This is in review right now, I should be able to respond with a clearer answer by 9/We have had issues with the Revdex.com link and being able to login in to respond, I believe the issues were fixed 9/15/17- Thank you for the patience

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business' responseIf you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com,I have spoken with the dealership and have informed them I would remove this complaint if they agreed to complete the repairs I was told would be doneThey have set a plan for getting these repairs completed Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Client has had several repairs done using her AUL warranty that was purchased with the vehicle in November of 2016, these repairs are what the AUL is forCustomer did sign an "as is agreement " at the time of purchase

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Vehicle was picked up on Monday May 9th and taken to repair facilityI cannot get a response as to how long repairs will takeI have been without transportation since car engine blew up on April 25th Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was sold a car with a bad engine on DAY 1--the dealership acknowledged that there was "something wrong" but to continue to drive it, which I did, Idaho lemon law states states that you can put up to miles on a vehicle I returned the vehicle withing minutes of purchase, however, they were CLOSED!!!, I left the vehicle there indicating that something was wrong The vehicle is a lemon plain and simple, I let them know on day one and they refused to accept my return only to continue to drive it and "see what happens." Well, we know what happened, the engine blew and now they want me to pay for it? This is not right This company is crooked Do Not do business with them they will not accept responsibility and they did not try everything to work with me Return my money and take back the CAR! Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer did purchase this vehicle as is/no warrantyShe purchased vehicle 3-1-with the stipulation that the dealer would evaluate the brakes- which we did do on 3/9/and we replaced a brake drum and cylinder, added fluid and test droveBrakes were fine as of this dateCustomer signed for work done and left the lotNo other warranties were written or impliedThe PCM part number was matched to the vehicle at the time of purchase, again vehicle was in working order when it left the lotCustomer still owes a down payment on vehicle that she has neglected to pay or communicate with dealer on

This cannot be resolved without proper informationCustomer needs to give me vehicle information for the vehicle she purchased from Auto Credit, which lot location she purchased it from, who she originally financed thru and was complainant the only person on the contract?

A used vehicle is just that, usedYou have signed "as is, no warrantywritten or implied" Yet as a company we are trying to work with you on the issue Part of the problem is trying to get you to respond back to phone calls in a timely mannerYou purchased this vehicle March 4, Which means you had vehicle in your possession nearly months prior to engine problemWe were unable to get it right into repair facility as we had other vehicles in there Again we are sorry for the inconvenience, we are trying to help you

We have been in touch with customer and we are working on solving the issues for himI believe some issues were solved with his 1st visit to us after the complaint 8/5/and he has another appointment scheduled at this time

Auto Credit resolved this issue 8/7/with the customerWe have asked that she rescind her complaint

This vehicle was picked up and transported to repair facility for the customer May 6thI do not understand why he is making another complaint days after vehicle was picked up for repairs?

And so they haven't been able to see my complaint or anything? Their Revdex.com service isn't working?

The client has the right to cancel the AUL and/or GAP coverage at any time and the refunds would be mailed to the lien holder of record to be posted toward accountAuto Credit does have signed copies of both policies if client needs to get them for cancellation purposes

All warranty and Gap products are disclosed and signed for whether the customer accepts or denies them, in this case the client declined all coverage's and signed an "as is statement" As a company we tried to work with the customer and pay half of the repair bill after the customer put
miles on the vehicleWe feel we did due diligence to try and resolve the issue

The customer has been taken out of the original vehicle he purchased and put into another vehicleHe continues to complain about the 2nd vehicle he chose to purchaseThe lot has tried calling and leaving several voicemail's to please contact the lotThey have sent emails as well and
customer is not responding. We have already contacted the bank that was going to fund this contract and asked them to please not fund this dealAt this point we would like the customer to return the Nissan Pathfinder, as it will not be paid for per our request and Auto Credit will return his trade Customer does need to understand the legality of signing a contract, there is no day right of rescission on used vehicle purchases when he initiated the transaction at our locationThis agreement is completely voluntary on the part of Auto Credit

This car was purchased and signed for with an "as is statement" on August 8,2015- customer on title never called the lot it was always her mother. Auto Credit did offer to get a motor at their cost if mother was willing to pay for that. Customer did not make a complaint about vehicle for 43 days...

after purchase and we have no idea who has tampered, worked on or driven the vehicle since the purchase date, This dealership believes are not responsible for any further recourse on said vehicle.

This cannot be resolved without proper information. Customer needs to give me vehicle information for the vehicle she purchased from Auto Credit, which lot location she purchased it from, who she originally financed thru and was complainant the only person on the contract?
