Review: Ordered a Odell Beckham jr jersey on 7/*/15. Invoice states delivery date of 14 to 21 days. Have tried to call them to find out a delivery date, left over 15 messages between phone and email with no response. Looked on here and am now worried that I will never receive the item. The money has already been taken out of my account. Will go to the bank to see about getting money back.Desired Settlement: Want to get refund. Do not trust this company to deliver items.

Review: Ordered a NFL jersey through their website. My card was charged instantly. Called their number multiple times with never an answer. Also sent reply emails to the sender of my invoice with zero response. I did receive a jersey that was the completely wrong color and had fake Nike and Super Bowl patches sewn on. Their return policy say you get seven days to return the item for a full refund plus pay for shipping. I sent an email stating that I would just like to exchange the jersey for what I had ordered and felt that the shipping should be covered by them since they are the ones that messed up the order but got no response. Unfortunately I did not return the item within the seven days due to the inability to reach a human being. I did not want to get ripped off twice by being charged for an item and then returning the item to who knows where or who. I try about three times a day to get someone on the phone with zero success. I just want to prevent others from being ripped off by these people.Desired Settlement: Since the product is a knock off, I would just like my money back. I realize that getting my money back will probably not happen so I would just like others to not get ripped off by these thieves. Thank you, Kyle

We have had recent server issues that have affected our phone lines and computer systems that we have been working diligently to correct. However, if a customer is interested in returning a product, there are clear and concise instructions on how to do so on our website. A customer making a purchase MUST accept the "terms and conditions" before even being allowed to make the purchase, and it is the customer's responsibility to read the material before accepting said terms. Our return policy is also detailed on our "FAQ" page as well. All information is clear, legible, conspicuous, and concise. We do not require a reason for a return. We do pass the responsibility of sending back the merchandise for whatever reason, but would have sent the customer a new jersey at no additional shipping cost. If a customer desires a refund and are having trouble getting through to us, they can simply send it back within the return window, as instructed on our website, and a refund will be processed immediately.

I read the policy and thats wasnt the issue. I find it amazing that the systems have been down yet my card was charged instantly and I received an email with the order confirmation. With no phone response and no email response, who in their right mind would send their product back with any confidence that they would receive either their money back or the correct product. also you didn't respond to the fact that you sell knock off jerseys. Anyway if you truly are a legit business then I should be able to return the product in the same condition after seven days for a replacement or a refund. Also I find it hard to believe that your system has been this long when all you do is run a Web business. Must be tough to pay the bills. By the way, I just tried calling you guys with no answer. Guess the systems are still down.

I have left 5 voicemails for this company and sent numerous emails inquiring on our order (Invoice# [redacted]) I would like to know if our order was canceled, and if so, we would like a full refund of $170.13. Review: I placed an order with [redacted] on 06/**. Payment was immediately deducted from my back account. I have tried to call the company several times for status of my order and can never get an actual person on the phone. I e-mailed them directly to inquire regarding status and the response from them was that they were having network issues which is why no one was answering the phone. They still did not give me any clear information regarding my order and only refer to their Terms and Conditions. I am concerned that I am never going to receive my item or the correct item as I see that this Company already has a few complaints against them.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a refund for the item that I have not received and the order cancelled.

Review: I ordered a Mets jersey last week for my son's birthday tomorrow. It was not easily evident during the order process that the delivery could take up to 2 weeks. I saw that later on the website. I have left three phone messages wanting to speak to someone about expediting the order and my calls have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I want someone to call me to apologize for the poor customer service and I want my order cancelled.

We offer all shipping policies and procedures numerous places on our website, including in the "terms and conditions" section, which is required to be accepted before purchase. Acknowledging and accepting said agreement means that the customer is bound to those terms, and the company cannot be held liable if someone decides that they do not wish to honor that agreement at a later date. We are in the process of upgrading our systems at this time, and thus our communication has been affected. The customer may e-mail us with any questions or concerns.

At this time, we are having our phone systems upgraded and are unable to communicate via phone. However, the initial complaint was due to failure to read the policies and procedures that the customer agreed to prior to purchase. The company cannot be held liable for those that bind themselves to said agreement and fails to familiarize themselves with these terms.
