Review: I placed an order for a 30 day free trial to a business called Auralux. The product was a face cream that was supposed to reduce face wrinkles and bags under the eyes. I tried it for about 10 days and nothing really happened. Before I called their number to cancel any future dealings with them, I went on line to check my banking statements. They had already taken out $182.00 from my checking account. I called their customer support number and told them about this. Their response was that it was only a 14 day free trial. They told me that I ordered it on the 7th of July and then 14 days later on the 21st since they had not heard from me they went ahead and charged me the full price for their products. I know it was 30 days but even if it were only 14 days they shipped it out on the 7th, I did not get it on the 7th but on the 9th. Either way I did not get the full 14 days to try their product before cancelling the order. They said they would refund only 35% of the money, so I left it alone at that. I also went to my bank and had them cancel that credit card so that they could not charge me again. With that I told them that I did not want to do any further business with them and they gave me cancellation ID. Today 7/28/15, I checked my online account and to my surprise they charged me another $180.00 for the same products I did not want. I called my bank to complain and they said they would file dispute charges against this company. These people are crooks they are trying to set up a recurring debit charge that I never authorized. What other steps can I take against them?Desired Settlement: I want the new charges of $182.48 returned to me, and I want them to NEVER have any further contact or attempts to collect funds from me or my bank.

Review: This company is trying to take money from me when I did not want a reoccurring subscription. I called to cancel and they sent me more product-now my credit card is being charged. I do not want this product nor should I have to pay for something I did not request. I called again and finally have a cancellation number but they have not emailed me to confirm.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and for this company not to have the ability to scam others.

Review: Ordered product with 2 month money back guarantee according to the website, have called several times and have been informed that I mus pay for the "trial" products that I was originally sent because I waited more than 14 days to cancel, the advertisement states 2 full months and I tried to stop and return before even 1 month. The product is not good and I do not want it.Desired Settlement: Refund of all monies, not just last 2 charges. All charges totalling $347.02

Review: I ordered free trial of face cream. I feel the advertisement page was extremely misleading. I had no idea when I clicked on "agree" that I was agreeing to the terms and conditions that were NOT on that page. I get now that it is a hyperlink that you have to click on to read to know what you are getting into. I had no clue. I feel it is extremely misleading. It terms and conditions should have been included in the paragraph on the page. I wasn't aware I needed to click on it in order to read and agree. I called their customer service with no avail and asked that they have a supervisor call me. Never happened. Called back and the woman that answered said she was a supervisor. Talked over me in a robotic manner and would not give me her last name when I asked. Extremely unproffesional, boiler room type of experience. They need to be more clear on what is expected. I had no clue I had to call in to cancel. I thought I was simply paying for shipping and handling to try a product. I feel they that advertise this way to ensure that people won't actually read the terms and they can charge the card. It's dishonest. It's not on the up and up and I am sure of that after speaking to two separate customer service representatives. I'm tired and upset so I hope that this makes at least some sense. I just want my money back and I want them to have to be more clear on their website. They are tricking people into actually having to pay a lot of money!!!Desired Settlement: I want them to refund what the full amount of what they charged on my card without my consent.

I saw their ad on line and clicked on it. The site promoted a free trial of one product

for the shipping cost only. I wanted to try it and when I tried to check out I could only do so by clicking on the name of a second product which I didn't want. There is a link to "terms and conditions" which most people don't bother with, but I discovered (

the fact) that you would be charged for the full cost after 14 days unless you cancel. I believe they started the 14 days from when you sign up because there is not adequate time to try it before they charge you. I feel this is a rip off and that they are not "up front" about the second product or the time frame within which you have to

try the product and cancel it or not.

Review: I ordered a skin cream for $3.99 from a Dr. Oz online ad. Next thing I know I have 4 charges totaling $193.42 billed to my [redacted]. I did NOT authorized these charges. I received 2 packages in the mail, unable to read the return address. Packaging slip is the same way, unable to read return address. There is a phone number to call which I did. They are saying I did order this & I did NOT. I requested a return address from them & they refuse to give me one. Stating I was beyond my 14 day trial. I said again I did NOT order these creams & did NOT authorize these charges. Again was told they do not accept opened merchandise. Merchandise is still very much sealed. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company. There are several websites where other people have had the same complaints! I'm hoping they have contacted your company as well. One such site is auralux sake venom supplement police, another site is highya.com/auralux-snake-venom-reviews. These people have stolen hundreds of dollars from innocent people. Again I did not order this cream, there was no 14 day trial listed on the cream I did order, & they will not allow me to return unopened sealed products, or refund my money.Desired Settlement: I do expect a full refund! I will gladly return the packages I did NOT order back to them if they will give me an address! I would expect this company to have some form of punishment esp after seeing how many other innocent people they have stolen money from. The 2 websites I have listed above are only 2 of several that people have multiple complaints regarding this company.

