The customer was told by multiple parties in our office, we also send emails and lettersCustomers bank will also let them know when an NFS check is made outIt is very hard to believe they forgot

Beware of this dealership they use unscrupulous tactics to get your money Instead of extending a courtesy call to its customers about insurance lapsing they send out there tow trucks to bring your vehicle to the dealership then charge you for one day in the lot!! We have waited almost 3months and still no tags I'm still driving around in paper plates When you walk into the dealership with a complaint their employees who look like thugs pace around you trying to intimidate you I am warning everyone steer clear of this shark infested dealership

Well we just payed off our vehicle today The experience with Auto Deals LLC was overall a satisfactory one There were a few hiccups and they definately lack communication within their complex but overall we got financed for a vehicle with a decent rate compared to other predatory lending out thereThey need someone to get in there and shape up the businessCommunicate better with their customers and with their fellow employeesIt seems like most of the employees are just on the clock and dont get anything doneIt will take one's due diligence and patienceI was planning on posting a neutral review because of the wrongfully attempted reposessions but I will give them a positive review in high hopes that we can do business again in the futureToyota Prius Payed Off Cinco De Mayo

Don't ever purchase a vehicle from these ppl they are just out to get money its easy and conviant to get a car from them but if your a day late or a dollar short they pick up your vehicle and charge you to pick it up seriously worst place I have ever got a vehicle from stay away

*** *** was issued a dollar credit back to his credit cardIt was stated to *** *** that the refund would take up hours for the refund to show on his accountThat being said to *** *** began to curse and scream on the phoneHe was very belligerent and again was explained nicely
that it does take time for our credit card processing company to issue the refundHe stated that was not good enough for him and said he would contact the Revdex.com*** *** has received his refund prior to him sending this complain to the Revdex.com

When I purchased the vehicle there was no fiance company this was an in house financeAlso I don't understand how the company doesn't know the people that I speak if because there's are people that worked for them*** is it
was the ownerI was told *** was the Repossion Manager or something at the time*** *** was the person I made payments to back in and made my arrangements with to pay very weeks to fit my budget*** was one of the 1st ladies that I encountered at my first visit that processes all my paperworkThen there was another *** or *** that was hired also to take payment.All of these people have been emplyees so dont know why they arent knownAlso as for the balance that is incorrect and I have the reciept, also as for the repossion it is showing on my credit as paidAnd it also on my reciept shows that I made a payment of $on 4/01/why would I do that if I didnt have the vehicle? I was also told that this vehicle would not report on my credit and it is???? I have a reciept that does back up some of what I'm explaining and I can contact one of the past employees of need beAnd my reciept was print this year by *** himselfSo I do feel we do need a little more investigation on this matter I Would also like to add that Auto Deals has NOT kept an accurate record of payment history in the past so this may be where the problem existed

Auto Deals LLC, located in San Antonio is a company that practice mischievous businessThe sales associate will try to get you to sign paperwork without reading any documentsThey will offer you (buyer) a so called "good deal" but the vehicle they are selling I from an auctionThey unplugged my battery so that the warning indicators to check engine, check oil, etc is disabledIf you are seven days late on a monthly paymen; they will repo thevehicle and charge you high towing fees so you are unable to recoverthey carThey will resale it after bbusiness daysIf you have a deferred payment and pay late they will repo the vehicleThey have "in house" financing which means they do not apply all federal, state, and local lawsThe customer is really another number and is treated as such

matter was resolved, due to the negative credit history *** *** decided not to purchase the vehicle through financingIn the interim we had another customer that was interested in the vehicle and explained to *** *** that we would not sell her the car cash because we had another customer wanting to finance the vehicle from usShe got very irate with us and we told her she can come get what ever deposit she put on the carDue to her being very upset with us, she filed a complaint with the Revdex.comIt is unfortunate that we could not get her the approval she was looking for and she had to take unnecessary steps to try and harm a business that has great reviews and very satisfied customers

These people are dishonorable liarsThey tried to add $3,to the price of the car without telling me when I was about to sign a loan contractYonie (I believe that's his name) told me that the car was ready with license platesI told him I was driving from Queens from Staten Island and did not want to make the trip unnecessarily as it was over an hour one way let alone the price of tolls/gasI also told him that I did not want the warranty and went over the pre-agreed upon terms and priceI asked him if he was sure, as again, I did not want to make the trip for no reasonHe said that everything was fine and the car was readyWhen I arrived he tried to sneakily get me to sign a contract for $more than we had agreed uponWhen I noticed it he said he couldn't change itWhen I asked him why he told me to come to Queens when I had spoken to him a few hours before, and had clearly expressed that I would only come if the price was what we had agreed on and the car was ready-meaning it had license plates, he had no response. I told him he was a liar and he said that "all dealers do it"No morals, no integrity, no apologies, no considerationHe honestly deserved a punch in the faceMoreover, they did not voluntarily issue me a $refundI had to call several times and threaten legal action before they would respondI told him again that he was a liar, and had no integrityBy the way, he did not seem to care-almost as if he was comfortable with itThe only way to resolve this is to have them reimburse me for the tolls, gas, and time I wasted...roughly $
