I ordered hearing aids. After several months, even when that was charged to my account the first day, I received the units. I opened the package, and as soon as I tried to put in my ear the unit started with a very high pitch sound. Since the hearing aids are refundable and in NYS up to 45 days, I sent them back with tracking the same day I received them,
Now I received an e-mail that will be only refunded 50% because it was opened.
This is a scam, how you can know that is going to work if you can not even open the package?
I did see two audiologists and all of them told me the same, "you can try them for up to 45 days and if you can not get used to them you can return them for a full refund"

Never ordered the hearing aid but they somehow got a hold of my mother's debit card number and send it anyway this is not the only ear internet company that will do that to you don't even make an inquiry

It is completely impossible for that our company "got a hold of" you mother's debit card number. Your mother likely ordered the hearing aids and completely forgot about it. Or someone is using her card without authorization.

Either way, it is completely impossible it was Audien Hearing.

AWFUL product, even worse customer service. After THREE emails regarding ship delays, on 5/21/2020, I attempted to cancel my order and be refunded. I was notified on 5/25/2020 that I could not cancel the order because it had already shipped. It shipped on the 25th; my request to cancel was the 21st. I was told I could return the product when it arrived - at my own expense - for a refund. I was begged to "find it in my heart" to give them a positive review on Facebook. 3 months after my order was placed, I have a product I can't use, lies from customer service regarding shipping date, and a request for a positive review.

We sincerely apologize for the shipping delays caused by Covid. You ordered in April during the peak of Covid and all of our factories were shut down for months as a result. We are blessed that our customers were patient with us and supported us through these hard times.

I have issued you a full refund on your order and refunded every month of the warranty subscription you paid for. I hope you can see how much we care about our customers and apologize again for the difficulties caused by Covid.

My concerns were not related to the DELAY, they were related to the misinformation contained in the MULTIPLE emails regarding delays, ship dates, etc. and not being able to cancel my order because you stated it had already been shipped, WHEN IT HAD NOT YET SHIPPED. I did NOT receive a refund, as you stated; I was told I could only receive a 50% refund, not 100%. I am still being periodically charged for the warranty plan. My main issue here is lack of communication.

On Oct. 13, 2020, I received an email from Audien stating they had that day "refunded" my purchase price. A few days later, wheb the refund had not appeared in my account, I AGAIN emailed them to check on the refund status. I received a return email that it could take "up to 3-5 days" for it to show up in my account. This return email also contained another plea for positive social media reviews (NOT gonna happen.). Today is day 7, still no refund. Also, commenting by me has been turned off on their Facebook ads. Only positive comments are shown. The dishonesty of this company is sad, to say the least.

I ordered from audien hearing and never received the product but they made sure to take my money

We are so sorry for this glitch in our fulfillment software. We had a small number of customers report this issue, but it was very difficult to determine who exactly had been impacted.

I issued you a full refund, apologies for the inconvenience. This was an honest mistake from an honest company.

I ordered special hearing aids from them after I was solicited in an email. They stated one price but charged $30 more. Then they told me delivery would take weeks to months. I immediately emailed, called and sent a message by messenger to cancel yesterday. I have not received a response and their phone number is not working properly as after you wait 15 minutes the phone hangs up . You cannot even leave a message. This is unacceptable and possibly could be a fraudulent operation.

This business is crooks!! and that address that is posted that they claim the business is in PHOENIX,AZ and in a WAREHOUSE.. I googled the address posted here and funny enough it is the address of an APARTMENT in SCOTTSDALE!! My dad ordered his hearing aids two MONTHS ago on thier website and still hasn't got them! He always tries to call the ''company'' and NEVER gets an answer! this place needs to have the police involved... I will see to it it does!

We apologize, there was an error in our fulfillment software that caused a random number of customer's shipping labels to be created, but not printed when our team actually sent out the units.

You have been fully refunded for your order and every month of the warranty subscription.

This was an honest mistake caused by a software glitch.

I ordered hearing aids and paid $75.65 on 1/16/20. Never received hearing aids and asked for refund after 3 months. Company refunded $20.00 of total amount and said they would send hearing aids anyway. Never received them and have been requesting balance of refund which is $55.65. Company says they have refunded total amount but I have not received remaining refund balance of $55.65.

I received an email from Audien Hearing on 5/22/20. They said that they already refunded on their end and that it would take 3-5 days to post to my account. It gas been 6 business days and still no refund. What do I do now?Vickye MSent from my iPhone

I purchased a set of hearing aides through a *** ad from Audien Hearing, on April 4th. April 7th I received an email stating orders were delayed 3-15 days, I figure no problem.

April 11th I received another email stating they are asking for positive reviews on *** so they don't get shut down. This I had an issue with because as soon as I leave a positive review if I complain later then in lying at some point. So I requested my order to be cancelled and refunded, on April 12th. Having not heard anything from them I sent another message on April 24th, at this point 4/24 they claim to have canceled the order and refunded. April 30th I sent a follow-up email stating the refund hasn't appeared in my account after 6 days and if I could get specifics on the transaction so I could call my bank.

5/2 I received the following email:
"It has already refunded on our end sir. It will take 1-3 business for your bank to process the refund. If you have any further questions, I would contact them. Otherwise, you should have gotten an email from us the confirmed the refund.

I had already waited 6 days before connecting them because I know how credit refunds take longer. There is no record of a refund attempt being made, however in my spare time I was able to tie them to *** Hearing which is now *** Hearing, *** is who billed my card.

They are still running ads on *** despite being behind 8500 units and feedback on their *** page show customers from January not receiving their orders. All I want is my money back a total of $75.65, I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and file reports like this, but here I am dead and filing reports.

I ordered hearing aids from this company. I got 2 emails from them about delays. The 2nd email sort of sounded like it was a scam company. I have tried emailing them 3 times after their 2nd email with no response. I have tried calling their business for 2 days during their business hours. Both times I was put on hold for about ten minutes, then was told to call during business hours. No matter what I do I cannot get anything done.

I believe that I have been scammed by this company. I ordered hearing aids from them and after the 2nd e-mail from them that they will be shipping them, I cant get any response. I have tried to e-mail them 3 more times and tried calling them, still no response. They need to be investigated.

During Covid, our family owned business was impacted heavily, causing us to be understaffed and delays in responding to our customers. That being said, I can see our team did help you and actually cancel your order.

Sorry we weren't able to get to you faster, but we would greatly appreciate if you edited or removed this review because we actually took care of everything you asked of us.
