I own 19 rentals, and I've been with Austin Fleck Property Management for years. I think they are by far the best management company I have experienced. They have no hidden fees or costs, are priced fairly, extremely knowledgeable, give great attention to detail, handle my property as if it were their own with courteous and professional staff. I highly recommend them!!!

Austin Fleck Property Management is by far the best management service we have used over the years of owning rentals. The staff is extremely competent, responsive, and always thinking of the property owners best interest. We moved to Austin Fleck after having a terrible experience with a very large property mgt. company and we have never regretted the move. We have very little tenant turn over, but when there is, new tenants are secured incredibly fast! They treat your properties as if they were their own.

I was delightfully surprised when I first ran into Austin-Fleck property management. As a full-time Realtor that assist others in buying and selling property (not managing properties) I was asked often for a good property management company. My response was always, "You know, I am sorry, I just don't have one that I feel deserves to be recommended. Most management companies never answer their phones and when you leave messages, it might be days before they even return your call. I don't recommend service like that." THEN I ran into Austin-Fleck about 4 years ago and now all my clients get referred to them without hesitation. I not only found a management company that returned phone calls and communicated with their clients, the public and cooperating agents in a polite, professional and PROMP manner. But they are just really good at what they do. Excellent record keeping, pro-active communication, and they are all about protecting their clients (landlords) best interest. All of my clients are pleased with the service and representation they receive with Austin-Fleck and I am pleased to refer such fantastic company to my clients.

Austin Fleck has been a great asset for us. They perform the job of managing our rental property professionally and with as little or as much input from me as I desire. Left with no input from me they take care of my rental completely, or if I want to they will follow my requests completely. I have been renting a home and Austin Fleck Property Management is our management company. I received a call last week from a woman named [redacted] stating that she received a letter from the community HOA that I had "bulk trash" in my yard. I told [redacted] that we have nothing in our yard and advised her that it was not a valid complaint. After finding out the date of the fine, I realized what had happened; on recycling day, my recycling can had been tipped or pushed over, leaving cardboard on my driveway (I had just moved in, so I obviously had broken down cardboard in the recycling can). When I came home from work, I saw the can was tipped and I promptly picked up the recycling can, as well as, the cardboard boxes that had been inside the can. I explained the misunderstanding to [redacted] and advised her that someone had obviously hit or knocked over my recycling while I was at work, but of course I had picked up the can and boxes when I came home at 5:30 pm. She advised that I would be receiving something in the mail. To my surprise, I received a FINE in the amount of $35 for having "bulk trash in my yard which violated my leasing agreement". SERIOUSLY. Any rational person looking at the situation could see my can had tipped over, whether this was due to another person or even the wind, I do not know, but how can they honestly hold me responsible for something so absurd? In addition, as soon as I saw the problem, I immediately rectified the situation, the cardboard could not have been there more than a few hours while I was at work. If you make the choice to do business with this company, then this is what you have to look forward to. I would definitely advise looking elsewhere.
