response "POSTED ON OUR END WAIT 3-5 DAYS". I have asked them for the exact date of the alleged refund, and the transaction number of said refund. They can't give it to me. Today 9/19/2020, I actually spoke to a live person of this Co. but unfortunately she couldn't or wouldn't give me any concrete info. On my refund of $149.00. I have diligently attempted to resolve this problem through various means, to no avail. This Co. May exist but it appears that they operating under very "shady" rules and regulations. I noted on your Revdex.com WEB page several other persons are voicing the same complaint. This Co.needs to be stopped. I'd wager a guess that the majority of those responding to their FB AD. are senior citizens like me. Many of us live on a fixed income and every penny counts. Hopefully, this info. will shed some light on a company that may be taking advantage of seniors by using deceptive advertising and false claims. I appreciate your having this format to register a complaint. Looking forward to hearing from your agency. Ok

Nobody answers the phone and no emails are acknowledged. The company acts like a couple of guys working from a home office with no real support team as advertised. Also, the return policy is misleading in that they don't tell you upfront that they will charge you a $29 re-stocking fee if the hearing aids were "used". Ridiculous!!!

Worst lying company ever. They told me they could meet the order. I asked for a refund and got ignored. After 3 months had charge reversed on my credit card. Poor communication,begged me to wait until they got stock. Nope refused for more BS from them. Cannot meet obligations, and shy with the truth. I cannot think of any way to give a good rating.

We are very sorry for how Covid-19 impacted our company's ability to meet the growing demand of our customers. When you ordered on May 20th, Audien Hearing was still experiencing 4-6 week delays on orders as a result of the corona virus.

On June 9th, I can see you were offered the upgraded model completely for free and an additional 20% off on your order as a thank you for your patience. I am sorry to here this arrangement was not satisfactory to you.

You have been FULLY refunded for the remainder of the balance, despite having received the hearing aids on June 22nd. We are not sure why you chose to submit a negative review on August 3rd, nearly 6 weeks after your received your product.

We hope this shows the family culture Audien Hearing proudly represents.

I ordered a pair of rental hearing aids. They took 4 months to get to me. When I got them only one of them works. I have sent numerous emails to adien hearing and have not received a response from them. It was the same way when I was trying to find out what was going on with my order for the rental hearing aids.

WARNING! I was considering buying from this company until I read negative reviews on another site

From their comments people were being ripped off. Delays in shipping voids the 30 day trial because the 30 days is from when you ORDER them and not from 30 days after you RECEIVE them. Also in order to return them they must be UNUSED and in original packing according to the terms and conditions on the site. So the 30 day trial is worthless. After searching our database, we can see you are not a customer of Audien Hearing. You didn't purchase a product or ever interact with our customer service team.

The site you reference doesn't appear to be a legitimate or credible organization, whereas the Revdex.com is.

Our policies state: "to be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging." We do offer full refunds for used products so long as they are not damaged.

I ordered a pair of EV1 hearing aids about June 20, 2020 from Audien Hearing, which they advertised for $89.00 "for the pair", which was supposedly a 40% discount. I was subsequently charged $242.0, consisting $178.00 ($89.00 for each hearing aid), $60.00 upgrade fee for the EV3 model which I did not request (they stated the upgrade was " for Free", and a $4.00 protection fee. Their ad stated clearly: "30-day money-back guarantee". Since then, after returning both boxes to them, I have received only a $4.00 refund. After the fact they told me the product, because of sanitary reasons, was not refundable (if the boxes (2) had been opened. I had opened only 1 of the boxes to see if the hearing aid would fit. It didn't even come close to fitting. I expected to be charged only for the unopened box, and also the upgrade fee of $60.00 should have been refunded.

I feel this operation borders on being a scam, because of false advertising, and their unwillingness to honor their stated money-back guarantee. I hope this will stimulate an appropriate refund, because my efforts have failed.