Review: Company refuses return and rep stated there was "nothing" she could do. Being billed for unwanted items.Desired Settlement: See above.

Review: I was routed to a free sample offer while attempting to take care of an issue I'm having with another company. The offer was for a sample for the cost of shipping. There were no pop ups advising that it was a trial offer. I paid the $5 shipping (approximate) and received the tiny sample. It smelled disgusting like burnt plastic so I figured it was my $5 loss and let it go. Then less than 2 weeks later I am charged $92.53!!!! I called to complain and ask that the charge be removed. They offered $40. I informed them that was insufficient and that I was never prompted for a trial that it was advertised as a sample. I stated that I want a full refund. They said no. They have a sister company that is advertised as a dual regimen. I will be complaining about them as well as it turns out they are the exact same company operating under Vibrant Skin with the same customer service but operating out of [redacted].Desired Settlement: Refund in full.

Review: I ordered the 14 day trial of Auralux Serum Cream on 1/30/15. Because the cost to order the product after the trial was too high, I cancelled. The customer is required to do so within the 14 days by calling and by returning the remainder of the product, which I did on 2/10/15. I kept detailed notes on my order and returned the product with a certified mail receipt.Customer Service denies receiving my phone call and claims the order was placed on 1/28, thereby shortening the 14 day period by 2 days. The packing slip which came with the product shows the order date of 1/30/15.The company placed a pending reserve on my account of the full price of the product for $87.53. The account is now blocked because we cannot cover this expense. Currently it prohibits us from buying groceries or repairing our car.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to issue a refund or to remove the pending reserve from our account. I am asking only for the amount which they have billed my account.

Review: I ordered their product on a Sunday, 3/1/15, and it said I had 14 days to try the product before canceling. I never received the product until the 6th of March and on the 16th they charged my credit card the full price, $85.98 and 87.53 when they said all I had to pay was for shipping and handling $4.95 for each product. ( I bought two). There is no way I would pay that much for face cream, and I did call them on the 18th and cancelled but they will not refund the money they charged on my credit card. This is a very misleading company and when my husband called the customer service girl, [redacted] was very belligerent with him and would not let him talk to the supervisor, nor provide a contact of the owner of the company. I do not like the product and I never got a chance to try it for the 14 days as they advertise.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on my credit card of 173.51 and I will return the unused product at the companies expense. I would also like to see them change their advertising so it reflects the true nature of their fraud on unsuspecting customers.

Review: I have been mislead into signing up for a subscription of [redacted] and [redacted]. By AuraluX Beauty I didn't find out the name of the company until they charged me an extra $173.51 three weeks later. I only received the green coffee bean extract$87.53. I never received the [redacted] extract $85.98 . When I called the number I got from my bank I was told there was nothing they could do about it I should have called sooner. I asked for a refund they told me I wasn't eligible for a refund. February 23 2015 I was on Facebook when I got the offer. By clicking on the advert I was taken to a fake [redacted] website. On this site it said the trial is completely free only pay for shipping 4.95. It didn't say anywhere that I was signing up for a subscription and had to call to cancel in 14 days or the product is $85.98 for one and $87.53 for the other. If it said that I wouldn't have ordered I cant afford that. When I called and asked about $173.51 I can't get a straight answer about anything. I really don't understand whats happen to me but I know It's wrong. Every time I call to speak with a supervisor I'm told someone will call me back. Or they tell me a different story, company name or website. First they told me the $173 was for the next shipment of the product. Then they told me that was the full cost for the 30 day supply of the product. Now my account is -$141 and my bank charging me an extra $70 for overdraft fee, and wont let me dispute the charges. The email where my receipt came from is [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund and protection for others like me falling victim to these scam artist
