They did give me back $dollars they charge me for getting me credit for the carI reminder them that I have my own means of getting credit from my *** ***.So they return $I am addressing the down payment on the car from my trade in and the $on my credit cardIf my trade in was $22,and $to be paid to *** $should be credited to down payment So Why did they give me a receipt for $and after calling me back to the office and ask for $3400.morethey then gave me a receipt for $10,That does not add up rightWith a down payment of $9000.and $on my credit card it should be $12,credit to my accountNot $10,DollarsThis is my dispute with this Business

Personally when looking for a car I usually look at reviews of Dealerships to know what I am gonna be walking into after I find an ad promoting a car on a third party siteI was browsing on cargurus and found a pretty good deal on a bmw 328I with a good options included which of course I likedI decided to look more into the dealership itself and found reviews that actually where amazing and showed that Auto Gallery Imports gave family hospitality which I definitely likedCalling them up I was invited into the dealership to check out this that day and of course how could I declineAfter coming into the showroom I was created by Josh who helped me check out this sick ride I was looking at, and may I say the pictures don't do these cars justice! The car was pristine in person and definitely alot better then online is all I can say and that's for most of there carsI definitely showed how interested I was and after a short process took a quick test drive in the car, and dang BMW makes hell of a car for such a cheap priced car with so much performance and luxury and comfort was definitely alot more then what I had expected from the priceJosh directed me to Steve where I filled out an application that he got me approved pretty quicklyPutting down a decent down payment Steve helped me figure out a good monthly payment plan to pay the car off in a decent time and also not break the bankI walked out of there with a happy smile on my face and was excited to take my baby homeDefinitely I say check these guys out yall made my day, one of the best encounters I had at a dealership in awhile!

I love experiencing dealerships to know the bad about them and the goodIt sucks meeting bad dealers who just out right try to scam yah! Auto gallery even with these bad reviews ive seen seem like they have changed there whole busniess around! I was pleased with my sales guy and there finnance managers they have and was treated like an actual customer! Definetly will be back to check out there inventory and find a sweet luxury ride for my whole family

I opologize for your inconvenience, however after reviewing your documents on your purchase it does not indicate any vehicles being traded inin regards to an oil change, please give a call to our office & we will try to get an exception to get you a comlimentary oil change

[Your Answer Here]What I do not understand is the fact that you are acknowledging that you are not answering my question and or concern however offering to cover it up with a deal/offer that I am not requestingI am now asking for the past year for an breakdown of the amount financedThe vehicle amount on the paper work to the bank included the warranty however if you are saying it doesn't include the warranty please provide me with the amount you think you sold the vehicle for because on paper right now you are showing you sold it way above the market value of the vehicle and I would really like you to just refund me $5,so that I can apply it towards the paymentsPlease advise if your company will be providing a breakdown and admitting that you sold the vehicle way more then its value or if your company will provide a breakdown of the $5000.00+ that was added to the final amount when financed and refund me for a warranty your company sold to meAt this point we both agree that the numbers are not adding up so please advise or I may now really have to seek legal assistanceYour company has many cases in court right now with similar situations of a warranty and I do not want to be a victim in fact I wanted to avoid the entire court hassle however it seems like I am not getting anywhere

 They are still charging an interest rate that will never allow me to own the car.22.07 percent is stealing from me and took advantage of a first time buyer.

Dealt with Mike and Josh. The finance manager Steve really took care of me on the interest rate. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the car after I got it. Took some time but got everything they promised.
