I disagree because im not paying and they only paying because I did everything I could to get my car fix when I had problems with itI was not aware that the person that sold me car no longer works there along with the service departmentJust because its been a year and its not my fault that they have bad communication that they cant me back all the times I called and I ask for helpI did my part I'm not happy with auto deals llcI had witness when *** told me I had warranty and if the car breaks down to call him and he can get it Fix with a loaner carI got a junk car

There is a discrepancy regarding the amount put towards the down paymentOn 1/31/the customer put down $cash towards the carOn 2/7/she came back and paid $1,on her CC(Between these two payments is
where customer is claiming the $1,cash payment was made which we have no record of and she was unable to provide a receipt proving her claim) On 3/13/she made a $CC paymentThen on 3/28/she wrote a check for $425, which came back NSF, on 3/31/she was credited $for some repairs that were done, credit was applied towards car deferred down paymentI have attached all payment history and receipts for your review The agreed upon price for the down payment was $2,500.

2/7/: $1,CC
3/12/: $CC
3/28/ -$check (NSF-bounced)
3/31/: $(customer credit from repairs towards car)

still owed $after the check bounced , She was informed by multiple staff members about thisDue to her not fully paying off the Down-payment deferrers is why the car was picked up for RepoThere were several correspondences between the customer and even our accountant explaining this via Email which I can forward as well.

***'s incorrect information on the credit application delayed the process a day or soOnce the matter was resolved, due to the negative credit history *** *** decided not to purchase the vehicle through financingIn the interim we had another customer that was interested in the vehicle and explained to *** *** that we would not sell her the car cash because we had another customer wanting to finance the vehicle from usShe got very irate with us and we told her she can come get what ever deposit she put on the carDue to her being very upset with us, she filed a complaint with the Revdex.comIt is unfortunate that we could not get her the approval she was looking for and she had to take unnecessary steps to try and harm a business that has great reviews and very satisfied customers

We had refused to sell *** *** the vehicle because he did not agree to the price we wanted for the vehicle*** told *** *** that he was no longer interested in selling the vehicle*** *** continued to call the dealership and proceed to threaten the sales rep who was speaking with him
He again was told that we were no longer interested in doing business with himThe price was no longer a factor at that point, based on *** ***'s tone of voice and general attitude from being told we weren't interested in doing business with himAs a dealership we have the right to refuse any sale that we wishWe are under no obligation to sell the vehicle to any persons*** *** sadly did not understand this point and therefore had to contact you as well as threaten to sue our dealership

When I purchased the vehicle there was no fiance company this was an in house finance. Also I don't understand how the company doesn't know the people that I speak if because there's are people that worked for them. [redacted] is it was the...

owner. I was told [redacted] was the Repossion Manager or something at the time[redacted] was the person I made payments to back in 2013 and made my arrangements with to pay very 2 weeks to fit my budget. [redacted] was one of the 1st ladies that I encountered at my first visit that processes all my paperwork. Then there was another [redacted] or [redacted] that was hired also to take payment.All of these people have been emplyees so dont know why they arent known. Also as for the balance that is incorrect and I have the reciept, also as for the repossion it is showing on my credit as paid. And it also on my reciept shows that I made a payment of $200 on 4/01/14 why would I do that if I didnt have the vehicle?  I was also told that this vehicle would not report on my credit and it is???? I have a reciept that does back up some of what I'm explaining and I can contact one of the past employees of need be. And my reciept was print this year 2015 by [redacted] himself. So I do feel we do need a little more investigation on this matter.  I Would also like to add that Auto Deals has NOT kept an accurate record of payment history in the past so this may be where the problem existed.

