The credit card used for this purchase did not belong to a woman, and a refund was issued to this card long ago, and we suggest the individual contact their card company with any issues. We in fact received irate, belligerent, and vulgar e-mails from an individual, at this point we have no idea who,...

as neither the individual who contacted us regarding this purchase, or the person writing this complaint, is the cardholder. These numerous inconsistencies continue to imply potential fraud, which is why a refund was issued and the credit card company was notified. We ceased communication with the individual who contacted us regarding this purchase several days ago, and has made several baseless allegations in retaliation. The individual making this complaint is misinformed, as the we have numerous e-mails from the individual she claims is her son using vulgar language, obscenities, and threats, due to the fact that we received to provide additional information on an order that was placed by someone else. We reserve the right to not share information with any individual that is not the customer or cardholder. It is against company policy to issue refunds  for custom items, however the company felt that an exception was necessary, as there have been too many inconsistencies, and the credit card company has been notified. A full refund was issued several days ago, and we recommend the actual customer contact their credit card company to resolve the matter.

We have NO correspondence from this customer regarding an exchange prior to the aforementioned e-mail AFTER the return window had expired. The ONLY e-mail we received from this customer was back in June 2015 regarding a shipping concern. Therefore, the original e-mail sent from the address [redacted] on 8/** was the only message sent that mentioned an exchange and a threat to report the company to the Revdex.com. Though there are instances where exceptions are made where an exchange or return may be accepted outside of company policy, the company cannot be held responsible for a customer's failure to adhere to company policy, regardless of reason. While the circumstances are unfortunate, companies are unable to operate according to personal misfortune, and this complaint has no merit. The order was filled according to customer specifications, and it is the customer's responsibility to do his or her due diligence to ensure that the item is exchanged or returned in the time frame set forth in the terms and conditions, which the customer agreed to prior to purchase. Also, there are instances that are judged on a case-by-case basis, and had we received earlier correspondence before the threatening e-mail, the company may have agreed to make the exchange despite failure to adhere to company policy that was agreed to upon purchase.

Attached is documentation of the incorrect order per the vendor's request. Two photos of the jersey in question with incorrect personallization text and incorrect team (Arizona hockey as opposed to Chicago baseball) as well as a copy of the invoice (as it was received). If a full refund is granted, per the vendor's Revdex.com response, this resolution will be satisfactory to me. Reference complaint ID [redacted].

[Your Answer Here] I was not in town because of a funeral when I had finally received the jersey, they only give a 7 day period to return, and by time I had even gotten back into town, the 7 day return time had passed. I had emailed once a week trying to figure out how they could assist me, and they didn't even respond until I informed them that I was going to report them to the Revdex.com. I just want to return the jersey, and now, get my money back. I told them several times in emails that I loved the jersey, but that I needed a bigger one (after looking up the size of the jersey, the letter size and number size did not match, so no, it was not the right size.) after 3 or 4 emails, I finally told them that now I want a full refund. Of course they say they never received an email from me til I threatened to report them, as soon as I was able to see how the Jersey fit, 9 days had passed. Trust me, if I was home and not out of town, I would've exchanged it within the 7 days, unfortunately, there was a death, and I didn't get home til 9 days after, so I was already late, but hoping they could possibly help me.

Yes, I am clearly agitated as I had emailed before with no response, and called several times a week and left voicemails with no call back, no response in any form, until, of course, I said I was contacting the Revdex.com, weird! I was very nice in my voicemails and the previous emails that I sent asking for an exchange (i am currently searching for those and will send a copy of that also). If you would also like a copy of my phone bill of how many times I called, left messages asking for help, and leaving all of my contact information in hopes I'd get a response, I can do that also.

I purchased Niklas Backstrom Winter Classic Jersey for my Fiancé on 9/** as a surprise Birthday present for October [redacted], 2015. During the checkout time, there was no time that I was made aware that I was allowed to get expedited shipping, I was only allowed a flat rate fee of $9 shipping. After doing some research, I found out that they shipped out of Virginia Beach, Virginia, so why they have such a long shipping period I'm not sure. When trying to reach a customer service representative, it just goes to voicemail, there is never a live person. I had left several voicemails before I finally emailed off the website asking for my order to be cancelled and for my money to me returned to me. I got a call from a blocked number from a gentlemen who told me he was not allowed to disclose his name to me. He was extremely rude telling me I was wrong, interrupting me, and not giving me a chance to even speak. I was told that I was not providing him with any of the correct information and in fact the jerseys are all authentic. Should I had been given the option of having and expedited shipping choice, and speaking with someone live about my order, or at least learning the name of the person I spoke with, I believe my experience would have been better. This experience has caused me to cancel my bank card, get a new one so that the charge will not post on their end, and get my money back through my bank by filing a complaint. I would never recommend purchasing through this website. It is a complete SCAM!

