I HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITH *** BUT I THINK THAT THIS MATTER NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT CAREFULLY ON BOTH SIDESI JUST DON'T HAVE LAYING AROUND...IF *** WOULD HAVE ACCEPTED THE AND THEN THE REMAINDER WE WOULDN'T BE WHERE WE AT NOW.YES I WOULD LIKE A COPY OF MY PAYMENT HISTORY AND IF YOU LIKE I CAN PROVIDE YOU ALL WITH BANK STATEMENTS THAT HAS THE MONTH OF APRIL BEING PAID WITH DOUBLE PAYMENTS ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND MAYBE THE "841" CAN GET REDUCEDAND PLEASE MAKE CORRECTION TO MY ADDRESS ..IT'S *** *** *** *** ***

This customer stopped making payments on the vehicle in March of It did go out for repossession and on May 7, 2012, she informed the repossession agent that the vehicle was stolen and a claim was filedAt no time during this process did the customer make paymentsWe did not receive the insurance check until July 19, There was no GAP claim because GAP does not cover the customer's deductible which is why there is a deficiency balance remaining of $I am going to update the customer's credit bureaus to reflect an insurance loss with the aforementioned deficiency balance and remove the repossessionBut that deficiency balance is due and owingIf she has any further questions, she can contact me directly at ###-###-####

I have looked into this and determined that there was some confusion as to how the loan was reportingIn the interest of customer service, I am having the trade line updated to a closed account with a zero balance

Does this take the account of it of derogatory even if closed and zero balance? If not that doesn’t solve anything because the fact is it has already been hurting my credit so just updating and saying closed with zero balance doesn’t not help me in any wayIt needs to be taken from the derogatory area because it only went there is because they sold me a car they knew had problems and refused to help me sort it out.I had no choice but to give back the car or continue paying over $a month plus paying to get it fixed on my ownThey had to know the car had previous issues because after doing some research I founds the information on car faxThey only way to solve this again is to take it from the derogatory area on my credit reportNot just closed it with zero balance which is is now and it’s in a derogatory status

Our mailing address is 45 Haverhill St, Andover MA 01810 and you can send it to my attention. When a vehicle is repossessed, you still owe the remaining balance. As you will see in the paperwork that I am sending to you, every dollar is accounted for. You will see the payoff as of the day that it was repossessed plus any expenses incurred as a result of the repossession and subsequent sale of the vehicle. You will also see the credit for the sale proceeds as well. The remaining deficiency balance is your contractual obligation to pay us. A repossession does not relieve you of that obligation. Please send me your paperwork and I can research the error that you are talking about but the current balance is correct.

On April 5, 2016, Mr. [redacted] was given his pay off figure as of that day. However, between that date and April 11, 2016, when we did receive a check to pay off his loan two things occurred. First, his automatic payment that was attempted on April 1, 2016, was returned to us by his bank. Because...

that payment returned after we quoted him the pay off on April 5th, it caused his balance to increase. In addition to that, his payments are due every Friday. He owed a payment for April 1st and a payment the following Friday, April 8th. The difference between those two payments, the per diem interest, and the amount we received to payoff his loan is $152.35. That shortage will need to be paid in order for us to release the title. I will be more than happy to expedite getting the title released as soon as we receive the shortage amount.

[I will accept the terms under the condition that a letter stating this error on company letter head is sent to my attention .  I was told someone would contact me by end of the week and that did not happen. I want a date when the June credit file will be submitted to the credit bureaus.  I would like correspondence when this updated credit file is sent.  I also want to know from the credit department how long it will take for my credit report to reflect what it was before the delinquency was submitted. ]

THANKS FOR RESPONDING...FIRST OF ALL I NEVER HAD AN PREPAID ACCOUNT OR SAVINGS ACCOUNT THAT I USED FOR PAYMENTS.TELL ME HOW CAN YOU USE  AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT TO MAKE PAYMENTS? WHEN SET UP INITIAL PAYMENTS I WAS USING THE BANK THAT I WAS WITH TIL 2015. PROVIDE Revdex.com THE PREPAID ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH MY NAME. I have researched Mr. [redacted]'s complaint and I do not show any record of reporting a deficiency balance of $3,000.00 on this loan nor do I see a conversation with any representative where we admitted any error. I would need to know the name of the person he spoke to and the date of that...

conversation in order to research that issue any further. I can, however, itemize and substantiate the existing deficiency balance of $9,734.57. We performed a detailed exam of this complaint and discovered an error with the [redacted] trade line. Per FCRA guidelines, we have made the necessary corrections as required. While those corrections are complete on our end, it may take 30-60 days for the trade line to update with the credit reporting...

I have researched Ms. [redacted]'s complaint and I believe her confusion comes from the fact that our company name is Lease and Rental Management d/b/a Auto Loan. Ms. [redacted] entered into a Retail Installment Contract in October of 2010 for a 2006 [redacted] (bearing VIN [redacted]) that...

she purchased from [redacted] Autos. That vehicle was repossessed on September 27, 2012, and the following day she had a conversation with one of our representatives in which she informed us that she did not want to get that vehicle back or reinstate her loan. Subsequently, the vehicle was sold at auction and the deficiency balance being reported on the credit bureaus is due and owing. Our trade lines are reported with the corporate name of Lease and Rental Management. It is possible that she is not aware of that. We have not received any further communication from Ms. [redacted] requesting any further information. If she has any further questions, she can call me directly at ([redacted].

We corrected the [redacted] trade line to reflect the Chapter 7 discharge with a current payment rating. A furnisher that receives a dispute directly from a consumer regarding information it furnished to credit reporting agencies is obligated to conduct a reasonable investigation, review all relevant information provided by the consumer, report the results of the investigation to the consumer (generally within 30 days) and notify each credit reporting agency to which it provided inaccurate information, if applicable.   There is no requirement to delete the trade line.

In looking into Ms. [redacted] claims, while she may have traded her vehicle in May of 2016, that dealership did not send us the payoff check on her loan until July. All payments were stopped the day the payoff check was received and there was a refund check in the amount of 223.94 mailed to her on...

August 15, 2016. That refund amount also reflects a week in June where we skipped the weekly payment for Ms. [redacted] in hopes that the payoff check would be received before resuming payments. Ms. [redacted] should receive that check at any time since it went out two days ago.

To be clear, we did not sell the vehicle and are not responsible for any mechanical issues with the vehicle. We were just the lender. We are not reporting the trade line as derogatory. However, if there are/were late payments reported, those will remain.

 Hello, This incorrect information has been reporting on my credit report since 2012. I spoke with someone from your company who stated that the information would be rrmoved/deleted from my credit report. It did not take him long to "find" the account. Please delete the negative information from my credit report. This debt was paid through insurance and GAP. I not owe any money nor was the car repossessed or taken from me. The car was stolen and a police report was filed.

Once the deficiency has been satisfied, the account would be updated as such. The trade line cannot be deleted, only updated that is was paid.
