This place is very sketchy!they had a car advertised for $17,dollarsafter doing my research thecae was only $13,I confronted them, they then decided to scheme and add different fees in order to hike the price back up
I kept asking what was the Prep fee for and why was it an extra $2,they went around the question while trying to make me sign the contractI refused after seeing what they were trying to doThe Finance manage lost his temper because I would not signHe began shouting as he was talking to me and slamming the papers on the deskI am a young lady as well as a customer,I felt disrespected and walked out

No water which way we try to explain it comes to no avail
Please stop in at your convenience so that we can go over everything in personThank you

We have communicated directly with the client and have refunded the buyer in full as requestedAlthough this was an issue that was out of our control, we did all within our power to remedy the situation as soon as possible

I am rejecting this response because:
They are providing no solution with their response, they are just washing their hands If they want a copy of all the repairs I can send them a copy of them, and then they can help with the warranty company However, they are the ones who sold me a warranty that doesn't cover anything and they told me that it covered any repairs that might come up I still believe I need to be refunded the warranty money because they sold me something that is virtually worthless, they are the ones selling this product
Regards,

Here at Auto Holding, one of our main goals is to gain repeat businessWhen we sell a high value vehicle we always inspect and service the cars vigorouslyWhen we were doing the delivery of the *** the client inspected the car in detail as wellThe warranty is something that is presented as
an option to the buyerIt is then thoroughly explained in detail and a brochure is given to identify which components are covered and which are notWe are very upset to hear the client had over $12,in repairsWe wish he had contacted us so that we attempted to assist in handling the matter with the warranty companyInstead we did not hear from the buyerYes, we did had to request a favor from the company to put coverage on this high priced car since it was over their age requirementBy no means did we sell a "lemon" as this is a clean title vehicle with no history of flood, theft, and/or other negative factorsThe warrant is not fraudulent either, as it was explain and presented in writing as to what will and won't be covered by the planWe would like to help the buyer work with the warranty company to attempt and have them cover some of the costs for the repairsSince we have not heard from the buyer during these $12,in repairs, we do not even know what issues the car is havingWe are here to helpThank You

My name is *** *** and I am the sales manager of Auto HoldingFirst are foremost I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience dealing with our dealership has caused youPlease understand that our goal and main priority is customer serviceWithout that, we
wouldn't be able to sell any carsThat being said, I would like to have an opportunity to speak with you in person or over the phone to address each and every concern you haveI will review the entire deal from start to finish from my end to ensure this never happens againWhen you initially began the credit approval process you signed a credit authorization form that enables us to gather an approval from one of our lendersUnlike many dealer that can run your credit up to a dozen times, we do it once and forward the application to our lendersOur lenders then verify the credit only if we are getting close to gathering an approvalThere is no way to remove a hard inquiry from your creditAgain, I am sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you and hope that one day we can make it up to you by selling you a good car for a great price

Revdex.com:
Thank you Revdex.com for your time and attention
to this matterI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I dispute AUTOHOLDING claim of “…we did all within our power to remedy the situation as soon as possible“There would have been no need to come to Revdex.com for help in the first place, if indeed AUTOHOLDING was fair, sincere and truthful on this transactionAH reneged on their promise (see attached) and held back this refund until now (60+ days in all)This is not a fair business practiceThank you again for your time and intervention
Regards, *** ***

To Whom It May Concern,
As per any transaction that we do with our customers, we negotiate a total and complete priceFollowing this we present all documents for review to the buyer outlining all chargesFollowing that, the buyer reviews and signs all paperworkIf you have
any questions about anything stated on your bill of sale and/or contract please come in at your convenience or contact us via email so that we can again go over everything with you in detail. Sincerely,
Gene K**

Please understand the following as you review the contract for yourself again:
The travalue is shown as $9,while it was only worth $Thus the negative equity of $was added to the selling price of the car
While we can keep going back and forth via Revdex.com with this, it would be easier to deal directly either over the phone or in personHowever, if you prefer it this way, we have no problem
I will update you on the DMV issue shortly

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because of the reasons outlined in the email below that I sent to Auto Holdings on June 11, 2014:
Hi ***
I am sending you a copy of the estimate for the Mercedes. The listed repairs to the car, along with a keyless remote key, fixing the front passenger seat (if it is the switch it is $if it is the motor it is $350.00) and the cost of fixing the washer fluid dispenser (they forgot to include the cost which is estimated at $75.00) would put the car into the condition *** led us to believe the car was in when we purchased it from AutoHolding. Please note that the car "broke down" as my brother was driving it into the dealership for the inspection and it is now un-driveable until the power steering belt is replaced. This cost is an additional $243.52. The "shop" did not have the part in stock and have sent to *** (miles away) for the part. In the meantime, my mother is without a car.
***, we believe AutoHolding had an obligation to conduct a USI (used car inspection) on the car before it was sold to us to make sure the car was not only safe to sell, but safe to drive. The true condition of this car was not disclosed to us by *** at anytime during our purchase transaction. All of the items on the inspection report are things that should have been fixed/completed prior to the sale of the car. As a dealership, I am sure you are aware of this obligation. Additionally, my mother bought new tires which were close to $1000.00. We do not believe Autoholding is responsible for the cost of the tires, (unless you decide to come get the car) but we do believe the condition of the tires should have been disclosed to us by *** at the time of purchase
*** led my husband to believe the car was in "perfect working condition" and told my husband on numerous occasions that the car would be "perfect for his mother in law" to drive. As I mentioned to you on the phone, my mom wants to give the car back to us
I would also like to point out that we are only discussing the Mercedes. We have decided to keep the BMW for our son. We would like you to know that we needed to buy new tires and replace the brakes (they were below 20%,) which we were told were below safety standards. This is very frightening since our son is only 16. In addition, we had to replace a switch so all the power windows would work. Hence, a $car just became an $11,car. Once again, we believe these items should have been disclosed to us by ***. ***, we realize we are in *** and you are in New Jersey, but we believe a professional salesman and reputable dealership should be up front with its clients and tell the true facts.
Unfortunately, neither of the cars were in the condition in which we believed and were led to believe they were in. If we had known, if there had been full disclosure, we would have not purchased either vehicle.
I am not sure of your schedule, but it would be nice if we could discuss everything tomorrow (Thursday) or Friday. Please feel free to call me at *** or *** anytime or I will call you
Thank you.

