You are correct that we directed you to take the car direct to Rallye BMW and you were in touch with the service adviser there so were we. Tires and Rims were done and everything was correct.  There is nothing further we can offer you.

Customer is being contacted to provide Credit card information. Refund is presently being processed.

Hello, I am personally aware of the issue you had yesterday and I am deeply sorry for what you went through.  The vehicle was not on the lot at the time of your arrival and your drove a distance and took your time to come here.  Your personal information is safeguarded and will not be used...

any where.  We will not run your credit with out your authorization nor will your personal information be available for viewing.  We safeguard and store personal information for thousands of our previous customers, rest assured nothing will happen to your personal information.

Your dealership never took the car back to RALLY BMW. They had me take the car back to RALLY BMW THREE TIMES & the car still has all those problems. Your dealer swapped out wheels from another car and told me that's my best bet, car drove even worse after the swap. BMW RALLY had the car over two weeks as your dealership advised me to do so in order for me to fix all the issues. Your business should focus on satisfying customers not dissatisfying. I went to your dealership to buy a car not be lied or cheated. My lawyer will contact you soon. I really wish to work this out with your dealership rather than going any other avenue. Rest is upto you guys. Cheating customer won't take you too far. It's professionally & ethically wrong.

 The dealership's response is false  they never tried to get me approved for the vehicle I wanted  we actually never discussed it that far because as soon as I said I wanted to test drive the two vehicles they sent me to financing and got me approved for the more expensive vehicle because it benefited them because they sold the more expensive one. Like I said in my complaint they said I was going to speak to financing and completing the loan application when it was actually a contract for a car I only said I wanted to test drive. The bank made them rewind the loan due to fraud by them calling the bank and completing the loan process saying they were me because the bank would not complete the process until the car was running well and I was happy with the terms  that's the main problem here. Identity theft! Not to mention the bank made them rewind the loan under the terms that they would switch the car for the one I want or cancel the deal altogether  and now that the bank is out of the picture they are denying me my downpayment back. And makin me pay more money for the car I want when the car I want is actually less money than the one I have. Thank you for your help in this matter

I will gladly address and respond to your complaint.  Your first statement of you requesting to "return the vehicle within 24 hours and it is the law" We have no record of you asking us within 24  hours to return your vehicle, and it is NOT the law in the State of New York.  There is no cancelation policy when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.  You as the consumer with a new car or used car are protected by the New York State Lemon Law. It seems this is a situation of buyer's remorse.  The complaint doesn't state anything regarding why he believes he is due $12,000.00????  I hope I have been able to address the issues.  Should you need anything else please let me know.

Hello, We took the vehicle to Rallye BMW on our expense, the dealer inspected the vehicle and diagnosed it.  BMW dealer ship discovered the vehicle's rims were bent and damaged.  This is a item that is covered under NYS Lemon law warranty.  Even then we repaired the rim as guided by...

BMW dealer at our expense.  Weeks went by and customer was fine, then he called stating he has same issue.  We asked customer to take the vehicle direct to Rallye BMW.  The dealer stated customer driving caused rims to crack.  We cannot be held responsible or pay for his physical damages on his vehicle caused by him.  We did nothing wrong.

That's a complete lie , they switched the original wheels that came with the x5 we purchased, without telling us . We didn't know they did that until we saw the truck again coincidentally because we went to finish the paper works at the top office . I then approach the sale guy which he said he forgot to tell us two of them was damaged but yet we test drive the vehicle with it. So that was jus a cover up because I over heard another customer saying he wanted those wheels on his truck , so they sold the acclaimed damage wheels to that customer for extra cash/ further more the salesman by the name of [redacted], he didn't think the wheels would make a difference..they did offered new wheels yes but those are after market which is no good. The reason for this is simply because they saw we was young so they was taking advantage of us .but those guys at auto expo are nothing but liers and deceiving would never do business with them ever are recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle there.

