Merrimack Auto Loans was to send me documents by now and still have not received any. This has been the problem of which I was complaining about. I could be rightfully owed money and I cannot prove it. I don't feel like opening a new complaint and writing to them gets me no where as I have already done that. [redacted]

When vehicles are liquidated at auction, the value assigned to a particular vehicle is not based on “trade-in” value, rather it is based on the “wholesale” value of the vehicle. In this particular circumstance, the wholesale value given to this 2005 [redacted] Explorer V6 in the condition that it was in was $2,500.00. The original selling dealer purchased this vehicle for more than the estimated wholesale value. Over the next two weeks, our Document Control Department will be sending the customer an itemization of the final disposition of this vehicle which may also include any storage fees or repairs associated with the unit.

I need the address or other information where I can send a copy of the proof I have which shows the balance was adjusted AFTER the company received the car back and also it shows where they went back a couple months after and skyrocketed the price which an rep saw and noticed when I called in before. I do not remember the name of the person but it was someone who was in collentions when I called in months ago about it. It is also not right how the company is still trying to get a full price of a vehicle they received back in their possesion as well. I have proof like I stated and will gladly show copies and take the steps necessary because only the company reports the balance and updates.
