This company needs to be shut down. Beyond the worst company ever. The use of the word company is absurd even. Some guy sitting on a sofa drinking beer I presume, taking your money and laughing all the way to the bank! BUYER BEWARE!

To whom it may concern, This customer ordered the incorrect part for his vehicle, despite the fact that the fitment information in readily available on the product page on our website from where he purchased the part. Furthermore, we already issued the customer a refund for this item, as...

evidenced by the attachment. The customer was assessed a restocking fee, due to the fact that there wasn't anything wrong with the item, he just ordered incorrectly. We incurred the cost of advertising, boxing, and shipping the item to the customer. We are assessed fees from manufacturers as well when issues like this occur. Had the item been defective or damaged in some way, or if the customer ordered incorrectly due to bad data on our website, there would not be any fees assessed. This is not the case. Lastly, we could not issue the refund until the product had been shipped back and processed by the manufacturer. They had to inspect and test the item to make sure that it wasn't damaged during installation, and was in re-sellable condition. Once this was confirmed, we were refunded (partially), and we refunded the customer. Please let us know if you require further information. We also had responded to every email from this customer. We did not ignore his issues, we simply couldn't issue him a refund until the item was returned and processed. He was unhappy with this, despite the fact that we are unaware of any company, online or otherwise that issues full refunds to customers prior to the purchased item having been returned. Best regards, Auto Light Pros

item, the reason was because themanufacturer's warranty was voided - she had attempted to return thelights after installing and using them in a way that future customerswould be unable to use them. Our warranty, which covers each respective manufacturers' warranty, explains that we are happy to process a return if the item isdefective, damaged or even if the customer does not want them anymore- so long as they haven't been installed and used. However, thecustomer can't return an item that they claim does not fit if the itemhas shown the wear and tear found after being used - which is whathappened in this case.We offered the customer a 15% discount on all future orders to try tolessen the financial blow, but she did not follow up on this offer. Please let me know if I can provide further assistance.Best,[redacted]--[redacted] | The Auto Part ProsAutolightpros.comCell: [redacted]Office:[redacted]

Headlights I purchased advertised that they fit my COUPE but did not. I payed. $60 to send them back expecting to get refunded but did not. I'm assuming a great deal of their money is made from not refunding returns, as I see many other reviews saying the headlights were defective/didn't arrive. They are also unreachable by phone.

Honestly this company is a joke, please head mine and everyone else's warning, get another seller, there are plenty with cheaper products / better service. I switched to carpartsinnovate on eBay, much better. Just wanted to leave a review to date their terrible service. Good luck everyone!

They sent me leaky headlights that had defective wiring and required me to pay for and order another set of headlights before they would ship me the new ones. They required the lights were returned in original packaging. Who keeps original box and packing material when they go to install the lights? They don't answer phone calls (I noticed these fkers don't ever respond about that in their replies) and they won't send me a good headlight. They suck on an unfathomable level and I am going to sue these greedy unprofessional s.o.b.'s.

If you order from Auto Light Pros, DO NOT make a mistake and then request a cancellation. Why? Because they ignore email cancellation requests, even if submitted immediately after placing an order. They are impossible to contact by phone. They send you order status emails with no names or phone numbers. They automatically ship from the manufacture and add no value in processing a customer's order. So, you have no chance to cancel an order. They like to punish the customer trying to cancel an order with 30% restocking fees, return shipping charges, and other hidden costs. I've ordered from internet merchants all over the world with great success and excellent customer service. You will not find these qualities at Auto Light Pros. Put them OUT OF BUSINESS so others won't have a bad experience-Do not order from Auto Light Pros! I placed an order for a set of headlights on the 5th of July(from the UK),adding the UPS worldwide express shipping method,as I wanted to get my spare parts before the 12th of July.

I received a confirmation email for my order on the same day, saying that I would receive another email with the tracking details for my item, once it is dispatched.

I am still waiting to here from anyone.
I have tried to call the company but their number is out of order and no one replied to any emails I have sent!!

