Ussually I buy new cars and don't even bat an eye at used cars. When looking around for a more budget friendly way on buying a car I decided to finally go the used ar route that people ussually do. I like buying ussually chevy or ford family cars to go on trips with my family cross country, but decided to go for somthing a little odd for my family and go for a car that Is a little luxury related instead of just american made cars. I orginally went to mercedes to see how much it would cost to buy a new 2016 ml350 and boy was I astonished on how crazy the price is for those cars. I was dead set on getting somthing mercedes and after looking around on [redacted] I found acouple used ml350 from auto gallery.

after speaking to our staff.we came to conclusion that all we need is a warranty cancelation form letter fax to you & sign by you inorder to send it to them & start the cancelation process.

Yes I do. I have a contract of the total cost of the car. This document does not have so called " Bank Fee" , which was shown to me on the [redacted]s laptop. But I do have our conversation ( with [redacted] ) recorded . [redacted] explaining this non existing"Bank fee" in brightest details.

I am sorry with the way you feel, however I too believe we are going back and forth. At the end of our last conversation you asked for the paperwork stating everything, I provided (i uploaded it in the Revdex.com ).then out of courtesy I even offered, (since you truly believed there was a warranty in the purchase price, although no proof of it) to get you an extented warranty at little to no cost to you. please consider my fair offer, and let us know.thank you

I spoke with Sam and we went back-and-forth and our conversation in regards to the breakdown of the loan amounts. Once again I asked him to send me by email a breakdown of where my money went. He replied that he did send it to me as he promised but I never received any thing from him. He only replied by email back to me once he received a complaint from your end. In the email that he sent me was one page before the warranty on the vehicle which was wrong because when I called the warranty company they said it's a contract that has 11 pages and they were nice enough to email it to me on their own which I do have. The other attachment that Sam did send me is a bill of sale and the numbers indicated on it is absolutely wrong because the cost of the vehicle was $42,300 and it indicates otherwise. After my conversation with Sam I told him that this is not the way to do business and I would like to come return my vehicle that I got from them. I also told him I'm going to take back my vehicle but he told me there is no way that we can cancel. After we spoke I sent him an email of an example of what a breakdown needs to look like of where my money's once so since then I have never heard back from them. I do have a copy of the email that I could provide which I last sent Sam if needed. With my calculations as they promised that they would give me $32,000 for my old vehicle that I turned into them and with all the expenses over $4000 is missing in monies of where I have no idea where it went.

sorry for the inconvenience, all interest rates are determined by the applicant credit history. subject to primary lenders approval. however if you pay the car off early the interest rate gets prorated.thanks!

please be advised that I responeded to this complaint before. nevertheless, the consumer never purchased an extendted warranty, infact they signed something stating that they declined the purchase of a warranty. the paperwork does not indicate any purchase of a warranty.
however just to keep the consumer happey, have the consumer call me I would like to try to work something out to get them an extented warranty. (at little, to no expense to the consumer)

Review: I purchased a vehicle, 2011 Mercedes Benz CL550 from this dealer on 6/**/2013. At the time of purchase, I also paid for an extended warranty from 'GWC Warranty' company. I was provided with a pink copy of the warranty contract at time of purchase and told that I would receive a "warranty coverage card" in the mail within 30 business days. I never received this card and approximately 45 days later when I brought this to the attention of '[redacted]', [redacted] at the dealership, I was told this wasn't a big deal. I decided to check with the warranty company themselves and as suspected, they had no record of my name or vehicle on file. After almost a month of non-stop calling to Auto Gallery and being outright lied to by [redacted] and his associates about the paperwork having been sent in, I finally get them to (allegedly) fax over another copy to the warranty company on 8/**. The warranty company received the document but says its not the entire document and also alerted me to the fact that they have yet to received payment "funds" for this particular warranty.
At this point the dealer is just giving me the runaround saying that I need to deal with the warranty company. GWC says the dealer never sent anything in other than the fax and that they have no record of me or my vehicle or any payment, contract number, etc. etc. I have made every attempt to resolve this issue but [redacted] and his associates either don't call back or blow me off. Bottom line - I have paid for a product that was simply not provided/delivered. Online searches under this company's name reveal that this is a common practice with Auto Gallery Imports.Desired Settlement: I either want my warranty or a full refund. Simple.

