I would need further information to reply to this complaint. Client did not give any information about vehicle and the only thing that remotely matches client in my system was not purchased 1/1/2015.

A used vehicle is just that, used. You have signed "as is, no warranty. written or implied" Yet as a company we are trying to work with you on the issue.
Part of the problem is trying to get you to respond back to phone calls in a timely manner. You purchased this vehicle March 4, 2016. Which means you had vehicle in your possession nearly 2 months prior to engine problem. We were unable to get it right into repair facility as we had other vehicles in there.
Again we are sorry for the inconvenience, we are trying to help you

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer purchased an AUL with this vehicle, if these issues really were happening within her allotted 3 month/ 3000 miles she had an opportunity to have the issues looked into at any repair facility. Customer has been asked to bring vehicle in to be looked at and can never make the open...

appointment times.

What is the Purpose of Idaho’s Lemon Law? Commonly known as a “lemon law,” Idaho’s Motor Vehicle Warranties statute was enacted to help protect you when you buy or lease a car, truck or van that is subject to an applicable manufacturer’s written warranty. Nothing in Idaho’s lemon law limits or affects your rights or remedies under other laws. Idaho lemon law only applies if the vehicle is still under manufactures warranty. This law does not apply here

Your title work was done 4/8/2016- plenty of time to meet Washington State law- plates and registration were at the lot the next day waiting for you to make arrangement to get them picked up or have them mailed out. The plates were mailed from our main facility 5/12/2016. In some...

cases they will have the plates in a different area if customer has a remaining down payment to finish paying.
You should have your plates in the mail soon. There was no intention of "holding" your plates until the temp runs out.

I am rejecting this response because: I was sold a car with a bad engine on DAY 1--the dealership acknowledged that there was "something wrong" but to continue to drive it, which I did, Idaho lemon law states states that you can put up to 20000 miles on a vehicle.  I returned the vehicle withing 20 minutes of purchase, however, they were CLOSED!!!, I left the vehicle there indicating that something was wrong.  The vehicle is a lemon plain and simple, I let them know on day one and they refused to accept my return only to continue to drive it and "see what happens."  Well, we know what happened, the engine blew and now they want me to pay for it?  This is not right.  This company is crooked.  Do Not do business with them they will not accept responsibility and they did not try everything to work with me.  Return my money and take back the CAR!
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Revdex.com,I have spoken with the dealership and have informed them I would remove this complaint if they agreed to complete the repairs I was told would be done. They have set a plan for getting these repairs completed.

This vehicle was picked up and transported to repair facility for the customer May 6th. I do not understand why he is making another complaint 3 days after vehicle was picked up for repairs?

This is in review right now, I should be able to respond with a clearer answer by 9/20. We have had issues with the Revdex.com link and being able to login in to respond, I believe the issues were fixed 9/15/17- Thank you for the patience.

Spoke to customer this morning and he got the problem resolved and is happy with the result.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Auto Credit resolved this issue 8/7/17 with the customer. We have asked that she rescind her complaint.

If Mr. [redacted] was telling Auto Credit about foot surgeries, he was telling the wrong company. Phoenix Financial LLC was his finance company. There were several attempts to contact the client on his personal phone and by calling his work in December 2013 and January/ February 2014, when we...

did speak to him he would say he forgot about making a payment, we have no where in notes regarding unexpected foot surgeries and we did call and verify he was a full time employee for the employer we were calling. The vehicle was then repossessed 2/13/2014 for non payment- it does not matter how many payments are left, unpaid account is still such, unpaid.  The vehicle went thru the auction process and was sold, Phoenix Financial did send out a final letter after the auction letting him know the account balance and then again another letter was sent to him before we sent it out to 3rd party collections in March 2014. Mr. [redacted] has had plenty of time to contact Phoenix Financial or the 3rd party collection agency to try and resolve the problem, remaining balances do not just fall off of a credit report, nor is is required to be removed. The remaining balance is due. This is the first Phoenix Financial has heard from this client since before the repossession, we never heard from the client after the vehicle was picked up. Auto Credit will not sell to this customer until the remaining balance is paid on the old repossessed account. Other dealers will pull a credit report and see that he has a previous repossession and make their own decisions from there, we have no control over that. We do not believe we owe this client any refund of vehicle purchase as he signed a legal binding contract to make payments and if not the vehicle may be repossessed and legal action taken.

Client has had several repairs done using her AUL warranty that was purchased with the vehicle in November of 2016, these repairs are what the AUL is for. Customer did sign an "as is agreement " at the time of purchase.

We have been in touch with customer and we are working on solving the issues for him. I believe some issues were solved with his 1st visit to us after the complaint 8/5/16 and he has another appointment scheduled at this time.

I believe the problem with the vehicle has been taken care of as of March 7, 2016. To my knowledge customer is happy again.

I believe client has been taken care of to his satisfaction over the weekend of 1/9/2016 at the lot of purchase. He spoke directly to the general manager and they got the vehicle fixed and client agreed to rescind his complaint.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and yeah I have used my AUL for several repairs on this vehicle, but my car is still not repaired even after the warranty. I’ve also had to do several major repairs that weren’t covered by my AUL warranty. Also my check engine light turned on five minutes after signing papers to buy this car so I believe they covered / hid the check engine light for so long until it turned on again so someone would buy the car. Also this car was pushed on me. I was interested in other cars but my salesmen would only work on this car with me so I think they were trying to get rid of a damaged vehicle and totally played me because I’m a young woman.

Review: I recently bought a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica from the Hayden auto credit. I financed around $7,000 after the trade in of my wife's currently paid off car. After about 4 days we realized that after the car reached 1/2 of a tank of gas that it would drop to empty. My wife drove the car out to the lot and was told it was probably something simple and that they could get it into the shop soon. The car broke down on her way home and had to be towed back to the car lot. They had it for about 2 weeks and transferred it to 2 other shops during that time. Once it reached Chrysler in Post Falls they were told it had a bad PCM and that it needed replaced. Auto credit assured me they would get it fixed or would get us into a different vehicle because we had only had the car for a few days at this point. It has now been almost three months and we have yet to get a working PCM installed in the vehicle. They sent an incorrect PCM to Chrysler on 2 separate occasions. I drove out to the car lot and tried talking to our salesman who had told me he would get this handled for us. He informed me that they were not going to be able to get us into a different car because it had been over 3 months since we had bought the car and that even if he could get that approved it would likely not be something we could pick out from the lot. When I told him that it was not my fault that it took three months to get to this point he told me that I could leave and that he would call me after he talked to his boss and walked off without another word. He spoke to me a few minutes later and said he would find out that week what he could do. I called and spoke with him today and he was extremely rude saying he had already talked to my wife and that he will call us when he has an answer. During this time we not only found out that the car was over priced around $1500 over bluebook but our salesman said that bluebook value doesn't mean anything. I have spent a lot of time on the phone trying to reach people at the lot being promised callbacks that never occurred. The last time I picked up my Pacifica from Chrysler, they also informed me that the issue with the PCM would not cause the issue I was having with the fuel tank.Desired Settlement: I would like the car to either be repaired or replaced as I was originally promised. I was told when the car was first put into the shop that they would fix the issue with the fuel tank (as that was what I brought the car to them for in the first place) and if they couldn't figure it out that they would replace the vehicle. I would also appreciate the papers being re-written and the car priced at the actual bluebook value of a 2005 pacifica in "FAIR" condition as it is far from being in "Good" or "Perfect" condition.
