I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
He is lying about the hour policy to stopI went there with my friend the next day not even hours and the coworker was there and the assistants saw us in thereNo one wanted to help usWe stayed in his office for hours,he didn't want to come when we were there. Also, for the $is the money that I put down payment and the car that they sold in days which is impossible.he took my car for $I own the loan of the car $I still have $1000,so I put it over the car that I gotNow, he wrote down in small paper that my loan should be$19,and when I went to get the yellow paper they wrote different priceThe loan now is $32,so this difference of the loan is ridiculousThat is why I said they own me $12,So in this case I am going to the court and I have already a lawyer. With respect ***

I have read your response. Have in mind you took delivery of this vehicle in the condition and shape it was in. With that said if the rims are your issue, We gladly are willing to work with you to satisfy your needs. Your vehicle will be picked up by the lender that has been assigned your contract. You can either work with us, or lose the vehicle. There are no returns or exchanges in the automotive industry as per NYS Law. Please advise as what your position is. You used vulgar language against us non stop! You made claims that are not true, and we are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy you. Lets see what you are willing to do?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business (Auto Expo) located in Great Neck, NY refused to repair the issue This was told to me by the manager of the dealership ( ***) the service manager of the dealership ( Mike D***) and the salesperson (Angelo) I contacted the dealership several days to no avail and when finally hearing back, was told "to BAD, they will not repair the vehicle I submitted to Auto Expo a quote for the repairs beforethe work was conducted and was told, before ANY WORK WAS CONDUCTED, that "Auto Expo is NOT responsible for repairing this and that the radio worked when the car was sold to me That it is MY responsibility to pay for repairs." Then and ONLY THEN, did I give Prestige BMW permission to complete the work I was contacted by the marketing director (Scott S***) several days after the work was done and was told by him that he didnt understand why I was told this by HIS manager and they would contact me regarding a solution to this horrific experience I was NEVER contacted by Scott S*** notifying me that Auto Expo would not cover the cost of the vehicle I pur***d from them that had WATER DAMAGE and was NEVER disclosed to me prior to purchasing the vehicle I found this out when I received an email about a review I submitted and had a response from Mr S*** stating that they would NOT cover the cost because the work was done at another BMW dealership, which happens to be an official liscensed BMW dealership At NO time was I EVER told by anyone at Auto Expo that they would even visit the fact that they would cover the cost of the repairs I was told flat out that the WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT COVER THE REPAIR COST I was only contacted by them after I put a negative, but factual review on their website and begain contacting media outlets and attorneys, along with the Revdex.com and the AttorneyGenerals office I still havent received a call from Auto Expo to explain WHY they would not cover the cost of the vehicle, eventhough, they admitted fault for the bodywork that caused the water damage and even tried to repair that faulty bodywork at no charge to me, the customer Auto Expo was given every opportunity to repair the issue in a timely manner, but instead chose to reject any solution Available to them Instead they continued to hide behind the NYS Lemon Law wording and tell me its my fault the vehicle had years of water damage eventhough, I had the car for ONE days before the radio cease to operate *** ***

Hello, I have read your complaint, and it does not make any sense. You are disputing $23,000? And then you state you are disputing $12,000? You have copies of all your signed documents. You agreed to all the numbers then signed them. You took physical delivery of the vehicle
and setup insurance on it. It seems from the way you are stating your complaint you are trying to find any reason to return you vehicle. It does not work like that. Should you need any additional assistance regarding your purchase I am glad to assist

Customer contacted us and told us his vehicle is at the BMW dealer ship being diagnosedHe gave us a repair order that a BMW dealer ship did work on the vehicle. We told him we are not able to cover the work done by a third partyWe even called the BMW dealer ship asked them to reverse the
repair and we would pay for the labor they refusedCustomer voluntarily took the car to a out of state BMW dealer ship of his choice and directionHe paid for the repair and then send us a billThis is not covered under the NYS lemon law warranty. We explained this to the customerWe apologize for the inconvenience but NYS lemon law coverage is not at any dealer of your choice

Customer credit card information was on fileRefund was processed

Hello, vehicle has been repaired and customer is happy. I personally spoke to the customer and as an additional courtesy offered him to cover his monthly payment for the time he was out of the car.    Omid E[redacted]

Dear Customer, The transaction was made with out taking a trade in.  All the documents signed clearly show there was no agreement to take your vehicle in trade.  You were not charged any negative equity from your trade.  At this time if you like us to payoff your vehicle and redo the...

documents to take the vehicle in trade we can gladly do so, but the difference between your vehicle's payoff and your proposed trade in vehicle's value you must pay in cash or certified funds.  If you wish to move forward we will gladly assist in any which way we can.

Hello,The vehicle in question has been fully serviced and repaired. Customer has full report of the report, we have provided transport assistance.Omid E

