I purchased Niklas Backstrom Winter Classic Jersey for my Fiancé on 9/ [redacted] as a surprise Birthday present for October ***, During the checkout time, there was no time that I was made aware that I was allowed to get expedited shipping, I was only allowed a flat rate fee of $shipping After doing some research, I found out that they shipped out of Virginia Beach, Virginia, so why they have such a long shipping period I'm not sure When trying to reach a customer service representative, it just goes to voicemail, there is never a live person I had left several voicemails before I finally emailed off the website asking for my order to be cancelled and for my money to me returned to me I got a call from a blocked number from a gentlemen who told me he was not allowed to disclose his name to meHe was extremely rude telling me I was wrong, interrupting me, and not giving me a chance to even speakI was told that I was not providing him with any of the correct information and in fact the jerseys are all authentic Should I had been given the option of having and expedited shipping choice, and speaking with someone live about my order, or at least learning the name of the person I spoke with, I believe my experience would have been better This experience has caused me to cancel my bank card, get a new one so that the charge will not post on their end, and get my money back through my bank by filing a complaint I would never recommend purchasing through this website It is a complete SCAM!

I purchased an item on 8/**/and the funds were immediately removed from my checking account I made an inquiry with the company via voice mail days later and was never called back There were no notfications on their web site or their voice mail that theindicated they were having technical phone issues I made a final attempt at getting them on the phone and went to voice mail again I left a message and left an e-mail and was suprised at e-mail that I received back Basically they recited the "terms and consdtions" back to me and alluded to the fact that I made an agreement with them

This is the response I got from Authentic Jerseys For Less after they scammed my Mother $for a jersey I never received "Let us bring to your attention that a majority of those customers had their merchandise delivered." So there you have it 100% of the time, Authentic Jerseys For Less will steal your money and a fraction of the time you will actually get the merchandise you paid for They definitely earned their "F" rating All the reviews say the same thingDon't believe me? Call their "Customer Service" hotline which goes straight to Voicemail and you will never get a return call Here's the number: ###-###-#### A total scam! My Mother purchased a jersey from Authentic Jerseys for Less on Sept*** as a Birthday gift Days and days went by and the jersey never arrived I tried calling the phone number on their site to check the status of the order The number conveniently goes to a VM and the call is never returned I left over voice mails without a response I also sent multiple email inquiries and got not response I sent consecutive emails and finally got a response saying their "terms and conditions" state that it may take 14-days + an additional days Well, today is Oct*** and the jersey has not arrived Now we have to go through the painful process of contacting the credit card company to file a dispute What an awful mess I rate this business as an F Run away from this scam

I read the policy and thats wasnt the issue.  I find it amazing that the systems have been down yet my card was charged instantly and I received an email with the order confirmation.  With no phone response and no email response, who in their right mind would send their product back with any confidence that they would receive either their money back or the correct product.  also you didn't respond to the fact that you sell knock off jerseys.  Anyway if you truly are a legit business then I should be able to return the product in the same condition after seven days for a replacement or a refund.  Also I find it hard to believe that your system has been this long when all you do is run a Web business.  Must be tough to pay the bills.  By the way, I just tried calling you guys with no answer.  Guess the systems are still down.

MUST accept the "terms and conditions" before even being allowed to make the purchase, and it is the customer's responsibility to read the material before accepting said terms. Our return policy is also detailed on our "FAQ" page as well. All information is clear, legible, conspicuous, and concise. We do not require a reason for a return. We do pass the responsibility of sending back the merchandise for whatever reason, but would have sent the customer a new jersey at no additional shipping cost. If a customer desires a refund and are having trouble getting through to us, they can simply send it back within the return window, as instructed on our website, and a refund will be processed immediately.
