I understand your frustrationHowever on the day of order *** and I negotiated a first week of June deliveryHe made it seem like it wasn't a big deal to get the furniture from the 1st-3rdWe delivered the furniture as negotiated over the phone on TuesdayWe are
planning on making the 2nd delivery of your California King Bed as soon as it arrivesBut at this point I will not promise any delivery dates because I do not want to be held responsibleWe will take our time and do it right, no rushing, we will negotiate the time.
Again I'm sorry for any confusionOur invoice clearly states at the bottom
"Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is writtenSeller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller."
I notate that line because - if we had the inventory in our warehouse I could have brought it too you on June 2nd, however everything was still estimated delivery times when you called to schedule your delivery.

I am researching the history of this complaintFrom what I understand is that this was a pickup and usually the pieces need to be brought back to the warehouse if found damagedLet me look into this to find a resolution first before taking action

I am rejecting this response because: A consumer pays Austin Couch Potatoes over $1,for bedroom furniture and your response for a poorly made headboard by your supplier is I did not pay for another warranty if I were an owner and or a super at Austin Couch Potatoes I would help a customer that spent almost $5,with you in furniture that head board is cracked and that is definitely a manufacturer's problemYou being the reseller I paid you the money not LMT. We were told and sold solid wood furniture and the wood has cracked terrible quality not even a 2" x 6" board from Lowes or Home Depot would crack unless I put a nail in it and hit it with a hammer!

On every one of our invoices we clearly state above their signature the following statementThis customer purchased the day after Christmas and we regretfully experienced a delayWe have made every effort to accommodate this customers needs
They have agreed to all of our accomodations
and now we are being issued this complaint
Statement on invoice states:

It is not our intention to have a delayed order, we always give a response when customers ask for an eta. The meaning of eta is "Estimated time of arrival." We do our best with the technology given to us by the suppliers to present you an honest etaWith the torrential winters all around the factories the last few weeks things were slightly delayed
The *** order is our highest order of importance at this point to fulfill in a safe and orderly manner

We offer an accident plan at the point of sale to cover anything the factory warranties do not coverIf this was declined at the point of sale this is outside of the year warranty from the factory and we cannot repair it for freeThe factory will charge us a fee to repair it or replace itIf
you would like we can reach out to LMT Rustic and see what the replacement cost would be for you

I am rejecting this response because: We have not gotten our full delivery. You still haven't delivered the chair that was broken. You guys are ridiculus. My wife called on Wednesday to check the status once again as that was the date we were told. Again *** answered the phone and said our chairs were there and that she was getting with the warehouse manager. He would absolutely call us back that day. Guess what - no call at all from your company. My wife had to wait a full hours and call back. How does your company (*** on at least to occasions - not to mention all the other people) repeatedly tell a customer you are going to call them back and never do. We shouldn't have to continually call you to try and track down our furniture
Even after we have complained to the managers there, complained to the Revdex.com, and anywhere else we can escalate to you refuse to try and fix the issues with communicating to your customers
Not to mention that when your delivery team did finally delivered our couch they broke our door frame and hit a table that spilled candle wax over our table and wall
Absolutely worse company have ever dealt with and if you don't improve someone should have you closed so other people don't have these same issues

I would be willing to refund the delivery as a solution to the delayed delivery if the customer removes all negative feedback on all review websites and Revdex.com, ***, ***, etcWe see this as the remedy to the accused problemTherefore we would be completely resolved and furniture delivered entirely.

Rather than making a comment today, I will let the police investigation pan out and let our legal team respond accordingly

Good afternoon Mr***,Our team is resolving this with the factory and having the part fedex'd to our warehouseHolidays and factory shut down period has delayed the partIt's not practice but with the holidays and the factory being closed for the holidays it was held upOur intention