appt never happen I went up to the dealership located at 1[redacted] at 9am and was told that [redacted] had just left. The guy in Finance called his phone a few times never got a answer he left a message to let him know that I was up there waiting on him.  I waited til 11 am [redacted] never came back Prior to this visit I had took the vehicle up to the shop on the 19th of September which was a Friday. approx around 3pm.I spoke with [redacted]  I was than told to bring the vehicle back on the 22nd of September at 9am and drop off the vehicle so it can be fixed I went up to the dealership at 9am [redacted] was not there, everyone that was there acted like they did not know what was going on I left  I came back at my lunch time at 2:30pm  The owner of Auto Deals located on  [redacted] was present he took the keys to my vehicle and drove the car for about 5 minutes came back and said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle his exact words were " Your car runs better than mine there is nothing wrong with your vehicle" I couldn't believe it I was like "the steering wheel shakes, the car is pulling to the right the front is is messed  and the breaks grinding, my dash is cracked, my cd player doesn't work I could keep on going  and you are telling me nothing is wrong with my car" He than walks off and "says  don't ever be late on your payment and well the roters may be bad" My husband became upset and words were exchanged my husband went outside and I was informed that my husband was not welcome on the lot anymore [redacted] came out the the back asked for my keys took the car to the back for like 35 minutes I informed them that I was on my lunch break before he even took keys from me he was like oh this will only take a few minutes so about 15 minutes passed I asked the lady up front to go check on car. She than said they have a alot of cars back there. I informed her that I have to be back at work. They bring the vehicle from the back [redacted] hands me my keys and tells me to come back when I have time. As me and my husband are walking to our vehicle about 10 men come from the back and [redacted] starts talking loud to husband telling him he can not come back to the lot only me. We left I called later and spoke with [redacted] he told me to come back in because they want to make everything right. He stated that he would take the vehicle to store located right next to dealership so he can look at it see what is wrong and get everything fixed. he stated that [redacted] wanted  to get car fixed right. he also said that my husband could come with me and that he understood why my husband was upset and that he was allowed on the lot. We made a appt for the 26th 9-noon . I arrived at approx 9:00 am [redacted] was not there.

irst and foremost when I got my car there, their were signs that said BUY HERE< PAY HERE so there should be NO FINANCE CO so Now I am told I do have a finance Co and when asked to see where I signed the sales guy Rich who helped get car said there was no paperwork stating I had signed my name to have a Finance CO, Second my paper work was WRONG they gave me another persons information and wrong vehicle information on my paperwork that had the deferment payments. I was going by that paperwork to remind myself to pay them, and one day I went home for lunch and Ahammed and a girl show up saying my payment was late and that they were going to have to tow my car and or folloe me to ATM. I look at my paperwork and I see that my payment is not due till OCT 2016.. then I look at paperwork on deferment and it is the wrong name, and wrong vehicle. I told Ahhmaed that they messed up not me. and why should I pay 150 on a tow that never came because I went to ATM and they followed and got their payment. I asked to speak to his BOSS he gave me Mohhammed and the first thing he says to me over the phone is I was just thinking of you!!! GOING BACK TO WHEN I first was buying and signing the paperwork HE MOHHAMED asked RICH if I was single!! First of all Mohammed, Ahhamed are famly of the true owner of this place AUTO DEALS! I w[redacted] be reporting them to the media,and the Government will be involved as well Since I work for them. Edward is the head manager of the said so called Finance Co , they are also rude there...and only send out emails never calls, they took my car because I had changed insurances and they did not have copy. I will be going in today afer just getting out of the hospital with LUPUS to pick up my belongings, and after reading some of these comments. That they would not give them their belongings, I hope they give me what is rightfully mine by law.. I am going to make a group on facebook called auto deals people who got screwed. If you all want we can ALL get together and go downtown and file a report to have them loose their license etc. I have an attorney friend who is ready and w[redacted]ing to help US all out so they do not scam other people again. That is how they are making business by doing what they do. Beware of this dealership they use unscrupulous tactics to get your money . Instead of extending a courtesy call to its customers about insurance lapsing they send out there tow trucks to bring your vehicle to the dealership then charge you 400.00 for one day in the lot!! We have waited almost 3months and still no tags I'm still driving around in paper plates. When you walk into the dealership with a complaint their employees who look like thugs pace around you trying to intimidate you. I am warning everyone steer clear of this shark infested dealership.

Thank you for the notification. After review we discovered that a former employee [redacted] did make the mistake and added the insurance to the account. I spoke with Jason our current insurance guy and he did verify that Mr. Furlow was insured at the time. We did...
