The customer was told by multiple parties in our office, we also send emails and letters. Customers bank will also let them know when an NFS check is made out. It is very hard to believe they forgot.

I have reached out to the manager [redacted] and [redacted]. They have returned my down payment and have worked hard to resolved the issue. Please disregard complaint as it has been resolved.

The worst place to ever get a car, used cars for too much a month, plus have so many problems an they wont help fix.. They sell cars that need repairs an hide it with sealeant.... etc... do not go here.

Miss [redacted] compliant is towards her finance company [redacted]. Her account with Auto Deals last activity was 4/11/16 when she made her last deferment payment to them.

Their finance company is always making up policies that are not in your contract and if your car gets repossessed, they find any little thing to not give you your car back. I would not buy from them at all. They are shady people.

When looking back at our records, we found no trace of you making the described payment to us at any time. You are saying that one of our employees collected your payment and stole it, instead of using it towards paying your account, but the employee that you are describing was never in the position...

to collect payments on the day you supposedly came to make it, as they were at the back of the business area, far away from the collections area, and never once came up to collect payments.  You also stated that this employee was discharged for their actions, but you were never informed of this information by anyone from our staff.The receipt that you later provided us as proof that you had made your payment was fraudulent. Our system automatically assigns a receipt number, in ascending order, to all receipts, and your receipt had an invalid number, at [redacted], when your last receipt was [redacted]. Also, the system randomly generates a number that is displayed at the bottom left of the receipt, and your fraudulent receipt did not provide this number. The fonts for the dates listed throughout the receipt were also smaller and different in typography than the ones we provide, and since each receipt is printed through the system, all receipts are printed with the same styles and features. There is also no, “Total Due,” section on your fraudulent receipt, which our regular receipts always provided. The authorities were called into the business when you came in with your fraudulent receipt, and informed you that your receipt was found to be fraudulent.

Well we just payed off our vehicle today.

The experience with Auto Deals LLC was overall a satisfactory one.

There were a few hiccups and they definately lack communication within their complex but overall we got financed for a vehicle with a decent rate compared to other predatory lending out there. They need someone to get in there and shape up the business. Communicate better with their customers and with their fellow employees. It seems like most of the employees are just on the clock and dont get anything done. It will take one's due diligence and patience. I was planning on posting a neutral review because of the 2 wrongfully attempted reposessions but I will give them a positive review in high hopes that we can do business again in the future. 2006 Toyota Prius

Don't ever purchase a vehicle from these ppl
they are just out to get money its easy and
conviant to get a car from them but if your
a day late or a dollar short they pick up your
vehicle and charge you 500.00 to pick it up
seriously worst place I have ever got a vehicle
from stay away