The customer did call us several times, and a representative attempted to explain the shipping policy that was accepted in terms and conditions when the customer made his original purchase. The customer berated are cursed at the representative because he was looking to have the jersey by a specific date, but that date was outside of the delivery window, and the customer threatened to sue us for some random reason. The customer made several demands, none of which included requesting a refund up until this point. We only have a contact request laced with profanity. If a mistake is made on a custom jersey, we redo the order at no additional charge to the customer. However, in this particular instance, we will gladly issue a refund to this customer, we only require that he e-mail us an image of the jersey in question so that we may confirm the mistake.

Review: My name is [redacted] and I purchased a jersey form Authentic Jerseys For Less on Sept. [redacted]. As of October [redacted], my son has not received his jersey. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with Authentic Jerseys For Less via email and phone to inquire as to when the jersey will arrive. Despite my numerous attempts tehy have not answered my question. My son has also tried repeatedly to get in touch with them, but has only received aggressive threatening emails from them. I was notified last week that AJFL issued a full refund to my credit card. I contacted [redacted] on several occasions including today, and no refund has been issued. It is clear to me this is a scam and I expect a full refund of $159.Desired Settlement: refund the $159 and cease all threatening emails to my son.

The size ordered was the size shipped, and we believe that the customer realized that the item was too small upon receipt. Making contact with a company prior to exchanging merchandise is not a requirement, it is only necessary for the customer to follow policies and procedures regarding returns/exchanges set forth by said company. The company cannot be held liable for customers who fail to do so. All policies are made clear and concise in several places on the website, including in the "terms and conditions" section, which is required to be accepted before purchase. This is the response I got from Authentic Jerseys For Less after they scammed my Mother $159 for a jersey I never received. "Let us bring to your attention that a majority of those customers had their merchandise delivered." So there you have it. 100% of the time, Authentic Jerseys For Less will steal your money and a fraction of the time you will actually get the merchandise you paid for. They definitely earned their "F" rating. All the reviews say the same thing.
Don't believe me? Call their "Customer Service" hotline which goes straight to Voicemail and you will never get a return call. Here's the number: ###-###-####. A total scam! My Mother purchased a jersey from Authentic Jerseys for Less on Sept. [redacted] as a Birthday gift. Days and days went by and the jersey never arrived. I tried calling the phone number on their site to check the status of the order. The number conveniently goes to a VM and the call is never returned. I left over 50 voice mails without a response. I also sent multiple email inquiries and got not response. I sent 65 consecutive emails and finally got a response saying their "terms and conditions" state that it may take 14-21 days + an additional 24 days. Well, today is Oct. [redacted] and the jersey has not arrived. Now we have to go through the painful process of contacting the credit card company to file a dispute. What an awful mess. I rate this business as an F. Run away from this scam.

Review: I purchased a baseball jersey online from Authentic Jerseys for Less on February *, 2015, with an advertised delivery window of 30 days. After several emails and irate phone calls to customer service the product was finally delivered on April *, 2014- more than 60 days later.

The product was nothing like the purchase order. I ordered a baseball jersey for a Chicago team, and received a hockey jersey for Arizona. The printed invoice enclosed with the product had a handwritten change (scratch mark) indicating the order should be changed from Chicago baseball to Arizona hockey. That was never requested.

I have requested a refund and await a call back. This "business" does not seem legitimate and their website is misleading.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $166.95. I refuse to pay shipping, tax, or any "restocking" penalties.

I purchased an item on 8/**/2015 and the funds were immediately removed from my checking account. I made an inquiry with the company via voice mail 5 days later and was never called back. There were no notfications on their web site or their voice mail that theindicated they were having technical phone issues. I made a final attempt at getting them on the phone and went to voice mail again. I left a message and left an e-mail and was suprised at e-mail that I received back. Basically they recited the "terms and consdtions" back to me and alluded to the fact that I made an agreement with them.