When I first visited this car dealership it meant the whole world to me with luxurous cars lined up to the stripped wall of Rtin Hillside,NJ.These people so unprofessional rude, archaic and out model but that was the outcome after get tricked, induced me to buy a lemon car for a good car priceI took car home for a week and afterward the car never drove againThey told me , its probably nothing despite the facts that inwas forced to pay extra money for warranty for 2000miles and I was told to bring the car back for repairs but problem never resolved till date or go away...two months after going back and forth to their dealership they never get to resolve the repairs and they told me to leave the car and they have my car for almost eight months up till now calling them everyday, many times they refused to pick up my calls for monthsAnd here we are almost a year , they now claiming they havent find the right parts....just this november I reported them to NJ state attorney general office who directed me to public safety deptOf their county area...who asked them to refund my money or repair the car...but all effort to get them to act responsibily proved to be a collossal failure instead they came back asking that I pay for car storage and my car still not been repairedRight now, I"m working with an army of lawyers to go after them and also working on huge class action because I know learnt they have ripped up so many customers in the past We are planning to open up a website to generate all customers who had deal with them in the past to reiterate their experiencesWe are hoping million people will read it and that will bring them to responsible business ethics. We looked up their background on public domain, they have no solid background and ownership but lots of court injections of ripping people off..This people are nothing but a group of scam artists specializing in baits and switches.....so public beware of falling preys and victims of their gulag tacticsYou are warnedI'm still waiting for them to refund my money if not we will pursue a legal civil action against them

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and confirm that ultimately the pending matter was resolved, as I did receive the titleHowever, once the initial sale was completed I was no longer treated in a professional mannerHad the personnel conducted themselves differently, there would have been no reason for the matter to have been escalated to the Revdex.com in the first place.

I am rejecting this response because:

Can you please send a break down of the contract and the fees so I can review before coming to your office.  Once that is sent and it satisfactory as for I have talked to the company I have financed through [redacted] and they don't see the credit of $4000.00 for my trade in. Once this is received we will be able to close out this case.
Regards,
[redacted]

The bill of sale and refund check were delivered to the buyer and confirmed they were received.

The buyer was notified as to how to complete the registration on their own, without having to wait for us.

The final copy of the paperwork was sent out and...

due for delivery today. [redacted] tracking # [redacted]
We will follow up directly with the buyer to confirm the finalization of the deal, without going through Revdex.com, although might copy the response here for ours and her records.

Before putting the vehicle on a truck, the driver had to start the car. So, the pump was in a good working condition.
And we check all the cars before we post them for sale. Pump can go bad any day and there is no way to know it in advance

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle was not in flawless condition because when I tried to get it inspected, it failed because the tire rods as well as the tired was shot, and there was a slew of other issues totaling almost 4, 000 in repairs in order for them to pass it. I had to take the car back to Auto Holdings where they had the vehicle for a month getting the parts that was needed for the car to pass inspection. Shortly after getting the car back, I had a conversation with a manager in regards to getting the car repaired because as Audi said on the invoice from the diagnostic, the car was tripping codes. I went ahead and paid for the various items thinking that it will be fixed, but it has been one thing after another with the car. At this point, I do not know what to do as the car has not been driven in over a month, because I do not want to continue to erode what was already wrong with the car. I thought that I would have a decent car, and not have all of the stress related to purchasing a car, as it stands, I just want Auto Holdings to compensate me for the damaged vehicle. I am in the process of looking into purchasing a new car, but I cannot get a decent price for the car with all of the issues that the vehicle has.

The vehicle was in a good shape, mechanically and cosmetically. Didn't have any issues.
Transportation company that picked up the car could provide a condition report.
Also, these types of cars (luxury, exotic, etc.)  sold "AS IS" and require more attention and maintenance...

thanregular cars...

Thanks

This is becoming repetitive int he sense where we asked the buyer to contact us directly so that we can get to a mutual understanding without sending messages to each other every few days. This cycle would never end. We want to help and do what we can, but we need you to meet us going in the same direction.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Auto Holding NEVER offered to take the car (that I just purchased) and fix it. They DID push me to buy the warranty and warned me that if I'm are not buying the warranty, then I will be subject for "fees" that equal to the warranty price.Car is in [redacted] right now for the fixes they should have took care of in the first place. The only resolution right now should be a compensation for this fix.
Regards,[redacted]