I am starting to feel I have been victim of an online fraud.

Review: On 11/11/14 I spoke with [redacted] on the autolightpros (ALP) chatbox and asked if [redacted] brand was made by Sonar as they looked the same as the [redacted] I already owned and was told they were not. So I ordered [redacted] head and foglamps. My truck had been in a collision so when they arrived I took them to them for installation. When I picked my truck up the pass fog halo flickered, and the driver's fog was cracked, which they said wasn't there when they installed it so they couldn't explain other than it happened randomly during their test drive. I then noticed that the headlights has Sonar labeled on them, which meant these items were in fact made by Sonar- I wrote [redacted] to verify this, and not that I was just sent the wrong item and [redacted] informed me Sonar is a sister company and the vendors know that. So on 12/19/14 I spoke with [redacted] about this and he informed me I would have to pay return shipping and 25% restocking on these items I specifically said I didn't want since my collision center that installed them were not authorized by [redacted] for install. On 12/23/14 I spoke with [redacted] via ALP chatbox about this and he basically just disappeared from the chatbox, talking about he needed to check with [redacted]. I hung out until our chat session disconnected... and I was not emailed either. 1/11/15 again on ALP chatbox spoke with [redacted] he confirmed [redacted] said Sonar was their brand but he still wasn't willing to return the items without restocking and such. Afterm mentioning the Revdex.com he was willing to talk to me about it where I said I would accept an exchange of fog for non-Sonar product either ipcw or winjet which I emailed the links to him and he verified he got the email. On 1/19/15 I received an advertisement from [redacted]'s email so I replied to it asking if he had checked on those other two items yet. As of today 1/24/15 I still have no reply about these other products.Desired Settlement: I'm no longer interested in discussing an exchange for a non-sonar product because of the trouble I've had trying to make that happen. I now just request for a full refund including my return shipping of $9.00 for a total $98.70. Or a refund for the items without return shipping if they wish I just throw them away for $89.70.

Response:

Our website has very clear return policy, which we believe is fair. Once a light has been installed on a vehicle, we cannot be held accountable for how it performs, due to the fact that there is a considerable chance that human error upon installation is what caused the malfunction. We, as well as the manufacturers we sell, offer videos and technical support for installation and troubleshooting. The lights that we sell are protected by the manufacturers warranty which covers such things as water damage (faulty seals), bad wiring, loose parts, etc. However, in this case, the issue was deemed by the manufacturer to likely have occurred due to incorrect installation. If the manufacturer is unwilling to grant a full refund, there is no reason, as per our return policy, that this customer should be entitled to a full refund with no shipping costs. On all unauthorized returns, which is what this is, all of the lights have to be tested if they are going to be resold. Typically, there is about a 25% restocking fee which is intended to cover the cost of these tests. We offer free shipping to our customers, and for those that have authorized returns as well. In this case, his return is not authorized, yet he is insisting on a full refund. Please follow the link to our return policy page: http://www.autolightpros.com/returns-exchanges

Review: Ordered lights for my 2014 Camaro. Turns out that the lights they have listed for the brand I choose, do not make lights for 2014 Camaro's. They sent me another set of lights in exchange, but I did not want those but a return. I sent the lights back, and they said once they receive them it would take 10 days. It's been over 10 days and I've sent numerous emails with no reply. I have yet to receive my refund from them. And FYI the lights are still for sale even though the company does not make them. Here is the link to the lights [redacted]Desired Settlement: I wish to get a full refund

Review: I placed an order on Jan.19th,2016 and when it came to how I wanted it shipped I choose the 2nd day option and paid a premium price for this, which was fine. I did not get this item until the 26th of Jan. 2016 and find that if I paid for it to be here in two days that is what I expect since I am paying for it to be here in that amount of time. It said it was in stock so there should not have been any delay because it was out of stock. I tried to contact them over the phone several times only to get that I should use the portal on the website to do so after several e- mails to them over a few days I finally get responses about everything but the reason for the e-mails in the first place which is seeking some sort of pay back for the shipping since I feel that that part was not acceptable on any level since it was almost a week not two days like I had paid for and expected.Desired Settlement: I am seeking compensation for the shipping which I paid for but did not get since it took almost a week and not two days like I had paid for and expected. No other outcome will satisfy me on this since I find this to fraudulent in nature and unprofessional as well.

