I am rejecting this response because:Okay I do not agree and will only agree if my original engine is returned to meI am not going to spend another dime on thisI was informed by Surefire that the engine is damaged due to contaminated engine componentsThis was due to the break in oil from the rebuilder and the installer did not clean valve coversI am willing to bet number I do not want to go to small claims court but it looks as if we are heading that direction if an agreement cannot be made.

I rented two storage units from Reybolt That company was purchased by Storage Rentals On Saturday November 19, 2016, I received a text message stating that I needed to pay my monthly This was strange as I was set up for automatic deduction I immediately called Reybolt--as I was not aware of the purchase--and I was told not to be concerned about it as they were in the process of changing systems--which was why I received the text and to ignore On Monday November I received two text messages that I owed rent on the two units I called Reybolt again--minutes out of my workday--and once again spoke to them about the text messages and whether I should be paying stating that my concern is that if I paid and I am on automatic payments that I will be double paid Once again I was told to ignore as I am on automatic payment and it was due to conversion of the system On November at about pm I received a call from the manager at Reybolt at Lammonte street stating that I h

purchase the engine in question from AutoZoneA local auto repair business in Corpus Christi was the original purchaserMr*** claim on repair and warranty resides with that auto repair shopWhile we had no legal responsibility to handle a claim from Mr*** outside of the business that did purchase the engine, we did in the name of customer satisfaction manage the repair of the engine when it was first brought to our attentionMr*** has not made AutoZone aware that there is another problem with the engineIf he had done so we would have looked into the claim as we did before and try to reach a resolution.