Review: I purchased my car Mercedes Benz ML 350 / 2011 on July **, 2014 from Auto Gallery in [redacted]The details of this deal are unfortunate.I have been misled by the [redacted]) about the warranty and charged me falsely and against my well $3255.00 ( Three Thousand ,Two Hundred and Fifty Five dollars)[redacted]) got me to signed a blank paper as a warranty application, that application has no single information about the terms and conditions of the warranty and charged me $ 3255.00 (Three thousand two hundred and fifty five dollars) for something I do not have any idea about and told me I will receive fax including all the terms and conditions momentarily, before I leave the dealer! Never happened Until today august **,2014For more than two weeks after the purchase, I was trying to get any information about the warranty terms and conditions and verify the $3255.00 which added to my loan. I called the warranty company GWC many times but the answers were GWC did not get any information from Auto Gallery and do not know anything about my application. On 8/**/14 2:20PM, I called GWC. was asking about two things; application status and how to cancel the warranty, the answer this time was you will get the information by mail and I can cancel the warranty in 30 days and get full refundOn 8/**/2014, at 12.08 PM I Called [redacted], in Auto Gallery asked about the way to cancel this unknown Warranty and refund the money. He said Call GWC Warranty because Auto gallery has nothing to do with it!! .On 8/**/2014, at 10:10 AM I called GWC to cancel the application and refund the $ 3255.00 but Customer service said call the dealer , I called the dealer many times after, and left many massages to [redacted] . HE NEVER GET BACK TO ME!! Since he know what I want to do!!On August **, 2014. I went to Auto Gallery 120 miles driving back and forth from my Home town trying to meet [redacted] or any [redacted], to request this cancellation as GWC told me to do !. I waited from 5:30 - 7:30 PM THEY IGNORED ME TOTALLY and NO SINGLE ONE spare a second to talk to me about this subject. At first [redacted] said [redacted]) is busy and after an hour she said [redacted] gone for the day after another hour or more she said None of the [redacted]s is available and [redacted] is busy. If you want you can come next week By the way [redacted]s were not busy at all. They were in the show room walking around and then went to that room with mirror door. I asked [redacted]) to help me. He said [redacted] the [redacted] is here you can talk to him. He went to this Mistry room and came back with [redacted]e result (Nobody want to talk about it!!) Here I figured out something is wrong about this warranty charges. On August **, 2014 I contacted GWC Directly. And sent a notice of cancellation to their two fax number and a cancellation letter by a certified mail with return receipt to cancel the warranty before the 30 days.On August **, 2014 at 9:25 AM I received a call from GWC told me they got the request of cancellation is in the file now. And they have no Problem to cancel the warranty, but I have to contact the dealer, Because GWC doesnt have the money THE DEALAR HAS THIS $3255.00 DID NOT PAY IT TO GWC. Moreover this is not the true amount GWC charges for the warranty!! And she gave me the Dealer fax number.At the [redacted]e day August **, 2014 at 11:04 I did fax over a notice of cancellation to the dealer to the fax number provided by GWC, ###-###-#### Attention [redacted]. And sent a copy of it to GWC.At the [redacted]e day August ** at 11:52 AM I called [redacted] bank. Sue from loan department told me the full amount of the loan including this $3255.00 has been funded to the dealer. Call GWC or the dealer to refund this amount.I need this $3255.00 (Three Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty five Dollars) to be refunded immediately without any delay to [redacted] Bank. Adding to it any interest the bank may apply on this illegal charges of $3255.00.Desired Settlement: 1-I want to cancel this extended warranty as effective date 8/**/20142-refund the total amount of $3255.00 to [redacted] USA .3-pay the bank interest on this amount from the day of purchased the car until the dealer refund the money to the bank .

Review: On the night of sale ( it was done at midnight of August ** 2014), [redacted] ( or [redacted] ) showed us ( me and two of my friends) a itemized price of the car. It included a price of the car ($26000) and bank fee of $4700. When I received a copy of the contract , this bank fee was not included. I contacted [redacted] bank , spoke with several representatives. Bank supervisor told me that there is NO such a bank fee. I contacted Auto Gallery Imports about NON-EXISTING bank fee , but [redacted] claims there is a bank fee and refuses of discussing about the refund. $4700 of NON-EXISTING bank fee plus bank interest of $1140.69 ads additional $5840.69 in to bank loan.Desired Settlement: I would like non exiting extra charges of $5840.69 refunded