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Auto Expo continues to place blame on their customers for vehicles they sell and have problems that are NOT disclosed to the buyer.  This is what occurred in my situation.  Their response shows how unprofessional they are and how they will continue to export their customers.  The issue was reported to their shop as soon as the problem was discovered (TWO days after pur[redacted]) and I made over 15 telephone calls to all the individuals that were named in the initial complaints.  Never once did Auto Expo say they didn't sell a car with water damage or disclosed to myself that it had said damage.  They keep stating that they would have fixed it if I waited for them to finally say yes which never occurred.  I had the vehicle repaired after I was told several times by several individuals that work at Auto Expo that it was my responsibility to repair the issue.  I was never told they would repair the issue until it was fixed by another dealership.  I forwarded them the quote and was told they would NOT cover the repairs and they would NOT repair the vehicle.  I even contacted [redacted] Bank, which holds the lien for this vehicle and they told me they couldnt do anything and I had to contact the dealership.  I even offered to bring the car back for a full refund of my down payment and the monies I put out to repair the car.  There is NO justification for selling a water damaged vehicle without giving the buyer notice of such.  Regardless of where I got the car repaired, they still NEVER stated that the car was in good condition when it was sold.  They continue to use the excuse that I got it fixed at another dealership.  I have proof of the conversations that will be presented in court as well as emails to [redacted] and Angelo stating this situation.  I hope Revdex.com can help me remedy this issue and if not a judge will.  Auto Expo doesn't have a leg to stand on.  They have been totally unprofessional in how this was handled and I feel they should be investigated.  I will continue to contact the proper authorities that handle cases like this and hopefully they will force Auto Expo to do business properly or confiscate their dealership license.  I feel that Revdex.com should look into this dealership if Revdex.com continues to allow them to advertise they are Revdex.com approved.  his endorsement will continue to bring unknowing customers to this shop, only to have to contact the Revdex.com and consumer affairs about similar or even worse issues with the services they provide.  I feel they will never take responsibility for their actions until a judge of law orders them to.  I am in the process of suing them for all monies lost in this transaction.

I apologize about the texts and calls you received I have personally made sure your contact information is put on the DO NOT CONTACT list.I hope this resolves your concerns.

Hello,I appreciate your comments and will address them here: (1) The dent on the trunk we came to an agreement that you would take the car as is and not for us to fix it.  (2) Vehicle was detailed at time of sale, if you like we can re-detail the vehicle to make you happy at no charge, but if...

you are looking for us to make a payment to you for the use of detail we are not able to do so. (3) All prices were negotiated and agreed on.  You agreed to purchased the vehicle, no one forced you to.  If you believe what you were being offered was not the best value I am sure you would not have purchased it. (4) Owner's manual I will inquire with our Lot Manager and check what we have in inventory and have no issues sending it to you via [redacted].

1.  As previously mentioned you delivered a dirty car and your lot representative and sales rep noted it.  So, NO ACTION TAKEN to resolve. 2. As for the Owners Manual, Pay for an owners manual and send it. NO ACTION TAKEN 3. NO ACTION TAKEN - For misrepresentation of the prices and hidden charges (unethically, dishonestly prices on website) You're website still makes no mention of these charges like cleaning, delivery etc etc. mentioned by [redacted]  Re read my original complaint about this.4. As for the additional dents NO FORMAL ACKNOWLEGMENT AND NO ACTION TAKEN.  5. Last issue was that your Finance person asked me to make a new deal. Again I asked that you stop with the dishonesty. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SO NO ACTION TAKEN Just a heads up, I paid for taxes and tags. I pray the tags and registration process goes smoother than the sale.I've not heard or received anything yet Have a good dayv/rSo in the end.  To resolve this on my end1. Pay for a real detail. As you know I flew up from DC, so offering a detail from New York is not realistic. Respond to (1) The vehicle was detailed at time of delivery, if you wish to do another detail it is on you and not us, as a courtesy we explained to you we would be willing to offer you one additional detail for free at our location, which still stands.2. Pay and deliver an owners manual Respond to (2) If you read the previous response, this was already answered3. As for pricing, stop dishonestly and unethically representing your pricing. Tell the customer what fees are.Response to (3) We take extreme pride with being up front and offering the most precise pricing.  We apologize you feel that way but we will take note of what you are saying and look to improve even more.4.  Angelo saw the new dents on the from hood and lied about dent repair. Pay 100.00.  Response to (4) You agreed to take the vehicle on the terms at delivery, we never agreed to repair any dents or reimburse any repairs.  Same way if we had a customer paying more for the car you purchased can we make you pay more? Can we say now that I have another customer willing to pay more so should you? We came to pricing agreements and you signed and drove off the lot. There is no negotiations on price post purchase.5. Last issue have your finance person subvert and attempt to change deals even after shaking hands.  This is unethical.Response to (5) No one shook your hands, you were making every attempt to negotiate the lowest possible price, you were putting offers on the table that was not able to be accepted. We came to a agreement then shook hands on it.If you're sincere about your efforts to resolve my issues, besides offering some e-mail apology this is what it would take.Otherwise.... [redacted]

Yes I signed a contract. But the problem is they told me it was a credit application not a contract! Also on this so called contract there were numerous blank lines that the manager said he would fill in later with the computer with the year, make and model of the car I CHOSE! The car I have is just a car I wanted to test drive  the other car I wanted to test drive was cheaper and I would have no problem getting approved for. The dealership keeps making the statement that I can not get approved for the car I want because they destroyed my credit by running it through numerous lenders for 45 days after the bank that approved me made them rewind the loan because they fraudulently called the bank saying they were me to finalize the loan which is identity theft!! The bank said they had to rewind the loans an and take the  ar back like the deal never happened and now they are saying I can't bring it back and are saying I have to pay the dealership monthly for the car I never wanted  and the dealership is not a buy here pay here type of lender, therefore they are not legally able to assign loans and they are threatening me among many other threats that they will repo the car and keep my money if I refuse to pay a fake lender that's not even legally a bank or lender! These people are making a easily fixable situation more difficult out of greed. If they do not give me my full downpayment back or the car if my choice for the same price as the car I got stuck with by the end of the week I will be filling suit and criminal charges
