Online deceptive information about pricing, products. Continued charging credit card after cancellation. No public information on company or recourse with this Revdex.com to file complaint. I was told different charges than what appeared on my card statement. Tried to cancel order 10 min after placing but was told that wasn't possible and I would receive one shipment for one charge than no further charges or shipments. However received another shipment today and have 4 charges on my card totaling well over the amt I was told by customer service. This company should be investigated and I should be able to file a complaint as well as this review with this Revdex.com.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In order to resolve this complaint, I am working with [redacted] to figure out if the company has satisfied the total outstanding amount of $556.24. There is much confusion on the amount credited as the Credit Card Company had issued credits first due to the complaint we filed with them. They are in the process of auditing the account to make sure that the only credits left on the account are the ones that were directly issued from the company.  Once this is determined, I will be glad to accept the company's response.  They have been trying to get this case closed and it's not their fault it is still hanging on.  I will contact [redacted] @ [redacted] X [redacted] when I get the final information from Chase.