No action taken.No accountability taken.1.  As previously mentioned you delivered a dirty car and your lot representative and sales rep noted it.  So, NO ACTION TAKEN to resolve. 2. As for the Owners Manual, Pay for an owners manual and send it. NO ACTION TAKEN 3. NO ACTION TAKEN - For misrepresentation of the prices and hidden charges (unethically, dishonestly prices on website) You're website still makes no mention of these charges like cleaning, delivery etc etc. mentioned by Eric.  Re read my original complaint about this.4. As for the additional dents NO FORMAL ACKNOWLEGMENT AND NO ACTION TAKEN.  5. Last issue was that your Finance person asked me to make a new deal. Again I asked that you stop with the dishonesty. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SO NO ACTION TAKEN Just a heads up, I paid for taxes and tags. I pray the tags and registration process goes smoother than the sale.I've not heard or received anything yet Have a good dayv/rSo in the end.  To resolve this on my end1. Pay for a real detail. As you know I flew up from DC, so offering a detail from New York is not realistic.2. Pay and deliver an owners manual 3. As for pricing, stop dishonestly and unethically representing your pricing. Tell the customer what fees are.4.  Angelo saw the new dents on the from hood and lied about dent repair. Pay 100.00.  5. Last issue have your finance person subvert and attempt to change deals even after shaking hands.  This is unethical.If you're sincere about your efforts to resolve my issues, besides offering some e-mail apology this is what it would take.Otherwise.... Customer could not get approved for his first choice and now is driving a BMW 550, we are working with the customer to get him in the vehicle of his choice.

The customer filled out a credit application and has buyer's remorse.  We have since taken the vehicle back from the customer and made the customer satisfied.

My original complaint has not been addressed. The response provided are more inaccurate statements and lies. 1.  As for the car detail/cleaning, this is a lie. Upon arrival I brought this to the attention of Eric and Angelo, Upon cleaning the car it was left with dried polishing compound, visible dirty window and seemingly not even a wipe down.   I brought this to the attention of your colleagues working on the lot indicating the car still was dirty pointing out where. If you really would like to resolve this issue. Pay for a Detail.   I pointed out to Eric what a clean car looks like (from the show room) and he agreed what a clean car looks like. 2. As for the Owners Manual, Pay for an owners manual and send it. 3. As for the price I paid. Beside unethically and dishonestly representing the cost....the only thing I requested was that your business stop beign dishonest about pricing. Lets not side track. 4. As for the additional dents (NOT THE ONES ON THE BACK/TRUNK)  There were three dents on the front hood.  If you had cleaned the car properly, you would have seen them. I brought this to the attention of Angelo. He did nothing except tell me I could pay a hundred dollars for paintless dent repair.  Taking Angelou's professional opinion I did just that, and it was $800.  Again another lie by Angelo. Had I know this was a lie and the truth of the cost of repair I would not have purchases.  If you want to resolve this on my end, send $100

Although I am satisfied with the 8/**/2017 promise of a payment for my car note due on 9/**/2017 in the amount of $1257.87 by the Auto Expo, I am far from satisfied regarding this overall complaint as the vehicle has NOT been repaired and I am still without the car.  The vehicle has been out of my possession and remains out of my possession to date since 8/*/2017.  In total I have been without the vehicle for approximately 39 days and counting since the purchase of the vehicle on 7/**/17.  I am NOT satisfied. [redacted]

[redacted], is in constant contact with me daily.Email after email. We have no problem selling him a car, he can not get approved it is not our fault.  He signed and drove off the lot it is not our fault.  He is an adult and made a choice.  Contracts are able to be assigned to other lenders with out the customer's consent in the state of NY as long as terms and conditions of the contract signed do not change.

The customer purchased a X5, requested us to switch vehicle's rim with another X5 we had in stock.  We agreed to do so but when inspected the requested X5 rims it had cracks in the rim.  We explained this to the customer and showed them.  We offered as a courtesy new tires and new...

Sport rims they agreed and took possession of the vehicle.  We the next day send the rims for repair and ever since sold the vehicles.  There was nothing wrong done on our end.  We made no promises that were not kept.  Customer came in on Sunday 05/**/2015 and just left the vehicle behind.  Customer took possession of the vehicle, signed all documents.  There is a no return policy, we have made many attempts to let the customer know that if she does not pick her vehicle up the financing institution will repossess her vehicle.  The vehicle has been registered and is in process of being titled to her.  She is the legal owner of this vehicle.?

 I will never work with u guys ever again, how u going to do so if the loan wasn't approved? Secondly u said I told u guys to switch the wheels , why would I tell you guys to do so and then having a problem  ?. When I asked u if this is [redacted], u said u don't know anything about it and that u only do paper works. Another thing u clearly stated that u repair the damage wheels, my question is when how ?, if the wheels was damaged like u claimed how can it be repaired an sold on Sunday.remind u it was damaged Thursday, didn't open on Saturdays to be sold on Sunday , how the fk is that possible, clearly a lie.even better, mo da salesman said that it couldn't be repaired.To show u the lies an shadiness within your business,
