Worst service ever you can't get a hold of anyone. They finally emailed me and said I can't get a full refund because I opened the box, how are you supposed to see if they work.

I see your order was placed in July and our team was experiencing (and to some extent still is experiencing) the effects of Covid on our business. We have since expanded our team to overcome being understaffed.

We also removed our restocking fee completely in order to improve the customer experience.

On April 28, 2020 I placed an order with Audien Hearing for a pair of EV-3 hearing aids for $211.30.
As of June 9, 2020 I had not received received the hearing aids and sent a letter cancelling the order and requesting a refund of $211.30.
On June 11, 2020 I received a letter from Audien acknowledging the cancellation advising me "It takes 3-5 business days for my refund to process".
On June 18, 2020 They sent the hearing aids that I no longer wanted.
On July 9, 2020 I again requested a refund of $211.30
On July 13, 2020 They said to return the unopened box and they would send me my refund.
I replied that I should not have to pay the return shipping cost since they acknowledged my cancellation of the order a week before they sent the hearing aids. If they wanted the hearing aids returned, I asked that they send me a prepaid shipping label.
I am also dubious that they will keep their word since they promised a refund before but did not follow through.

I had ordered a pair of hearing aids for $75.65 (discounted price) as a number of people said they work well. Unfortunately, I researched afterwards and found that this company is a scam. I sent online message to cancel order and refund my credit card. A Madi at the company sent an email saying the order has processed and cannot be cancelled. However, today I received an email saying the product is out of stock and an upgrade will be sent. (Reading complaints online, this is their usual practice and it does take forever for the product to be sent). If the products are received by customers they are not good quality, do not work and cannot get a refund “if the box is opened”). All I want is my refund and not have the product shipped (as who knows if the refund will come if Product sent to ***, address given for returns).

I received my hearing aids, which took forever to come in the mail. When I received them they came with ear bud attachments that covered the hearing aid device. These buds did not fit securely as a result detached when I removed them from my ears. I did not have the option to not put the buds on the device as when I just inserted the device into my ears, they would ring and would not stop until I put the buds on, which was annoying. Also the quality of the hearing device was very poor and did not work very well. This company also was very hard to contact. In fact I am not sure if they even are a legitimate company. I am very disappointed in this purchase and would not recommend them to anyone. My rating would be zero but since I had to choose, I gave it one star.

I purchased a hearing aid they came in a pair, on May 30, 2020, for $89.00. I did not receive them until June 26, 2020, because of Coronavirus virus. I tried them on and they did not fit my ear. I returned them all in the original package on July 1, 2020. I did not wear them I only try them on and they did not fit. The company emailed me and gave no reason and only refunded me $44.50. I had to email them back to find out why only half a refund. They emailed me back stating that "they were used. I cant give you a full refund since the package was either used or opened." How are you to know if they fit if you don't open it up?

I’d give this business zero stars if it was possible. Their advertisement is totally misleading. They claim to have a 30 day warranty and when one wants to return their misrepresented item, they only refund 50% if one has opened the box. How is it possible to know the quality of the item if one does tot open the box? They claim that their hearing aids are smaller than a dime and they are definitely not! They also claim that they are “virtually invisible.” Not so. They are so big that they would stick out of the ear canal like a sore thumb. I didn’t even try them on because they were so bulky. Stay away from this company!

Stay away. If I could give a negative 5 stars, that would still not cover this company The company advertises a 30 day money back guarantee, but if you try to use it and it doesn't work (not a defect), just a poor product, they only offer a 50% refund. Not just that. When I first ordered the product, EV1, which is advertised on their webpage as rechargeable, they first try to upgrade you for an additional charge to a better unit. I declined. A few days later they email me that because they are a little delayed in their shipping, they are upgrading me to the ev3 which they say is rechargeable. When I emailed them saying that they advertise the ev1 as rechargeable they responded with the statement that the ev1 has batteries. I sent them a copy of both the ev1 and ev3 from their website. I did not hear from them again. They are a scam. The product is no better than rolling up a piece of paper cone style and putting it in your ear.

I did not receive the full refund as they stated. I paid $75.65 and was only refunded $37.83. It seems this company is just full of nonsense.

Audien Hearing appears to be a scam, selling China devices which amply noise from my HVAC vents more than TV. They have not responded to my inquiries, and they accept full returns only if the package was never opened! I ordered an aid with a pull-out cord, but they "upgraded" my order to a product I never wanted which doesn't work. Now I'm out $89.00. I have had a hearing aid in the past and know how they are supposed to function, but this item is a ripoff.

We actually do offer full refunds for packages that are open, we just require they are not damaged and stay in the original packaging.

I ordered a pair of hearing aids from this company recently. They were to be $89.00, a payment of $29 was made and future payments of $9.00 a month were to be made. However, when I received the aids I was unable to use them due to my sight being too impaired to adjust them. The company advertises a 30-day money back guarantee. I return ed the aids to them well within the 30 days and haven't heard anything from them regarding my refund. I have e-mailed them several times and also called them but can never get anyone. They have an option to leave a message but it cut me off before I could do that. I am concerned that this may be an internet scam and am trying to prevent them from taking any more payments out of my account.

I purchased the EV3 hearing aids and only used one. The EV3 only amplified All sounds and didn’t help with conversations. I contacted Audien to return the aids for the 30 day money back guarantee and they refused. They only gave me half of my money back.

Beware, they got the order wrong as I ordered 2 pairs and received only one pair. And guess what ? only one of the hearing aids worked. The next day I spent all morning trying to get ahold of customer service by being on hold for 15 minutes on over 10 calls. They just hung up and I never spoke to anyone. I suspected a scam and that looks like what I got.

Do not do business with this firm. Their delivery took about 2 months. They started charging me the monthly warranty fee before I even received the hearing aid. I finally received the hearing aids and no sound came out of them except a squeal. Within 2 days I returned them by Fed Express. They mislead me by saying they had a 30 day return policy BUT then when the hearing aids were returned in perfect condition they only refunded 48.69% of what I paid and the refund was weeks after I returned them.

I can see you placed an order on April 15th and it was received it on July 15th.

We are so sorry for the extreme delays, all of our production factories were shut down due to Covid. It took months for us to be able to get production back to normal and some customers waited for months kindly and patiently.

I ordered Audien Hearing Aids from an ad on Facebook on May 19. I did not receive them until June 20. There was one correspondence saying there was a glitch in their supply chain on 5/25/20 and be patient they will come. When they came I was unable to charge the units because the chargers didn't fit so they are unusable. I contacted the company and got an email to call the office at a 215 area code. It was a nonworking number as was another 215 area code I found on your site. I tried two weeks ago to contact them and the one not on your site was disconnected so it is not a new development. Would you please help me get my $89.00 dollars back? Their office is in Old Town on Stetson Dr. in Scottsdale, AZ.

We are not sure what number you used, but our number is . You mentioned a "215" number so it is very possible you were incorrectly dialing the number or had written down the first three digits incorrectly.

False advertising, purchased an additional $40 option of a COMPLETELY IN EAR hearing aid. When received it 6 weeks later . I was sticking out of my ear.
I returned the entire shipment ( at my expense) everything was unopened except the box that held the hearing aids.
On the FACEBOOK PAGE where the product is sold it boasted about 30 day return. NO MENTION OF LIMITED RETURN POLICY.
I RECEIVED A $60 refund of the $115, I was charged on my credit card.

However, when you purchased your hearing aids, the return policy clearly stated there was a restocking fee.
