He purchased the transmission from the mechanic, not usThe auto shop is our commercial customerHe started calling us about the issue and we spoke with our commercial customer, who was the one who installed the transmission and they stated there is no such damage on the transmission or the engineI have spoken to Mr [redacted] directly and explained this to him

Called the business spoke with Tom he stated that they have been in contact with Mr [redacted] a couple of weeks ago about bringing the battery inTom stated that Mr [redacted] has yet to come into the store or have any further contact with themHe stated that all he needs to do is bring the battery back in and they will refund the moneyI asked if a receipt is need he stated no that the information will be in the system

Over charged and I did not like the Funeral Director kissing me on the lipsMy husband laying in the hearseThat was uncalled for him doing thatI would not take another loved one there if he does all the women like that

We did a payout for the customer from Milwaukee Region office. Customer is happy

A great business to work with!! We have made several calls to Natural Bridge Heating and Air and it always seems that when we've had a problem it has always been on a weekendIt doesnt matter what day or time you call they are prompt with same day serviceThe owner and employees are knowledgeable, professional, and helpfulIn this day and age it is difficult to find such dedication that this company displaysI highly recommend them!!!

In reference to the complaint, the customer purchased a full view storm door with interchangeable full screen in June of The door was not ordered with a screen stabilizer bar originallyWe ordered and installed a screen stabilizer bar during the summer of
at no additional chargeThe customer called during the summer of and informed us the bar was brokenThese bars are not meant to be used as a push bar to open the screen doorThe bars are a screen stabilizer for a full screen to help prevent the screen mesh from being pushed outI did pick up the screen about weeks agoI spoke with my installer about scheduling a time to return it to the customer once we installed another new barHe informed me he did notI apologize for not getting this back to her in a timely mannerWe have been more than reasonable in repairing this door at no charge since the repairs that have been made are not due to the manufacturing or installation processPlease note these screens are made of fiberglass meshTheir sole purpose is to keep insects out and let air inI installed the screen for the customer on July 6, at approximately 6:pm

not replicate the issue and denied the labor claimBased on the TSB's available for this vehicle, we are assuming it could be the ECM needing to be reprogrammed. The shifts of this transmission are regulated entirely by electronic control, in this case the ECMThere are two TSB's on this car's transmission, one is a reprogram of the control unit.After reviewing the pics, we found nothing wrong with this transmissionLooked brand new inside. We highly recommend Natural Bridge Heating & AC Donnie installed our system in 2008! It, as he said it would quickly paid for itself, it is saving us money and my house is so much cleaner! We always recommend this business to all
