I have rented 3 Different house in the last 10 years with [redacted] and [redacted] at Austin Fleck property management. I have always been extremely satisfied with the entire process. Any time I have a problem or complaint it has always been taken care of and in a timely manner. I love that when I move into a property they take a video and hundreds of pictures. This process not only protects them but ME. When there is something that I missed when I moved in they can pull up the pictures and the address the issue. I have never lost my deposit and they make the transition to my new home a smooth as possible. I move for different reasons but mostly because I like change. I also like to keep my son close to the school that he is attending. Before getting divorced we always owned our home. Being single I would never qualify for the type of home I'm used to living in. When I move into one of there properties it is not your typical rental property. There properties are maintained well and super clean. When I have friends over they are always amazed that I live in a rental home. I would personally recommend renting from Austin Fleck.

Austin Fleck is so incredibly professional and an owners dream when you live far away from your properties. We moved from Scottsdale, Arizona to Puerto Vallarta, jalisco, Mexico and Austin Fleck has been the best for peace of mind along with "lack of worries". I can't describe the feeling of "no worries because Austin Fleck is on it".