I will never to business with this company again. They promised a discount over the phone in order to entice my business. I never received the promised discount and needed to eventually settle the matter by placing a credit dispute. They made a variety of erroneous charges to my credit card, only to later issue refunds that were less than the amount incorrectly charged. Lastly, they are VERY, VERY difficult to get a hold of. They don't answer phone calls; you'll need to leave a voicemail every time. These voicemails are rarely, if ever, returned.

Review: I purchased 2 fog light replacements for my 2006 [redacted] from Auto Light pros on March 11, 2015 via their website. Before finalizing the purchase, I confirmed through their chat session with rep from their organization that I was purchasing the correct parts.

Upon receipt of the merchandise about a week later, I took my vehicle to a body shop where the technician attempted to install the lights. After disassembling the necessary components to begin the installation, the tech noted that the oval light received from the vendor would not fit into the round hole that holds the original fog lights on my vehicle.

I begin contactting the vendor, via email, to let them know the issue and to request a refund or replacement with the proper part. I have sent pictures of the lights the vendor sent next to the lights that are currently on my vehicle. I have also gone to the Infiniti dealership and taken photos of the correct for light (which was deemed correct by use of searching my VIN number) and emailed those as well.

Since emailing the photos from the dealership, I have not heard anything back from the vendor until I contacted them a little over a week ago. At that time, I was assured that they would contact their vendor, [redacted], to get this issue resolved. I have not heard anything to date so filing this complaint is my next step.Desired Settlement: I believe the business should accept responsibility for their negligence and issue a full refund upon receipt of their returned merchandise.

I initially wanted a replacement with the correct part, if they had it in their stock, but now I do not have confidence in this vendor's ability to ship the correct part. And, with the poor customer service I have received after complying with all of their demands, I prefer to no longer do business with them.

Review: I was shopping around for new tail-lights for my 2011 [redacted]. AutoLightPros had the ones I wanted and at a slightly better price than the other sites I was looking at. I contact customer service regarding a few questions I had, including an inquiry about a military discount. I spoke via email and phone with [redacted], who seemed very helpful and polite. His email replies often came within minutes of me sending out my questions. I placed my order the following week, and when I did so, I requested that I receive a tracking number, and a bill of sale. Again, this was all via email, per [redacted] direction, as he had informed me that the normal check-out process did not allow for a discount to be applied. Well, the money, (actually $20 more than the price [redacted] gave me, in writing) was taken out of my account nearly immediately, and [redacted] said he would send the info out shortly. That was the last I have heard from ANYONE at ALP. I have tried time and time again to contact them via different methods, and so far none have been successful. It is now a week later, and I do not have parts, I do not have a bill of sale, I do not have a tracking number, but they have my money. The only type of "Pros" these guys appear to be, are pro con-artists. I want my money back, and the order cancelled. I'd rather pay more through a reliable site.Desired Settlement: I want a complete and full refund. If my complete amount is not refunded, or no refund is given, I will be taking the issue to court. I don;t like being lied to, and I definitely don't like being stolen from. Fix this issue, NOW.

Response:

Dear Revdex.com,This is a response to ID of [redacted]. The customer's order was faithfully executed and processed. Here is the UPS tracking information. As you can see, it was delivered on 9/29, 6 days after the order was placed. We believe the customer may have accidentally deleted this email or it went into their spam folder somehow. Please let us know if there's anything other information we can provide. But the customer's order was completed successfully.

I ordered front and backs lights on 3/11/16. I received the wrong color lights in error. I provided autolightpro with pictures and detailed emails of the error. The lights I received are cheaper then the lights I ordered. I was denied a refurn for the wrong lights and was never given credit towards my purchase. I will never order from This company again. Very unprofessional
