[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] The business did not try to assist me the day I had my scheduled appointment when I arrived Stephon said the mechanic had some type of emergency so he had to leave for the day and that it was a possibility that another mechanic might be coming but they weren't sure they were waiting for him to call back so that's when I asked for a loaner vehicle because at this point it had took me forever to arrive there because on the way my vehicle started losing powerStephon then went in Christina's office she thought she was whispering and she told him to tell me they don't do loaners so I could wait or leave and someone would call me back with a new appointment and those were my only options very rude and nastyI have made a payment in September I just brought the car in august so I HAVE NOT BEEN DRIVING FOR MONTHS FREE also they didn't offer to have my vehicle towed for free they said they could give me the number of a tow company when I asked them why should I have to use my AAA to tow this vehicle since I only had it for months and it had two major issues transmission was slipping and engine was bad the check engine light came on right after I brought it and then the transmission started making a whining sound I have documents from a mechanic shop that diagnosed it for me since they wouldn't look at so I could have everything in black and whiteThey have not tried to rectify anything with me I have written statements from a shop manager that said without the engine work that I ended up having done on 11/25/my vehicle could have blown up at any timeI also consulted a virgina sponsored inspection place who informed me that at the time of purchase if I had to replace all that needed to be replaced and if my transmission was slipping then there is no way according to Virginia law that my vehicle should have passed inspection

Revdex.com spoke with the business$has been sent to the customer by check

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We were contacted today by the salesman advising us that the car was ready for pick up We arranged to pick the car up after hours (as agreed on the phone) and that the dealership would leave the key in a location where we could access it (the same location where we initially left the key when we dropped the vehicle off) We were advised that we would need to sign a release form to pick up the car We drove to dealership after work this evening and the car was not left for us, nor was the key or release form left We contacted the salesman by cell phone, who then stated that he could not release the car until we have signed a release He also stated that we had made arrangements that we had not Not only did we waste time driving to pick up the car, but we are now having to leave work early again to try to get the car tomorrow In my initial complaint, my request was 1) have the car repaired, and 2) speak with the owner I now amend that and state, 1) fix the car and return it to us and 2) speak to the owner or a formal apology in writing to be provided to me His employees have treated this customer, who purchased vehicles, with such disrespect that I feel I deserve a phone call from the owner The men in this office started out with saying, "anything for you and your mother" to contacting us on our cell phones for "personal" reason to lying to us, cussing, yelling at us and finally hanging up on us I expect an apology! Regards, [redacted]

Spoke with Jay he stated that a check was mailed to Mr*** in the amount of $*** and received on February 7th along with another set of temporary tags since the title hasn't been received yetJay stated that an agreement was made between the business and Mr*** that Mr*** would pay for half of the tires and the business would pay for the other half of the tires

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWe were contacted today by the salesman advising us that the car was ready for pick up. We arranged to pick the car up after hours (as agreed on the phone) and that the dealership would leave the key in a location where we could access it (the same location where we initially left the key when we dropped the vehicle off). We were advised that we would need to sign a release form to pick up the car.
We drove to dealership after work this evening and the car was not left for us, nor was the key or release form left. We contacted the salesman by cell phone, who then stated that he could not release the car until we have signed a release. He also stated that we had made arrangements that we had not. Not only did we waste time driving to pick up the car, but we are now having to leave work early again to try to get the car tomorrow.
In my initial complaint, my request was 1) have the car repaired, and 2) speak with the owner. I now amend that and state, 1) fix the car and return it to us and 2) speak to the owner or a formal apology in writing to be provided to me. His employees have treated this customer, who purchased vehicles, with such disrespect that I feel I deserve a phone call from the owner. The men in this office started out with saying, "anything for you and your mother" to contacting us on our cell phones for "personal" reason to lying to us, cussing and yelling at us and finally hanging up on us. I expect an apology!

UPDATE - BE CAUTIOUS OF ANY "PROMISES" THEY MAKE YOU, EVEN IF IT'S WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT - So I purchased a beautiful vehicle back in May and I had nothing, but great things to say about the person that helped me out The vehicle was missing an SD card, so the GPS system wouldn't work as well other things in the vehicle because the SD card is needed for them to work It is not October, and I'm still dealing with them trying to get me the SD card I've been more than patience with them, but no matter what they seem to think, I'm just going to forget about the SD card How can I forget about it when every time I turn the car own, it reminds me that I don't have an SD card inserted It would've taken them two seconds to resolve this, but they are so busy trying to cut corners that they won't for over the $to order the card from the Lexus dealership I even had them write this up on the contract, but they still won't able to fulfill this simply request When you spend over $30K on a vehicle, you expect the dealership to be more willing to work with you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There is a "Lemon Law" that states if I vehicle is sold as is, but did not make customer aware of problems with the vehicle ahead of the sale, and disguising the vehicle as no mechanical faults, is against the Lemon Law I'm sure I'm not the first customer this has happened to with this company, and I'm sure I won't be the last if nothing is done to rectify my complaint They will be led to believe they can get away with deceiving customers
Regards,
*** ***

After keeping the *** *** at our repair facility and running countless diagnosis tests we were not able to come up with the same conclusionThere are no indicators thats or codes that indicated the same problem he states the vehicle has We do extend the option to surrender the vehicle and void the contractWe would hate for you to feel uncomfortable in a vehicle that you are paying for Any other complaints from this point and or beyond should be presented and submitted by an Attorney

Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the business who provided a response to the complaint. He stated the vehicle was sold as-is, and the business is therefore not obligated to take a return of the vehicle, but he has explained to the customer that he is willing to fix any
issues for her at no charge if she brings the vehicle back to the dealershipHe stated the customer has not been willing to bring the car to be looked at, and has declined his offers for help and instead has insisted on receiving her money back, and the dealership paying to tow the vehicle back at his expenseHe stated he is willing to fix the vehicle for her if it is having issues with the check engine light, but will not be taking the vehicle back

Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who stated that he informed the customer he was not willing to pay for new tires to be put on the vehicle but offered the customer the ability to choose from the used tires he had availableThe customer did not want used tires and elected to
purchase new tires on their own, which the owner states he is not responsible forHe also stated that the car had a VA state inspection done prior to being sold to the customer in MayHe stated that VA dealers are only responsible for VA state inspections, which vary from Maryland state inspections

** *** *** *** viera is correct we did have his vehicle for about weeksReason being we took the vehicle more than one mechanic trying to understand what the issue could beThere is no check engine light or way to diagnose what the issue could beWe found no issue with his
transmission neither did any of the specialist we took the vehicle toWe do appreciate ** *** as a customer and have done every thing possible to help him out with his complaintThe car does drive great with signs of breaking downThere is not one code indicating there is a problemIf any problem indicators does arise we will be more than happy to honor the Warranty given at the time of saleWe have tried and will continue if and when the check engine light comes on

We have attempted to address Ms ***s complaints sence she purchased the vehicle from usWe scheduled an appointment for her she showed up the mechanic was out to lunchHe handled appointments that dayShe was very impatient and did not want to wait on him to returnOn a sepparate ocasion we
offered to pick up her vehicle to for free and have it repairedShe stated that she had personal items in the vehicle and did not want us to the vehicleDuring this time Ms *** refused pay her car noteWe tried all we could to help but ran in to alot of resistance when attempting to do soWe had no choice but to reposes the vehicle for Non paymentThere would be no way we would be able to give her cash back in this caseShe drove the vehicle for free for close to month.
